We pushed from the coyote’s then we saw that you guys were being spawn camped, I even remember the driver, Larks saying “We don’t want to be associated in this, someone might take a screenshot” kinda funny how it did lol. We pulled out and let the “pubbies” handle it like we say and switched maps.

I’m also in t6 and both DH and DR have roaming groups/guilds. Tier 5’s ehmry bay has some really good ones aswell. T6 has fewer zergs though during the weekday.

I would like to know if there are some in t7?

I was at school at that time so I don’t know. We do get a lot of pugs that follow us, I don’t really mind pugs but sometimes they can be food for rallies which throws you off in the middle of a fight.

Gotcha. 90% were sporting the guild tags, but I didnt know how open your guilds are to membership.

Most of the time when we get too many followers we just WP randomly to lose them, its no offense to them, we just like to keep our group coordinated and move as move normally.

Though, I have no doubt some of the servers in lower tiers also have this type of culture, so you might just find it there too. I know that FC has some great small teams on it.

Yea Ferg has some kitten good fighters on it, NoQQ in the ADQQSTY alliance was originally from there, fighting them was always a pleasure. The thing about DR is that it is unknown what tier we belong in. Fighting wise I would love to be in tier 5, but points wise it seems we are t6/t7.

I was curious though, in a group that I encountered at Umber last night (maybe.. 7/8 pm EST??), there were mostly AD/NoQQ/etc tags. Was this just some off shoot, or was this one of your main groups? From the DH side, it was pretty much just a PUG, but we seemed to be right about equal in numbers.

I also wanted to say to my own server: If you are a mesmer laying down portals for the rest of the team to kite with, great job! Sometimes they were a little close though. It made me really happy to see such tactics in what seemed to be an all PUG fight! It was mostly at SW SM. And if it was all a mistake… keep messing up like that.

If I were to call it like I see it, I honestly see no competition (for at least the group I run with) in this tier. The times we wipe is when we get MASSIVELY outnumbered, which usually happens once we wipe the same group over and eventually they get back up. In tier 5, Ehmry Bay had a solid coordinated 15 man group called ECHO squad or now known as GF. They ran very coordinated and the fights we had with them with even numbers always were the best fights, they always went either way. I have yet to see any group like them in this tier, makes me miss tier 5.

In no way or form am I thumping my chest, I am just “calling it like I see it”.

Was roaming today around 1:30 pst on my terrible D/D ele in DR BL, HARD from IoJ was doing some exp train with like 6 people and they ran into PD from DH! Just stood there as they fought each other, that looked like some fun fighting! It was at the northwest sentry, props to the other small mans running around!

To be honest… I haven’t even been playing as much because this tier is so boring. The open field fights suck because you guys just go poof. There are no oppponents that make us say, “oh kitten, echo/GF is here” . Miss those guys already.

Where are these players? Or did you mean to say amazing zergs. Quite frankly I have yet to see a group smaller than 15 do anything more than cap sentries and get wiped by 5 people. I have literally had better fights from ioj up level roamers then anything I’ve seen from dark haven.. Your weekday force must really suck cause you guys are very reminiscent of the mass zerging/pvdooring that SBI did, yet you are in T6.

Also the hacking that happened at NW tower in drbl tonight by 3-4 DH was pretty sad.. As if pvdooring wasn’t boring enough.

The [SE] players I have seen are mediocre at best. Their team coordination isn’t better either.

AD/QQ/BSTY are one of the few groups you need to take seriously when you see them, solid players and good coordination.

I remember when we encountered AD when we originally transferred to NSP while we were still running small man, not somebody you mess around with.

Sorry man on BP the only AD I noticed were the ones we ran over while fighting Sekz and Pk. We would have braked for your Zamboni, but then we would have been hit by Sekz mac truck – plus the ice is further north not outside of hills.

Fun fights in BP bl with Ebay there’s a really impressive engineer in Pk – Human think he was wearing crafted gear used every ability at some point – and in CoT – Charr used flamethrower, and gear shield from what I saw.

Also think I ran into Archer if it was your mesmer darn you can spam confusion. Couldn’t figure out how to take you out without killing myself – well solo.

