What’s your primetime to play? HoD has strong presence 9am-2pm and 5pm-10pm PDT. In between its small scale forces usually of about 10-15. Oceanic is weak however but fairs well enough to hold our stuff
I’ve seen a decent sized zerg on auto pilot. They literally just ran wherever and killed literally everything. From NPCs to players to yaks to bunnies. It was a bloodlust and anyone unfortunate enough to get in its way was outright murdered without mercy.
If u are a WvW player only,as usual,it’s only trash.
But for us WvWers is the only way to rub some achievement point,cause you know….you gain 0 achievements for WvW.
Not true, if you slay a million yaks you get 10 achievement points and a title!

Is this still not fixed? That’s ridiculous. Recently on our matchup an anet employee was glitched through Sunny gate. Maybe you should send an employee to take that tower.

Most reports that we have received were very vague and didn’t give much more information other than the actual objective, but with the help of my QA and what I saw we were able to get a better repro and submit a more detailed bug for further investigation.

Well it depends on taste i guess but largely speaking the bottom few servers are considered ‘dead’.
I’d go middle dont get the absurd blobs or ppt obsession but wont have any difficulty finding fights at any time of the day or night.
Largely speaking, the top few servers are called “lagfest”.
The bottom servers are by no means “dead”. At least in NA anyways.
Anything below the first two “tiers” should be fine. The middle range has a decent amount of WvW guilds you can join.
Mindless ranting followed by an “I quit give me back my money” is immature, and in no way constructive. The least you could have done was add a little detail called “context”. If you were in a dungeon, this is not a bug, for they intended it to be that way. If it was just out and about in open world PvE, then it could have been a bug, if so, then why are you posting on the suggestion forum?

If you have screen shots you should present them to anet because behavior like this goes against user agreement as it is manipulating the game in which it was not intended. Some games refer to this as “stat padding” in the FPS world

This would turn the waypoints into a respawn point instead of a way to ridiculously move 40 people across the map in a matter of seconds. It would murder zerg mobility, which to be honest is a good thing.

The one time anet had to manipulate the economy was during the great depression in guild wars.
1: people kittened that the devs did not respond to us, and some sort okittennowledgement would be better
2: we are getting that acknowledgement now, and people are kittening that they are just showing us they are aware.

Mad Kings Clocktower was THE BEST JP I ever ran, well most fun. Who didn’t love it when Charr and Norn were running it too? I thought they made the Christmas(err… Wintersday!) JP too easy to compensate for the halloween one. The first time I found the LA pirate JP it was incredible! The Aetherblades one was a ton of fun also, with all the steam and potential to fall off and it was hard! Took an hour or so to complete it. Maybe I am doing this wrong by liking Jumping Puzzles? I love running the OS puzzle, even with campers! I don’t complain about the campers. If I get mad about them I just do something else and come back later and they are usually gone.
Did I mention jumping puzzles are fun? I probably missed that part.
And add checkpoints? What is this easy mode? Everyone is so carebear nowadays.
1) I am the commander responsible for your BL wipes these past few days, hi, nice to meet you. Me and my associates attacked you because you are good, vigilant and fast responding, I like DR and many of your guilds. Whatever “deal” you think we have with hod, check last weeks matchup thread, i assure you there is no such alliance. We hit your BL, you go to defend (some epic defences btw, some terrible :/) and as a result HoD have a window to push you in EB…because you know… SM TO WIN ERMGHERD and all that jazz. Simple maths for them to hit you, and they do hit us and numerous times we lost large chunks of your borderland because we had to pull away and respond to a HoD threat elsewhere on our lands.
2) I hope you learned a valuable lesson with that golem rush on Garrison and Hills in NSP BL.
Is that a bunch of omegas clumped up on the gate with your cannon shooting them…?

Is HoD and NSP married? you havn’t touched eachothers BL in the past 4 days and HoD take our EB while NSP hits our BL. Guess when one sucks the must use foul play
Yes, after last weeks affair we decided to make up and marry. Although NSP has not been a good spouse to us and we might have a divorce on our hands. We decided that they can have the BL but we take EB. A mutual agreement that our lawyers conjured for us. I hope you understand, its not you, its us.

