I also forgot to mention a simple blast finisher addition would really be amazing enough for me to love it. I dunno, I just dont feel like I should ever use it and usually when I do, I’m not particularly glad I did. I hate abilities that feel useless. If it were a blast finisher I’d absolutely love the ability.

Maybe I’m crazy but I rarely find a good time to use this. Sometimes attempt to burn off a stability or something but the self root and the damage is just so lacking.

There are several buffs I’d be ok with. Either damage, or maybe more than 1 boon removal, or radius of effect. I would say get rid of the self root maybe but I like the concept of stabbing the ground and being able to do that while moving just seems silly.

So I’ve read that when we see an exploit we’re supposed to report it via email. Well the problem is today I ran into a Sea of Sorrows EA commander speed hacking, and a lot of our zerg chased him all over the map but still unable to catch him. I went to report him, but there’s no option for exploiting or hacking. I cant see his name, so how am I supposed to report a cheater?

I’ve never ran into a game where hacking and exploiting was such a problem. And what I dont understand is right when the game first opened they made this huge ordeal by banning a bunch of people for exploiting some karma items. Yet, there’s no way to report someone for hacking and cheating now? Nothing ruins my gaming more than cheaters…. Would be nice to be able to rid of them.

I’ve been switching between defy pain and last stand for a while now. And have found last stand by far more worthy in keeping me alive in WvW. As chain knockbacks end up just killing me in the end. And I’ve been running it with Balanced Stance and have noticed it will even proc when I activate balanced stance if a knockback hits me simply increasing the stability duration.

It’s a 90 second cooldown, on its own cooldown, and has nothing to do with balanced stances cooldown.

You guys really should stop feeding us those golems. It’s boosting moral like crazy wiping all those golems.

Had a zerg just chase me from wood to literally the top of the map I’ve never seen with spiders on JQ map until it withered down to 3, turned around and wrecked them. That’s just silly. Maybe I’ll try 4 next time.

Stomps as in killing a downed player? Or stomping the ground with an ability like earthquake?

If its to do with killing a downed player, I’m not sure what that has to do with warrior. If you’re referring to stomps as in smashing the ground with certain abilities there’s several reasons why it could be missing. Blind, aegis, lag, ect..

Culling makes people think they have less than they do. Perhaps Anet should come up with a way to see how many teamates/enemies are within 3000 range or something so we can settle this for reals.

Warrior weaknesses -
Cripple and Chill kill gap closers and escaping maneuvers. Making mobile strikes remove these conditions would be more ideal for warriors as its very crippling to the class as a whole.
Endure Pain should really stop all damage incoming. I dont think it should prevent conditions from being applied, but at least prevent the damage while Endure Pain is active. Strong condition build classes with decent mobility can kite a warrior all day until we die.

I love my warrior but I sometimes rage out because of crap they simply just cannot deal with. For example in WvW I run with a strategic open field guild that can win fights when outnumbered heavily, however if we dont have a few guardians and elementalists on, I’ll just get wrecked. They still have some pretty hard flaws, but I will say some classes are in far worse shape.

lol well I was on this morning, with maybe a total of 5 TW even on, so I’d like to know where this “even” numbers is. Maybe with a bunch of pugs and random guilds, but not even close to even numbers. Or perhaps we should talk about the 5 different ways you failed to take a paper tower at briar on JQ BL. First catas, fail, rams, fail, trebs on middle island vista, fail, 2 golems, fail. On top of it all, you easily outnumbered us, considering half the time we were popping the outmanned buff.

I dunno what’s funnier, the fact that you’re just copying exactly what all T1 guilds are running with their bull rushing tactics, or the fact that your guild is massive compared to TW and you’re trying to claim even numbers on any level. I’m honestly curious if you still get all shaken up and nervous in TS when things start getting rough.

PS: Can’t wait to see this video so it shows there was literally only like 5-6 TW with a bunch of random pugs and you call it wiping TW. I was even saying Indo went afk at the wrong time because you guys showed up right after he went afk and you were struggling to take a camp against pugs…

I’m more irritated with the queue I’m sitting in right now due to a crash from that silly culling abuse. I do find it funny because it is skilless. I die due to being unable to use any utilities to auto 1 attacks and people I cannot see. I enjoy good fights is all, these aren’t good fights they’re just a zerg taking turns running each other over.

Dunno what you think you’re trolling. But ok. Just pointing out that its funny how skilless wonders just have to run around abusing culling to get a kill and how they’re considered T1. It’s funny.

This game is just getting silly now. Everyone just running the same hammer trains with mass invis to abuse culling. On top of it basically dropping FPS and just locking abilities up. Becomes unplayable and you just lose to auto attacks.

WvW is nothing but a numbers game. So trash talking about transfers is silly.
SoR has always had strong players during primetime, yet over night during EU hours we suddenly lose everything.

Anyone who was on today in SoR or TC, in the SBI borderlands, would remember constantly failing at taking our two little towers (which were ALL we owned), and later losing the garrison to an inferior number of people (by the way nice job retaking the garrison. Funny though, that hours after taking it, with no walls or gates down, we would occasionally find someone in there….may I ask how they got in? Also, nice job destroying our siege in the towers, by glitching ranger pets onto the wall). So I’d say, with the amount of people we had, we did pretty well. If you actually realized just how many WvW guilds and commanders and individual players we lost because they wanted to join the tier 1 and SoR hordes, or the lower tiers so they could start their own badge of honor farm, you’d know that who’s left isn’t giving up. Can’t wait to get to a lower tier, where with our skill we can actually compete. Doesn’t matter how good we are, that SoR army just runs around the map all day taking things just like HoD (before they too lost most of their players) and SoS. Vastly superior numbers almost always win.

