You should open a support-ticket, linking the accounts is sometimes a little bit tricky. But support should be able to help.

You are not allowed to share your account.
You are responsible for your accounts security.
That said, you can try to open a ticket and discuss your point with the support.
But I´m pretty sure that you will not get an account restoration cause you were not compromised by a third party – what is required for an restoration.
I don´t think, setpoint is causing this, cause it´s running on my PC since months. no probs till now.
you schouldn´t submit a second one but update the first one. more tickets at the same topic will just confuse and slow down the process

Maybe it is not “unique”. There is a long list of passwords which you can´t use because they are also in passwordlists you can find in the net.
As far as I know you are not able to delete a mail with stuff in it …

I also can not find this specific mail, while all the other mails are still in my account. maybe at the time we bought this digital edition before headstart, the key was not send by mail (maybe shown on the site as a part of the dialogue) and in our excitement we didn´t recognize that we never got such a mail and therefor schould have made a screenshot ….
As far as I know, you are not allowed to trade or give away the game you bought

Ok, thanks for this answer. the part I don´t understand (and german support couldn´t answer this too) is why all the mails from the support can reach me, and before around 2 months ago I also got the verification mails. And now just the verification mails don´t arrive, not in spam, not in junk (double and tripple-checked this, Anet and ncsoft domains are on whitelist).
And my son, (same provider, same IP ) gets the verification mails.
I just want to know, if there are any updates about the verification mail?
If you don’t mind, Gaile, but is there any ways in the future that a guild leader can change a Guild’s name? Its a feature that I am sure many desire to have.

may it be that you linked a sequence of commands to one or more of your mousebuttons instead just one command per button?

I have the same problem, since 2 months or so I get all the supprot mails (about this issue) but never (since this point, before there was never a problem) got any of the mails to verify my IP. Always had to restart my router till I got an IP that was authorized before.
My provider is gmx. The only help iI could get from support was to turn off the verification ( I´m not happy with that solution) or to change my email (where all other mail – e.g. from the support – arrives ^^)
For sure I checked my spam/junk folder and my blacklist ….
Support said it is not on your end … but I´m not the only one like I can see …

Maybe the name of the char is seen as “in use” if you are too fast in recreating after deleting.

I think the botters would also be very happy to know what counts as bot-behavior. So I don´t believe that A-net will answer this ….
I think ANet does not investigate your emails, nor do they listen to your mumble conversations … so this should be about something you wrote on the chat and somebody reported you.
you see the “eye”-icon in the lower left corner? as far as I know, there you can adjust what you want to see on map. can´t log in right know but it may be worth a try …
I checked each item after applying each sigil. They still say soul bound on use: if it had changed to Soulbound then I would have stopped at the first weapon.
I would have stopped by the words “this action will make the item soulbound to you.”