We got split up and got sandwiched by Sekz/whatever borlis were there. I was playing on my terrible guardian. The ones that got us were Sekz. Don’t be taking credit for their work!

As I had breakfast this morning I noticed some FTF/ECHO running around in my salt shaker as well!

As for WFD, I did see them around. ADQQSTY got trapped inside a tower they took in a 3-way fight. We won that fight and they never came back for that tower. We just chilled out until the buff came down and took it.

Good, job BP. I predicted you would win this matchup. (given you did not lose 2 many servers during the XFER and that you had not moved up sooner,bcuz the matchup in T6 was even only acquiring a few ratings points each reset.) Must admit you had me worried at reset, DR being largely unorganized in their WvW play style and that they lost the organized guilds during the XFER. I had not watched Ebay well enough to know their true power, only that they lost some guilds from XFER and they gained a large oceanic guild from NSP (recently). I expected a close matchup with BP and Ebay and for a time it was close between those 2. BP though rallied and organized a night capping to take a decent lead. I’m guessing this was a lil bit 2 demoralizing for Ebay. That plus DR does have a small oceanic presence, not much,but enough to close some gap between Ebay.

BP and Ebay it is not over yet. BP if you can hold gratz 2 you. Ebay dont give up you got the population and the brains to comeback. And DR get the heck out of T5 to T6. Although close I know that AR can give a better match up to BP and Ebay then DR can any given day of the week.

Who is this guy who just blurts out stuff and doesn’t know what he is saying? DR is 1 of 5 low pop servers atm, and I’d say our server is holding pretty good for that. Try focusing more on the death of your bandwangon server bud.

Yesterday there was some good fights in IoJ’s SE Tower. SBI was trebbing from hills and the walls were down for about an hour and the fights there were awesome. After their 5th attempt, they finally got a good portal bomb in and took the tower. There were about 6 of us AD in there and the rest were randoms. But as I lie there in the downed state, all I see is a bunch of Kiwi laughing at me using banish to knock me around, /dance and all. Then, they proceed to spawn camp, most of the randoms zoned out so there was no reason to go around the side and try to flank 30 people. With only 4 AD of us left and 1 BSty, we try to give them a good fight at the front, and whenever one of us went down, they would spam laugh/jump/dance.

I normally bow after a good fight but this was just sad. I know all of SBI aren’t spawn campers but seriously this just makes your server look bad. That’s the only guild I’ve seen do it constantly.

Ebay please come down to our tier, we miss you, especially Unicorns and Bacon!

I want to apologize to IOJ and DR for SBI running the table and getting everything. Apparently the server has forgotten what the feels like, I sincerely hope we get bumped up somehow 2 or 3 tiers and zerged 24-7 for about 3 weeks. Maybe that will weed out more fair weather players and cause the server to realize it isn’t smart to stack 500+ points for 3 weeks straight.

We do have everything in the mornings.. I was worried the first morning I saw this, however, by evening it is split fairly evenly. I would say if anything it gives the other teams lots to take over in the afternoon.. that is what I see these past few days anyway.

I got on this morning to drink coffee all green, back from school, red has their bl back and there are multiple colors all around.

So I would not see it as a bad thing. They get to get it back and get karma, xp, loot all that stuff in taking it back.

I think you are right. But I can see how it can be frustrating, For example. We had all of our BL keeps t3 last night and very few of us defending. A Btsy (is that right?) and NoQQ group took SW camp set up trebs and started hitting bay. There were maybe 4-5 of us on map total. Some focus 4 limited the damage and the fortified walls held up very well and gave time to call in reinforcements that then wiped the camp.

Now that is exactly what we should do…but I could not help but feel the frustration from the other servers not having the coverage to keep their stuff upgraded to do the same. Always having to start from scratch everyday.

Well, until Anet restructures WvW points system in some way it will continue to be this way. Middle to end of the week blow outs will keep happening too as the fair weather stop playing when the score is to lopsided to come back from.