Because I was one of the many baby sitting the mesmer that sat dead next to the water gate for 2 hours. So they finally got him ressed from the outside and cheated to get in.

If they hid one legitimately that would have been fine. But leaving a dead one near a gate that nobody can do anything about? That’s cheating.

Ever been in a top server in WvW on reset night? Ever seen the queues? 3 hours? 5 hours? more?
It’s so much fun getting in, and then having this game breaking sound bug, that for whatever reason STILL for several months has not been fixed. I’m seriously losing my patience for this game to come through and fix some of the most ridiculous bugs and exploitable issues.

How exactly do they work? I know capping the keepside quaggans send a group of quaggan to the keep. I know lightning strikes come from somewhere. But I don’t know what the middle thing does. Or what exactly creates the whether. I assume it’s somehow linked. But really I have no clue.

It’s a good strategy when your outnumbered. Some people don’t just zombie zerg their way to victory with 40-50 man zergs.

Personally I find 4 worse. Cast time is horrid, range is horrid as well. In order to get several of the hammer skills to work, you kind of have to get one to land to hold them still while you cast the rest. So I typically start with F1 to 5 to 4, depending on the situation. But to hit someone moving with 4 or 5 is basically impossible. On top of classes that run blinds or good aegis builds with how slow hammer is, it’s basically I have to run off cause I simply cannot hit the opponent unless I get lucky and land a stun.

Probably just missed him due to rendering, could be possible he rallied off of something nearby and insta stealthed away. But I’ve always gotten my credit.

You do understand what outmanned is right? See we turn the map when you actually have defenders. =D Again, golem management. Work on it!

I enjoyed killing your 6 omegas BG! Might want to work on your golem management though. Shouldn’t lose 6 golems to 10 or less people. I do find it entertaining that 6 golems are needed for an outmanned crew. That just made my end of the world day!

Protip – Omega’s don’t need to be on top of the door so they get seiged to death. Their attacks are ranged.

So currently I’m pretty happy with my hammer build. However, I really dislike running sword as a swap weapon but feel its needed for mobility. Being melee, I’m typically on the front lines, and I’m having a hard time finding a balance for dealing with conditions, staying alive, and having the mobility to get out when I start getting focused.

For instance, I like balanced stance because it helps me get out and stay alive, however, if I switch it out for endure pain I can stay in the fight a lot longer, but have difficulty getting myself out of trouble.

Ultimately would just like advice on what utilities to run, because I’m constantly debating with myself, and most of my choices have worked, but I tend to leave myself open somewhere else. Also, if anyone has suggestions for offhand weapons, because I feel obligated to run sword/shield simply to keep me alive. Yet I can’t stand sword F1 I only use it for the leap out of combat, and I swear people get away from the cripple like nothing. Oh, and one more thing, my adrenaline building seems a bit slow. But I just feel like I can’t sacrifice anything for adrenaline gain or I’m severely crippling myself.

I like the idea, but burst abilities are too important for some weapons to be draining it on stances. Perhaps if it took from another source, but I use a hammer and I need my adrenaline for Earthquake for several reasons.

Doesn’t really help the server if the enemy takes it just as fast as they would have if I left it as wood. =/

Rather the occasional death from random disconnects than the silly people getting owned and leaving so we get nothing for killing them.

So I just spent about 3 gold upgrading, only to all of a sudden get outmanned buff out of nowhere. And have a zerg run over that 3 gold like nothing.

Well, officially I don’t see any reason to upgrade anymore, because this has happened numerous times. I get zero for doing this, I don’t get jack for running yaks. So what’s the point? Where are my efforts going? I really don’t see any reason to spend my gold anymore to help upgrade when it just gets lost almost instantly.

For all of us people spending our money to help out, and do the most boring job ever that needs to be done. Upgrading and building seige in keeps. We deserve a reward for our efforts. I really feel like people think this just happens on it’s own. We get zero credit, and zero reward. And frankly, I’m losing interest. May as well just follow the zerg and get kills and karma, and exp, and money, and badges.

I personally enjoy hitting my F1 and being knocked back for full CD. And then promptly interrupted repeatedly from numerous knockbacks. Now I have to decide… stability, or survive as long as I can.

I know where to buy them, I’m just not sure how to go about actually getting them. Every single time I’m logged in, balthazar is contested, sometimes I go there and try to rally a group to take it, but it never works out because the group gets bored, or it bugs out. I read that a dev said you just need to pull a mob to them when the escorts group up, but thats not true, on several occasions they bunch up and even pulling mobs to them, they do not reset.

So, I’m not really willing to transfer servers just to get one silly item, is there any tips on how to get people to take it? Or perhaps a time of day when it’s usually not contested?

Hammer shock while moving! zomfg! I am, in fact stoked about this. Would be nice if the same was for staggering blow. But I’ll live.

To make them heal a reasonable amount? For like WvW and PvE purposes. Should I roll in clerics? I don’t particularly want to run full clerics. So I’m curious how much HP is recommended to make Vigorous Shouts useful, like at least 2-3k heals.

Hammer with a shield does help in my experience, however I find this build has a tenancy to have trouble with the kitten pistol thieves that just constantly go invisible and blind all over the place with how slow hammer is, everything misses due to constant blinds. So unless I time a shake it off perfectly with one of my good control hits the fight can be a struggle. However if I get control once, most of these crap thieves just die with they’re pathetic glass cannon builds.

All of these blackgate are now guilty of cheating. This server apparently have no self respect taking advantage of these ports coming exploiting mesmers. Pathetic blackgate, pathetic.
