Fort Aspenwood had massive issue with reset tonight. We think this may be because of Megaservers, but we are unsure. Guild were unable to get in, getting put in Que right away, but people in the maps report barely any players on map. Also I was put in Que at number 53 along with 4 others in my TS channel all in 53rd Que spot. This puts us at a disadvantage and this is leagues… :S Just wish when an issue like this occurs WvW would get shut down and fixed. Currently loads of us are waiting to enter a map that is apparently qued, but also dead?

P.S. Always seems like FA gets shafted

Highly recommend this guild! They get the job done! Kill tons, and they have great coordination, as well as training!

I always thought that FA was a place with decent wvw peeps, heard so many good things about the server. Looking at this thread, as soon as they start losing, they become moaning babies, seriously folks, just have fun playing wvw, this grasping at excuses is lame. Everyone knows that FA is a competent wvw server, no need to puff your chests anymore.

HoD has the numbers and coverage, but open field you’re soooooo bad. That’s what happens to bandwagon servers. Loads of numbers with no cohesion and experience running around in zergs. Definitely not complaining, you guys are dropping plenty of loot. xD

When blasted it creates area blindness on foes

Wasn’t sure where to post this…. so forum mods feel free to move it of course.

I think it would be great if under history -> upgrades if we were able to see who activates upgrades and when so that officers and guild leaders can monitor who’s using what. It’s not fun when someone activates all your WvW buffs or starts a guild mission and you’re not sure who it is.

apologies on TCBL with the RET blob on map even though it is reset…… sorry to [REND] when we [RAM] were going to fight you on the bridge to lake and the [RET] blob and [CL] showed up…… [RAM] looking for even or out-numbered fights (not blobs).

Did FA tank? Yes
Was it intentional? Probably not.
Was Maguuma better than FA? Maguuma in tryhard mode is impressive. We may never see it again.

Blobs? All three servers blob. FA blobs the least having spent more time in the nosebleed seats than TC and SoS.

Conclusion: No one did NOT see this week’s results coming. TC still has numbers at all hours, where FA and SoS have gaps.
FA should get kudos for the very tough NA they brought to this match, as well as good OCX.
SoS is working to improve and trying to shore up some of our gaps to keep this competitive and hopefully get things to the point where the outcome is in doubt every week (which should be our goal if we want this to be at all interesting.)

FA honestly didn’t tank to silver btw :P we had a server meeting about tanking, and we decided not to tank. Due to guilds leaving and coverage loss we dropped and couldn’t even beat Magumma. Obviously nobody is going to believe this, but we didn’t tank on purpose….. we got weaker, dropped into silver league, got some guilds and got back to regular FA.

Blobbing= easier to hit multiple targets and once, and ninja stuff so I don’t really mind. Also guild groups can usually coordinate to take our blobs.

Both TC and SOS seems to be pretty well versed in the blobs and zergs, so you should look in mirror regarding bandwagons.

Well, we just had 4 pretty boring blow out weeks, so people are probably doing other things. Plus 2 consoles just launched, and some people are probably studying for finals that are coming up.

Some people are most likely taking it off because of the previous blow outs, and are concentrating on other stuff. But, it isn’t lookin good at the moment. At least we aren’t as bad off as SoR atm. We didn’t lose any guilds recently, that I am aware of.

Today at reset someone dropped merchants at each of our WvW portals making it so that we clicked the merchants instead of hitting the portal; causing loads of players (including raid leaders/commanders) to not get in. Could a change be added such as portal having priority over merchants, or no drops (merchants, food, Guild banquets, and other) within a certain proximity of the WvW portals? This could become a serious issue with other servers that you are fighting, guesting to your server on reset night and dropping interactive content by the portals.

So this is what I have gathered so far. 1) void is a blob guild 2) This [BUNS] guild I can’t wait to zerg especially “your majesty.” Sorry but you can’t call me for help…. different servers :l

I would just like to say, that I understand that putrid mark used to be one of the best skills in the game as the derv stated, but I don’t understand why the effect was completely removed? Like why not remove x many conditions from allies and transfer them to foes. Why do I need a skill to cleanse me of conditions when I have consume conditions? (yes having another one is great, not saying it’s not) Does remove more support from necros, reducing the build variety in which Anet likes to see. Kind of annoying that skills aren’t being finalized and fixed to their final form yet, and that Anet picks at skills and edits them as they see fit. The recent thread asking about what we think about build changes is great though.

Still 13 hours on birthday booster, EB train again tomorrow! CD and YB this is a great time for you guys to get EXP and karma too! Come flip stuff tomorrow in EB too!

Yes because when your running around only your guild is with you. Whenever I see you, you are a zerg. By my standard 25 is a zerg and I fail to see why 80 man blobs would effect my view of zerg size.

This comment……. No need really for me to comment back, but for your sake I will. In the picture you can see we had 26 (by my green dot count) and there’s 3 guilded TC groups around 20 each 3 X 20= 60 (not including the RE hitting garrion). Also APS runs tagless and don’t get militia following us. As far as the fact that we’re "hiding"in the tower, well ya 26 v.s. 60? Not very reasonable, If it was only 2 of those guild groups or 40 TC we would have fought you. When you guys breached garrison APS did attack the RE and ESP group.
