Are there any small mans out there on BP or Kain? All I’ve come across so far is groups of 10+ that will relentlessly chase 3 players across the entire map.

Kain does, very select few , bp does not. The whole literally chasing forever thing is entertaining tho.

I roam solo ty. o.o Zergs arn’t really my style unless it’s a select few commanders….

FotM is HIGHLY overrated ijs. Any savings is worth it. So reduced WPs > RNG factors.

It’s not known if the devs intended for players to use portals to bypass entire jumping puzzles. Silence on their part doesn’t mean they support it nor does it mean they don’t. This is far from being a pressing issue but I thought I would bring it up.

I find it wrong to skip entire content and that’s my personal belief. I also believe it was not the dev’s intention to have mesmers portal people to the end of jumping puzzles. I think of the portal abuse to be the same as exploiting although not as extreme. Think of it as a felony compared to a misdemeanor.

Sorry. But, some people (including me) don’t have a computer that can handle somethings in this game well. So, by making us do harder jps with 1 to 3 fps is considered right? Personally, I’d never do the content if it wasn’t for portals. I do take the portals in jps, only after I’ve tried and failed…because I can’t do jps with the low fps.

Big shout out to these 4 Anvil folks. Very rare I find an Anvil willing to 1v1. Was alot of fun behind windmill in ARBL. Those 1v1s, 3v2s, 6v3s, and 5v3s. Best 3 thieves I’ve run into in awhile. Thanks for the fun you guys!

Yup. Almost deleted my full T3 & Arah geared war because of this patch. But, decided to shelf it….for now. They got wrecked, big time. Sad that I can’t even run my 32k hp shout heal tank. And still dish out ok damage. Goodbye easy facetank lupi runs. Thank you CoF zerkers for this nerf………… -_-

Ive seen alot of Reds dominate thier match ups since the new rating system. This match so far, it is clear who the leaders are.

It seems rather weird if you ask me. SBI had so much pressure on us last night in BPBL. Seems like SBI wants to give AR the upper hand since all you guys want to do is focus on us for the moment. The forces you guys had could of been spread out and taken both of us.
But, on the other side. If what your saying is right. Suppose AR passes us…which makes them the new leader. SBI will go pressure them and give BP the upper hand? If not…then what you just said will be invalid. And SBI just wants to target BP not the actual point leaders.

This has got to be the stupidest achiv required for the wings. Win 20 games? Can you pass me what you were smoking when you implemented this? Not everyone is a hardcore mini-game pvp type. This has been the worst experience I have had in my GW life. Counting GW1 days as well. I asume hate will come saying I don’t help in DB. But, any one else feel the same about this achievement? -_-

It is very clear.

You can acquire gems in 3 different ways in GW2.

1: You can purchase them via the gem store
2: You can buy a gem card in the real world.
3: You can TRADE in-game gold for gems.

See how two of these are purchased while one is traded?

I see where you are coming from. I don’t take trading as trading. It is still purchasing…with some form of currency.
But, that is all I needed to know. So…thank you. Just wish they could of been clearer with it. For the ones that tend to overlook the little facts and look at things differently than others.

If nothing else… I’d say let’s organize some: 5v5, 10v10 and maybe even 20v20 battles between servers. It would still keep the fun up and possibly bring more people out from us smaller servers.

I’m up for it all the way. Being in a mass of people isn’t all that fun sometimes….even tho it’s fun to lead when people follow. :P
Even some 2v2s or 3v3s would be awesome.

Yes it sucks. Only thing we can place are golems. It’s just a golem rush day for us and the other 2 servers we are against. Still rather fun if you ask me. :p

For normal gampelay: yes. For CoF farming – no. When farming I usually chat on TS with friends as most players care only about gold when farming which isn’t a bad thing.

It may not be a bad thing for you or those that would like gold and nothing else. But, cutting out some of the community on runs just because they don’t fit your requirement on gear/build…isn’t exactly the best.

How often is it you see a lfg…that isn’t full…that takes all classes/professions/gear?

That requirements are made only for farming when gold per hour factor is very important. Why would anyone want to make 10 min run when thay can make 7 min one?

There are tons of parties that will accept them without worrying about their gear/profession/build. Being new doesn’t justify trying to join a farm party that advertises need for zerk wars while being an ele with green/rare gear.

I would rather take that 10 min run over the 7 min one. Relaxed and fun people to be around is one hell of alot more fun than elitist pricks.

Besides, my 79 ranger in 75 carrion greens no acc, rings, or backbrace preformed better survival wise…than 2 zerk wars that were in the party at the time. Gear doesn’t mean kitten. I agree this should not be put into the game. Zerk kitten is overrated.

I really hope that they make the scavenger difficult and long enough that players will still think that the 600g or so to buy some precursors is a suitable alternative.

i.e. includes:
-10,000 WvW kills
-90 laurels
-50 guild commendations
-dungeon master
-50 SPvP Tourneys

+ a whole list of scavenger item requirements that can only be acquired through beating tough bosses, acquired at different times at the day, and through solo and team work.

No to guild commendations.
-Not everyone is in a guild.
-Not everyone wants to be in a guild
-Not everyone that is in a guild is in a large enough guild to acquire this.
-Not everyone that is in a large enough guild has the desire to do guild missions at all.
-Not every guild does guild missions, even if they can.

Absolute no to guild commendations. If I dont want to do guild missions, thats how I want to play…i.e. the whole theme of the game. So don’t force me to do that.

That is your own fault. Guild missions are old news. Us real gamers have already done all this stuff anyway.

Back on track a little, that honor you speak down upon got me and one of your fellows the skill point and Vista in the ogre camp of EBG around noon earlier today. She and I worked together to get them. I used Shadow Refuge to get the skill point for myself, then aggro’ed and pulled the champ harpy away so she could get it as well. Being enemies does not necessarily mean you have to hate each other.

Glad to see there are people out there on other servers that are like this. Just wish more population of all servers had a lighter heart for those that just want to map and leave…or atleast kill us after the vista, sp, or poi is gotten.

If it was removed wouldn’t there be some kind of info about it? Just wondering. I’d like to get to the bottom of this. I want that title lol.

Alright, so I was in sPvP the other day and ran across someone with the title “Veteran of the Arena” so I searched google. There was nothing on title at all. I asked them about it. All they said was qps? So, google was searched again about the qps(Qualifying Points). Still came up with nothing about this title. Would anyone mind shedding some light on this? I’m completely lost.

Don’t know how you play or what your play style is. But, my S/D ele can facetank low level mobs. I see no issue with this…

Agreed. Eles have a higher skill cap to play. Those who look down and are trying to deface them probably don’t have that higher skill to play them correctly. I’d rather play ele in PvE and PvP than a guardian. If you were to ask me. I’d say ele wrecks PvE more than a guard could. But, honestly my main is an ele and I’m proud of it. I’ve never had such an easy class to play in PvE and PvP. It’s cool…I’m just a magic kitten right? Since I’m soooo into cool effects and such…
