You know, conjecture and theorycrafting is nice, but you need to display some math and specific changes you have in mind.
It’s not enough to say “bring condi’s in line with dd” those are two different functions.
Perfect example of that famous whack-a-mole balance design.

pve and pvp need to be separate so I don’t quantify that in the reasons why i suggest one thing over another;
for the ele changes – nothing should be immune and if you haven’t seen the new ele bunker build, ill leave that for you; otherwise, the ice bow on a full glass ele is extremely powerful

Greatsword – functionality to reflect risk – reward, reverse the distance in which damage is increased – dealing more damage the closer the player is to the target

Blurred Frenzy – damage evasion duration reduced to 2 seconds, engi shield stun and nightmare rune proc no longer interrupt the frenzy
Signet of the Ether – passive tick base reduced to 200/400/600 q3seconds based on number of clones; passive tick scales with healing power at a coefficient of 0.15; recharge reduced to 30 seconds
Mantra of Pain – damage increased by 5%
Arcane Thievery – cool down reduced to 40 seconds
Mimic – the first projectile absorbed does not cause damage

With AoE rebalancing – AoE target cap increased to 8 targets – the aim is to slowly decrease the power and effectiveness of AoE skills to a point of balance relative to single target skills and abilities and a hedge against AI clutter
Introduction of skill/charge shots – increase the depth of game play for some skills and classes, allows for deeper sense of counter play and more inter-combat options
Blocking priority system that has aegis as the last block to be used up and with multiple blocks up, only one used per attack – so that some traits and abilities become worthy options

I started around 1.4 million glory. I’m down to about 350k glory and I’ve made about 750-800 gold. Lost count because I got 1 asuran t3 cultural armor and 2 of the Nightmare armor sets.

As we all know, both individual score within a match and leader-board standing are positively correlated with higher skill levels. In all of my wins I have garnered the highest score – except for the final win achieving rank 1, in which I was heavily focused and followed around the map.
Much like the fist from the heavens, my wrath had spilled over the opponents dealing critical strikes and sustained DPS. Being number 1 comes naturally to the greatest competitive and professional gamers of our generation – and I am no exception.
For the many of you who were cut from IVEX along the way, which is pretty much all of NA, I will leave some words of wisdom.

I awake on a cold, dark night. The thought of going to work eclipsing any other desires this day, save one – I’m rank 2. Like all other days, I muster all of my energy for work.
Then, like a beacon of light in a turbulent ocean, I receive the call: “DoYourBestBear, you can stay home tonight, for now.”
My thoughts shift to the rank 2 position and the actual probability that I can win the first solo queue match this night. Breaking down the statistics and seeing who is online, I realize the odds are against me. But I have a heroic worldview and to battle the odds is what defines me.
I queue up. Acandis just got foiled.
Queue pops. Acandis is not on my team – probability of winning increases. Quilja is on my team though – probability of winning slightly decreases, but not as much as if I had Acandis instead.
Quilja carries hard – surprising, I know. The opponents consistently sent two players to kill me, leaving Quilja to run rampant over the map.
We win.
Now I wait – am I rank 1? Forty-five minutes to find out.

The issue is that, by and large, it’s easier for people to say something is banned rather than letting a 2v2 meta develop or evolve. This is just a simple case of that short-sightedness. Admittedly, so is Reevz asking for a Moa ban, even though you can block/blind/dodge/interrupt it.
Also, ban tool kit and elixir gun.

This build definitely can work a few variations, including: hybrid, different amulet, incorporating fear damage, et cetera.
As everyone knows, manvilrock.guildts.com TS3 server had gone down for a few days a couple of weeks ago. In its absence, I picked up a server, bearcave.enjinvoice.com and it became a sort of hang out for a ton of different people and for teams to have an available voip.
It does not escape me that we have a lost a number of users from the inception of the bearcave server to now – and I thought about that for a bit.
I do owe an apology for lax moderation and too many admins. I have removed a few admins, we linked the community website to the TS3 so that people can always get in contact with someone if you have an issue, we made it possible to submit complaints (through the TS3 server), and we are removing descriptions for people that are offensive.

Yea, I was looking at it earlier and the tool belt had the stun break. I remember counting that engineer has 5 or 6 stun breaks, just couldn’t remember where.
Okay, since Voz was playing with us this past night and I’ve been testing different set ups and compositions, I’ll fill you in.
He has no stun breaks.

He has no stability.
He has a Celestial Amulet on.
