There is no noticeable difference between your party and the rest of the squad. Would be nice to have either your party be a different color or the other parties being a different color. There are times where I can see a party member in trouble but I am unable to find them to help.

Your point is irrelevant. I wasn’t saying SBI was bad or that CD was better….so get that out of your head. I was referring to the ‘balancing of tiers’ component. Whether SBI is able to get more ppt then CD in the T3 is irrelevant. CD finished a very very close third in the tier in their first week there….that’s a 100% success story right there in terms of balancing tiers. And SBI has been very fightable in T4 thus far while CD was almost always untouchable in T4.

But SBI is balanced in T4 because we are fightable, even though we had 450k points and ya’ll only had like 200k? Yeah no, keep saying what you’re saying but it doesn’t change the fact that this match up is imbalanced and ridiculously boring for us. Besides, most of the time I always see SF turn tail and run, even if its an even numbered fight.

I noticed in Adventures that the music starts up when you hit play but after about 10 seconds it would stop playing and just start playing the map music. While the map music is pretty it is not quite as fitting as the adventure music. I noticed this particularly in the Bugs in the Branches and Flying Circus adventure. Am I the only one that this happens to?

The only thing that I am concerned with is if they are going to make the squad chat color the same ugly disgusting color it is right now for squad chat.

It’s funny seeing people getting all riled up over a feature when they don’t even know half of it.

Have you guys seen the new color for squad chat? It’s pretty ugly. I’d describe it as a swampy mucky combination. They couldn’t have made it like Purple names and some other color for chat? The current combination is yucky.

Although it may seem like a sarcastic thread. I actually 100% legit want them to buff the grub. Its mechanics are weak and boring and outdated. It has like two attacks and no condi clears. Even the tiny grubs he spawns should be bumped to at least veteran status. All the other world bosses got their health pool increased but they ignored this one?

Idea. Instead of Golems, everyone builds a grub. and we can mount the grubs

bump. This issue warrants a response from ANET. It’s definitely game breaking and I can’t comprehend why this issue has not been resolved yet.

Also, in addition to buffing the grub, I am still waiting for Grub mastery to be introduced. I asked for this a long time ago.

Fighting the Grub today, and he died in less than 5m. Usually, takes about an hour with a zerg of 100. I don’t know what happened, but I’m guessing the change in condition stacks caused this. I know a bunch of world bosses got their HP buffed. Please Buff the grub too. He is far too weak now.

I’ve been having the exact same issue. Launcher freezes and UI becomes unresponsive.

Proposal to remove the “Outmanned” buff.

Since the changes to armor repair to being free it lost its little purpose it ever has had. I am proposing this because it now just serves as nothing but to demoralize. There is no worst feeling than coming into a map and seeing “Outnumbered!”.

For what it’s worth, it’s entirely useless and should just be removed.

It’s just impossible to do. If the servers already have a hard enough time doing damage calculations, adding a body block calculation will set their servers on fire.

This will balance out when seasons end and RNG matchups are in effect again.

Also the moment a zerg hits a little resistance they’ll leave, which makes defending even more boring.

Damage should be increased to 50,000. Radius should be increased to 10,000. Damage should also hurt friendlies. It will also leave an effect within the radius called “Fallout” and everyone who enters will be poisoned until they use anti-toxin spray outside of the fallout zone.

Never understood why they did that. No one ever complained about their commander buff being visible. It had also made protecting the commander even more important as he would be a high value target.

Well people who transferred onto HoD before season two started probably were not even sure if it would be an easy win. We never knew if we could face Fort Aspenwood and win but our asian coverage gave us the edge. Who knows what will happen when we hit T2. If we don’t get our asians organized and train to fight off larger forces. Although I am not entirely sure once things go south that it will rip the community apart. Most of the community is already harden from what has happened before.

I remember the days of fortifying towers and keeps with upgrades and defensive siege in hopes that our night crew would have a chance of defending our things.

It has come a long ways since the days of T8. I’m happy to have been with HoD every step of the way. It does, however, sucks that people keep bullying HoD.

We are the number one tanking bandwagon squishy server with no skill who will be put in their place and then sent back to T8. Because that is literally the same song everyone is crying

It would be nice if ranks had any weight behind them in the first place. It is pretty useless to have a rank that your server cannot even see.

I don’t see why people are against dueling in the open world? Did a duel cost you your wife? Did the duel touch you? Is two people dueling directly affecting you? Are you offended that a duel is taking place?

