i dont know of its a server issue im at Sorrow`s Furnace its bugged since yesterday not only hammer is bugged but labyrinth sword skillpoint is bugged as well.

since BW1 i played mesmer right now im like lvl 150 XD no really im lvl 80 mesmer and i love that proffesion so much, tho i made a fem warrior just for the lulz but i kinda want lvl her up as well

so for example if buy the X exotic sword from tokens and it automatically becomes soul bound (like it do) but later i get another X exotic sword from tokens that i perhaps think it looks cooler then im stuck with an exotic art in bank just because im using a different art.

but still every toon shares account bank, so with every toon i play ill get to see that exotic cool art just standing there in bank just because its soulbound to another toon.

thats a bummer if you ask me.

I could use some help understanding this out.

for example i have a mesmer lvl 80 i managed to get some tokens out and i want to trade them for a weapon, but it looks awesomely cool in my alt toon if i buy them with my mesmer shouldnt i be able to store them in bank and use them with my alt toon or do i have to “grind” out for every toon its that the case…

my main toon is mesmer its the one i put more effort and love but perhaps when i get my set and if they release a new set or if i fall in love of another art cant i just store my previous set and give it to my alt toon? and enjoy new outfit on my mesmer and all the work getting that tokens out dont got to garbage bin, and use the alt outfit on my alt toon?

this is the first rule for everything that exist, some times you will get outplayed, sometimes you will outplay someone else.

i think the system is fine, but i do think they also could add an Elo-like formula if they ever implement 1vs1

i dont think you lose every match or lose against everybody…

if thats the case you are doing something wrong with your build or traits and want to win a fight with a stick and a rock against swords and pistols.

as a lvl 80 mesmer wich i do enjoy deeply (tho i still think mesmer are outclassed)

ive test several builds and so far for PvE i stick to Staff- Sword+Pistol

why? you might ask.

sword+pistol its a great combo you got a duellist wich deals medium amount of dps your 5 its a great skill it stuns first target daze second and blinds third, but care because you can pull aggro if they are close to each other.

here comes the best part Staff

let me start with warlock, warlock deals 10% damage for every condition enemy have it means that if you are in a party you will be almost the one who deals most damage the con its that it has a slow AA.

your chaos storm deals medium aoe but! puts conditions in mobs and anyone who is non-hostile gains boons, your chaos armor gives you 1 boon on active and each time you are attacked you get extra boons and enemy gets conditions 3 (warlock) 2 its a “clone” that attacks enemy with your auto attack animation.

my usual combo is this one.

duelist swap to staff before duelist attacks so i can swap to sword again because you are not into combat until your duelist attacks

if i want to be on top of mob i use this

duelist> chaos storm> clone>swap> bullet> leap>activate leap> blurred frenzy>swap> clone chaos shield

they are usually dead before i swap again but its kinda like that…

or you can be a kite master drop 2 duellist and run in circle while your duellist do your work

welcome to one of the hardest proffesion in gw2

let me tell you 1-40 lvl are a nightmare but when you start spending traits things get better and better

EDIT1: i forgot to tell you.. when you use your clone (skill 2 staff) inside chaos storm you and your clone gain chaos shield, so in the second swap you can use it again if you need it.

never understimate the power of boons and conditions, its not always raw power.
also as a mesmer you are not a hack & slash you need to be a trickster wich i dont usually(never) play but i fell inlove with this proffesion since bw1

Dont ever do explorable if you feel that way about Story mode…

asura path is the most cheesy thing ive experienced in this game so far, as a lvl 80 mesmer getting 30copper almost never, and some blues lvl 35+ but my repair cost 12s its not worth it.<

i feel you i was doing AC explorable for the ac tears and that was just a nightmare the asura path its the most cheesy thing ive experienced yet in this game after a while i gave up drops werent even scaled to my lvl so getting 30 copper when repairing my gear cost 12 silver…

give people some time, the game just started and when guilds start doing wvwvw things will get better, for example in my guild we are almost every week donating 1g per lvl 80 we are atm 10 lvl 80 and we have 120 members.

just give it some time thats it.