And you would think the brackets would eventually balance themselves. But once again with most matches determined way before the end of the week players stop playing and the scores don’t really reflect true server strength IMO. Oh well =/

There were about 9 of us [BSty] and [NoQQ] roaming around. Upon wipin your Zerg a few times things got kind of quiet so we decided to hit the hornets nest! Built that one Treb and a couple of balistas in the camp not for the intention of taking bay, but to draw you guys back to your map! Sure enough, you call reinforcements. It was kind of silly how 40+ showed up to kill 9 of us! But kudos for you guys, for replying to the SOS call of a small roaming group! Talk about calling for back up!

They came there because they heard the beast crank king was there, trying to get gold for the hit IoJ and SBI have on you!

Recently arriving from Mag, this server is a breath of fresh air …

There aren’t two or three 30+ man, ultra culling, CPU draging Zergs on each Map

From what I gathered over the past few days the standard roaming zerg is 8-13 and rarely there is +20 person zerg (prime-time last night). There are a good many solos, duos and trios running around.

The population level on this match-up really caters to our guild’s small man skirmishing play-style.

For me this match-up is anything but boring!

I’ve seen you guys roaming around, the little asuran guys! Glad to see some other fellow roamers from our server

Great fights on eternal yesterday boys and gals. Props to DR at QL, DG and infront of their keep I hope you guys had as much fun as we did. Those are the fights I look for and love. Unfortunately, im one of the bad commanders of SBI just looking for good even fights instead of capping as many keeps as I can.

I think I crapped myself running into QL seeing all of you guys seiged up at the top.

Special mention to DR guardian with his twilight and his group, YES we are all targetting you and you are one hard dude to take down. Also, my guildmates were complaining about an invincible elementalist from DR.

Another special mention to great fights with IOJ in the wee hours of the morning, whoever had that volcanus you were hella intimidating and even ripped me a new one quite a few times.

The rules are pretty straight forward. Once you down someone you let them get back up and what not. If a guild from said server is not complying with the rules and is just being a problem said server has to allow the other servers to wipe them. Plain and simple. Its just about having fun and getting some good fights for those who are into it.

You guys had war machine so I can’t blame you for following in their zergy footsteps. But the only times I ever see DR have a zerg is in our prime time and that’s about it. I’ve been in tier 1 on my days of blackgate and I know its nothing but big groups of +30.

There is a period of 2-3h during the day where we can match or outnumber SBI, the rest of the time I am constantly seeing outmanned buff.

Same here. If we are going to lose in points anyways I’d rather much fight eBay, who had good roaming groups. Miss those echo squad guys!

On SBI we have numbers now that we have not had in a long time. Commanders and guilds and many many names I have not seen in WvWvW are now popping up, prolly cause we are winning. Where were you all before? If we move up a tier hope you all stick around. We greatly need you to not be fare weather server mates.

This makes me appreciate guilds like Kiwi/KT and commanders like Rice, Sojoo, Bannock, Cicc, Jic (da midget) and all our havoc and pug groups for your efforts over the past month when we were getting stomped and at times getting our stomps in. Much respect for all of you. Winning feels nice but I kinda miss our struggle from the previous match ups.

Finally, all those new to WvWvW, remember, if not running havov or otherwise, to stay on your commander tags and not waste so much supply. 4 rams on a gate not upgraded just riles my kitten up. If you all were around for the beautiful struggle prior to this current tier, you would understand the importance of not wasting supply. Also, I am sure our commanders would appreciate some donations of siege or coinage. Feel free to tip em.

Looks like your fair weather WvW’ers are finally coming out. It’s pretty evident too, on reset night you guys had seemingly very low numbers, and now we are outmanned in almost every situation.

Can anyone post a score update? Still on vacation so updates help out a lot

Oh believe me the bulls charge works great with the hundred blades frenzy combo i’d say 95% of the time it kills them, ofc only up to like 1v2, other then that it fails because they tend to get healed or when i pull off an execution move i just get interrupted :P

In a sense it does, but I like to assume that my foe knows how to dodge it. If you miss the burst, in most cases you are more than likely screwed if you are depending on it. I used to run that a long time ago but I prefer survivability now and efficiency, 1v1 or in a group. If you want to kick some hiney try out a rifle