If anything, dueling is a great RP element.

Everyone who has ever raided SMC with a large force knows the Castle Lord is a big push over. Such weakness I believe does not deserve to be a Castle Lord. This is why I propose we get a new one.

I nominate the real King of the Eternal Battlegrounds. Someone who is rarely killed. And is tougher than most of the bosses in the game. His strength is unmatched and has fought off many zergs. I believe the grub should be the new Castle Lord. He is the true king and it is time he seizes what is rightfully his!

They were disabled but Anet re-enabled it. They just disabled them in combat. Also, are you sure you were using the tome of knowledge? Or the scroll of knowledge? Because the tome gives levels. The scroll gives skill points.

If you can’t take the keep in the number of times that you are proposing, you are doing it wrong and you do not deserve to have the keep handed to you. You are asking for a gimmie because you have asked for a change to a mechanic because you couldn’t win before because you didn’t lean how. But no, you are asking for a change to a mechanic because you didn’t want to earn anything, just have a easy win because you knew you could push the other server, just couldn’t defend the dead lord from a res.

Res mechanics are fine. You just need to adjust, not the game.

You are completely missing my point. Did I say remove it entirely? No. Did I say that I was having problems? No. You are just completely blind in your own little world. This isn’t a one sided argument. There are two sides to this. Let me help lay down what is going on for you since you clearly are not getting it.

*Side One: The Attackers Argument
When attacking, getting the lord down and having it resurrected immediately becomes a great pain. People easily resurrect the lord by throwing down war banners. This can go on endlessly with no penalty to the defenders who constantly resurrect their lord. Because of this, the defenders have a huge advantage as they can stall the capture and gain more reinforcements.
*Side Two: The Defenders Counter-Argument
When the attackers kill the lord, we coordinate resurrections to the lord. This allows us to get more forces in to fight off the attacks. This is a valid tactic and it should not be nerfed because the attackers are bad and should kill literally everyone to prevent an instant resurrection.

Both sides have good points to them. It is not a “the other players are just bad and should feel bad” type thing. It is simply a mechanic in the game where the lord can be resurrected endlessly because he has no penalty for being resurrected every time.

The proposed compromised is to give the keep lord death penalty. The reason being is

1. The Defenders still keep their instant resurrection tactic on the keep lord
2. If the Defenders cannot stop the attackers after resurrecting until death penalty is in full effect, they lose.

The way instant resurrection of the lord is done now gives defenders an easy out and the only viable counter to it currently is to kill everyone and camp the entrances. Instant resurrection should be used as a last chance mechanic. Not a drag the fight going on forever til we win mechanic.

If you haven’t taken it after the lord has been rezzed 20 times, you don’t deserve to take it.

The argument goes both ways. The point being that banner-chaining shouldn’t continue to ridiculous levels. Three to four times maybe, but after that, it should stop working.

It takes one warrior to banner a lord (or other mentioned classes), and even a level 30 can do it because they have just enough stability/survival to throw down the one second it takes to put a banner down.

Can you imagine a fight where the zerg war banners their down 20 times? No, because DP is implemented. The same should go with the Tower/Keep lords.

Been in fights on reset in garrison where we were defending against both zergs. The one time I remember fondly, we went from reset till 2 am, so that was about 5 hours. They gave up. That was a glorious battle. I enjoy these kind of fights. I don’t mind dealing with it for when we push their garrison, didn’t take us 5 hours to take it.

All you are asking for is a gimme.

You just have to do it better. If you can’t take the keep before the lord gets rezzed 20 times, you are doing it wrong.

What I stated is not a “gimme”. A “gimme” would be asking to remove the ability to resurrect the lord completely via skills. What I proposed was a compromised so that those who still wish to use the banner tactic will still work, to a certain extent.

The DP-like implication to the lord wouldn’t stop working with a hard after a certain number of resurrects. Instead it will work just like… death penalty in the game. After some time you recover from DP. Same thing would happen to the lord. So you can still have your long banner fights, just you can’t be resurrecting immediately one after another. Maybe the first few, but not any more.

Don’t do it, it’s a trap. I was running along and I saw this group walking, and I just started walking with them. Eventually a couple more Denravians joined in on this walk around SM. Then out of no where a huge zerg comes and murders everyone. There was blood EVERYWHERE. I barely escaped with my life, but the scars… the scars will stay forever…
