This kind of behavior is happening more and more everyday, all I can suggest is running dungeons/fractals anything that is time consuming with guildies or friends to prevent it. I was kicked at fractal 30 at jade maw , twice. Pairing up with strangers. They then whispered me that they wanted a guildie to get his daily.
Hi there, does anyone know if its possible to give a soulbounded item to a character to another character? For example. I no longer play my guardian and would like to transfer my berserker’s over to my warrior.

Oh…You’re the only level 35 in a team filled with level 80s and they kick you out. There is a reason why some dungeons are at a certain level, any class within that level can enter and do it, so for the elitists out there, it needs to stop, just because someone is level 35 doesn’t mean they don’t know how to run a dungeon. Get your head out of your kitten There is no such thing as " lvl 80 only pls " for AC, and CM.

Was at a friends house and while crafting in divinitys reach, as you guys already know, he had the volume up pretty high and because of the “orgasm” noises, it attracted the attention of his mother who stormed in after yelling at him ( And me ) we both tried to explain to her the issue however she did not care and took away his gw2 away and he is no longer able to play it. I really hope anet fixes it, to some of you horn dogs out there I doubt you’d care, but what happened today is very sad. He was close to getting his legendary.
Due to me being kicked in CoF or any dungeon really because I main a Guardian has been pretty irritating, managed to make a warrior and get it to 80 in 1 day ( Spent about 80-100g ) and crafted it, now I get to run dungeons with no problems, I think it is absurd people will kick anyone thats not a warrior.

Guardian = WvWGonna call shenanigans on your claim of 80-100g. I’ve leveled a character to 80 through crafting. I gave him 15g to start and followed a decent guide. Each profession ended up costing 2g-3g since you can get 1g-2g easily from selling the items you make either to a vendor or on the trading post. The last 3 rares alone go for 35s a pop. Artificer was by far the most expensive and chef was the least expensive.
I get your point though. It’s stupid how unbalanced warrior damage is and has been since beta.
It’s actually not shenanigans, the armor smithing was about 10g , weapon smith about 8g huntsman about 10g, tailor about 8g, chef about 2g, artisan, about 4g , leatherworking around 7-8g and jeweler about 5, total 45-50g + the exotics I made which ended up being around 88g. Powerful blood costed me an arm and leg since I bought a lot.
The actual crafting to 80 was about 50, but the added things that I made, totaled to about 88.

What kind of idiots are there on your server? I mean, Necros/Engis I can sorta understand, but Guardians are still freaking a-ma-zing!
Elitists are everywhere, yeah if I was a Elementalist/Necro/Engi I can I suppose understand why, I don’t know why they don’t want any Guardians. As I said, elitists are everywhere, they are moronic people.
But however seeing it in their shoes, they want the dungeon to be fast, clean and simple, get the money, and repeat, farm. Using 5 warriors that can stack banners and “For Great Justice!” can get the job done. But still, doesn’t excuse them for being kittens.

Idk what it is, I was also kicked in a dungeon, because I posted on lfg saying " zerker Guardian lfg " then after about 15 minutes someone had said " wtf you’re not a warrior, kick her " and I got kicked. When I SPECIFICALLY SAID in the lfg that I was a zerker Guardian.
When I post on LFG I always tell people the team comp, for example " Lf2 more we have 2 lvl 40 thieves with 80 accs " people will join the team, then leave after 3 seconds, do people not read and just self invite themselves to anyone looking for members? Also, I have had people who die ONCE midway and they pretty much call the team useless and leave.
Every 30 minutes or so the TP becomes unavailable to me, when I hover my mouse over a item the description is gone, I am forced to restart my client in order to have a working TP, idk if its just for me or everyone else.
I currently have 916,231 Karma, which is why I am in need of a uncontested place ASAP

When will Gw2 be optimized? I love the lore, story and all my friends in this game, but it takes away the experience when you’re getting really low fps. Not hating on Anet I am sure they have a lot of things to cover, but at the least we fans/supporters would like to hear something about optimizing the game, for you devs and mods who are reading this, we are not angry at you, we would just like to experience this game as much as we possibly can, and by doing so we need this game to be optimized.
Please bump this regardless if they know or not. We need this to happen asap.