Agreed, and this has been asked for numerous amounts of times. This is such a critical aspect to guilds.
One day, one guy killed a dude and a red circle appeared. He stood in it and the circle turned green. He then said “this is my territory now!”. The man he killed came back with buddy, and slayed man one. They both then stood on the red circle, which turned from green to red. The green man then came back with two buddies, and killed the two red guys. So now all three stood on the red circle, making it green. When the circle progression was almost complete, a group of 5 blue men killed the three green men. They then claimed it for blue. Red, got sick of this, and brought 10 people.they killed the blue men, took the circle, and then erected a keep. Green team tried to attack the keep but couldn’t break the door, so they built their own keep. Blue team did the same. Now red team saw green teams keep, and charged it with 25 people. Then green team reacted and built arrow carts to fight them off. Blue team had an advance research and development team, and proceeded to build golems to attack a keep. They brought 30 people. Red team then invented cannons to stop the golems, and retaliated by creating the trebuchet. They sieged blue keep with 50 people and 6 trebuchets. Green team took this opportunity and built a castle in the middle. They then hit red from behind with 70+ people. Then blue team saw their error, and created towers to protect their keeps. Green and red did the same. Now everyone is attacking the center castle, and everyone brought 100 people to the fight.
Thus, an eternal battle began, because of one man, and one circle.

Pretty funny. I worked to get my WvW badges for armor and I worked for my dungeon tokens for gear. So why should a PvE player work for their dungeon tokens but not have to work for WvW badges?

when I said work, I really meant earn. PvE players earn tokens through dungeons, WvW earns badges through WvWorlding.
After the sigil summons the Fleshreaver and the Fleshreaver dies, the sigil will not stack again unless you go into downstate or go to a different zone. Is this a bug? Or is there an internal cooldown(I have yet to reach the CD if it does)
We’re not saying that the Lord should be able to fight off zergs. We are saying that the Lord shouldn’t drop in less then a second like he was tissue paper. It should scale so it takes a 50 man group a similar amount of time a 10 man group takes to kill a lord.
Perhaps this will discourage zergging a tower and encourage breaking up into more 10-15 sized groups instead.
Buffing an NPC will not give more meaning to defeating the NPC. For an example see Capt. Kitty Siegeraiser, the breakout NPC in WvW. He is nothing but a bag of HP that smart servers leave ineffectively beating on a tower gate to prevent further breakouts. Killing him ONCE is interesting. Any time after that is a pain in the kitten.
Making NPCs in a WvW map “harder to kill” like Siegeraiser or parish the thought, The GRUB, do not give challenge to players.
What it would do is give defending players more time to get to an objective or form up a counter zerg. That is about it. It will not make players feel more accomplished.
Good point. I think what we are discussing here is not just static buffing the lord, but to scale it to the amount of people attacking it. I was not thinking a breakout type heath, more rather enough health where a 50 man zerg won’t drop him in a second. if 10 players are attacking the tower the lord will not have much health where there are 50 attacking.
Its not meant to be a challenging fight, but it shouldn’t be a walk in the park either. Getting a balance between the two is what is needed. Scaling the lord/guards is just a proposed way of doing this.
In reference to the breakout, he does have a stupid amount of HP, but you don’t have to kill him for a tower, you do however have to kill the lord in order to cap. I also don’t think siegerazer scales to the number of people

Yes I wholly agree, siege versus siege is where the real skill is and as I posted I not only took out your catapults, ballistas and ac’s but I took out your treb before your treb operator could take out mine.
So if you wish I can tell you where to send that trophy and it will not be an NSP address.

Maybe you can solo it, but it would take a while. The only time I actually saw a guild lord go down fast was with the earth ele spikers.
Right now the numbers you suggested are probably somewhat in the range of the intended use. But its more like got 40+ people let’s just zerg everything. By scaling at least the health and armor of guards to the size of the group, it would take longer then 5s to take a supply camp or a tower lord. Even the champion harpy takes longer to kill with a 40+ size zerg then a champion tower lord
I feel as if the weapons were designed for each slot to have a specific function. I.e. a gap closer, CC effects, conditions. It could turn out that without restrictions they would just stack multiple gap closers. a restriction does sound necessary. I also think that adding the swappable skills can add more to weapons not commonly used.
There can be a lot of pros and cons to this. A discussion would help a lot on this idea.
If the NPC gets out manned buff at least they don’t have to pay for their repair cost. The guards and lords should scale according to size. They should be just as difficult to kill as the guild lords in GW1 GvG fights.
Find a musician and befriend him. For instance, the choir bells are in a minor key, the trumpet is in a major key. I have not tried the flute yet. I have yet to test if the choir bell is just the relative minor of the trumpets major key. The sad part about these instruments is that they are just built as a single scale instrument. Meaning there is no chromaticism, which would open up a whole new world for these instruments. Which is why some songs we just can’t play because the notes are not on the instrument.
You can also just Google songs to see if anyone translated them already.
Or if they can make it like Zelda where a specific set of notes does something.
Just like utility skills, would it be a neat idea to be able to swap weapon skills also? I’m not talking about weapon swapping in combat.

And then red pushes green then blue pushes green then red pushes blue then green pushes red then blue and red morph together and form the purple team which has nothing but an SM fettish.