So I just bought the game, and when installing I get a “Download failed! Please check your internet connection and try again” error. I searched the internet and nothing helps.
I did a GameAdvisor test to clear up stuff.
I use ESET NOD32 v5 antivirus, so no problems there, firewall off.Anyone knows a fix or a way to get it to work?
Are you using wifi or ethernet? I would suggest you hooking up your computer to a ethernet cord to be safe, I had that safe problem first time on my laptop and after hooking up a ethernet cord it worked just fine.
Hello everyone, this is most likely old news for most players who had tried to increase fps so if it is im sorry to waste your time or getting your hopes up, AGAIN THIS IS OLD NEWS TO PROBABLY MOST OF YOU SO DONT GET YOUR HOPES UP, reason for saying it twice is because some people just skim and scan to get what they want out of a thread then complain.
This has worked very well for me, I lvled to 80 with about 15-18 fps… ( IKR ) after downloading this, I am playing this game on full ultra and running about 28-45 fps in LA and about 30-60 fps outside of city ( In dungeons and etc )

Download that, and once its downloaded configure it, it tells you what you can disable and what you can’t. After that, click on gw2 in the booster and launch it, be sure gw2 isn’t running before you use the booster. This has worked for me and a few other people, that doesn’t mean it’ll work for everyone.
If that doesn’t work then I would do the alternative and overclock your computer, they say your warranty is void after overclocking. Any computer science major knows that, that is false. If you know what you’re doing, then it is not void.

I have been playing battlefield 3 on ultra, best settings with NO lag at all. I play league of legends with 60 fps no lag, I play crysis 2, new hitman, portal, dota 2 anything you name it. But when it comes to guild wars my fps drops from 40 to 20 and its been staying at 20 for 2 days now..Can anyone offer me any help?
Was at a friends house earlier today, as I was watching him do fractal ( I believe 15 ) to our astonishment he opened a chest and got Dusk, that’s right, Dusk. Unfortunately he didn’t have enough space, and just as he got enough, you can guess what happened, party leader left, which not only caused my friend to lose Dusk, but also the other 3 members who didn’t have enough time to even access their chest.
Anet, please fix that, it isn’t fair that if the party leader leaves, everyone pays the price. I think you should implement where if a party leader does leave, that the “Host” option is given to someone else randomly.
Some people are like that, they don’t bother to read, they just want to join and get their reward.
Oh, let me join this team because they have 4 people, nevermind im leaving because there is 1 lvl 40 , a lvl 79, 78 and lvl 60. Oh, let me leave because there is an elementalists, warrior and necro. Typical people nowadays. They seem to want the 4 warriors and 1 mesmer combo.
Just out of curiosity, I posted on lfg and said " This is our first time running this dungeon" midway we had one random getting upset at us calling us noobs and asking " it’s obvious you never ran this, you’re useless bye " people really need to calm down…And have some fun.

There are always sour apples in the basket but, I have noticed they have been increasing in numbers..Some people haven’t finished the story, or would like to at least listen to the dialogue and some people just cannot understand that for the life of them. Sad to say, during a fractal. Towards the end, some warrior died and everyone tried their best to revive him and after literally 2 minutes " you guys are useless" and leaves. WHO DOES THAT?! I mean, you were in the instance for 2 hours, and you leave at the last boss because you died and couldn’t wait to be revived. I have also been kicked out of a instance because midway of Arah I didn’t know what to do because I never ran that path. I told them in advance and they said " Just do what we do" after doing so they’re response, " wtf are you doing, WTF ARE YOU DOING " and I got kicked out. I mean it’s a game, shouldn’t we all have fun? I just don’t understand why people waste their time in a instance, only to ragequit halfway or in some cases like recently, at the end.
I know the title is a bit misleading, I am not asking for resources or mail. I just need tips and ideas on where and how to acquire such a mass amount of gold. And yes I have done the obvious and google " how to make gold on gw2 " and etc. I’d appreciate some input from the community and maybe get some friendly tips. There has to be a better way other than grinding dungeons. Almost everyone I know, craft about 10-20 lvl 80 rares like it’s nothing and it’s a wonder where they are getting that income! After asking them, they all just say “dungeon money”

I made a recent post not too long ago asking which was the best wvw, though I got my answer, ( Maguuma and Kaineng ) I am going to ask the community once more for an update since today at midnight is when I can transfer again.
Reason for this is because I am extremely eager and excited to craft Twilight. Something I have been working on for ages to put on my mesmer.
All that is needed is 32 globs of ectoplasm, gift of exploration ( wvw left ) and about 10 more badges of battle.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would like to transfer to a server that currently owns all the keeps in wvw. I am currently in Henge Of Denravi and we are not really doing so well.

Call it what you will, easy way out, no challenge, “be faithful” but I am seeking what is the current server with complete wvw control, unfortunately my server hasn’t been doing too well and we are not making any progress, all that is needed to complete Twilight, is my map and 20 more globs.
