Why do transfer costs have to be such a kitten lol. It’s costing my guild 14-20k gold to xfer our WvW core which is equivalent to around $10,000 USD. That’s if we really cut it down and trim ~200 semi-active players =\
If gem prices go up May 1 I think it will take CO until the end of May to fully transfer over and to be able to be in full force again. Until then we can only run 20-30 man teams a night during the weekdays and unfortunately prolly max 40-50 people this reset. Also, unfortunately until we can get situated we won’t bee too much help for DB since our #1 priority is to farm the gold to get our team here.

This is what Mag has been saying for months. Total score doesn’t really show anything, which is why we usually look for even fights or GvG instead. I don’t know why t3 suddenly cares so much about the total score so much.
That’s really what most of the level-headed folk say anyway.
Look, every T3 matchup thread since SoS dropped has been the same: The weekend starts off and everyone’s having a good time, and then by Monday morning someone is crabbing that DB is leading only because of PvDoor. Throughout the week, a few of us try to say exactly what you said: the score doesn’t matter in the first place, just have fun (or if the score matters to you, feel free to transfer to JQ). By the end of the week a few DB trolls come out and pound their chests and pretend they’re the sole reason we’re winning.
I don’t know if it continues because people are stupid or they’re sadists, but it continues nonetheless. And I imagine this thread will be somewhat similar.
Please go back and read the last thread. The pvd is actually BP/EA baiting maguuma every single morning and us not biting. Mag cares about winning fights.
The DB guys that know how to pvp, the DB guilds that know how to pvp, don’t post here and kitten it up with score bickering. Come morning, there will be more DB talking trash about points per tick, and more mag not caring.
When EA and BP want to talk about fights won/lost, then we’ll talk back.

I would just like to point out that Dragonbrand may have been leading in ppt at the time that the NA score was reported but, over the course of the week, the server who has been in the lead for most of the NA primetime has been Maguuma. I’m not saying that there haven’t been oscillations between all servers but overall this is true. If one looks at the millenium tracker referenced above, one will notice that, early in the week, the NA scores were posted maybe once or twice during NA primetime compared to three or four times during SEA primetime. It is hard to make a judgement based solely on those few data points in the NA timeslot. I would also like to refute the statements (from my own server included) that say that any server has eased up during the weekdays (granted there is a drop-off after the weekend for all servers). From monday through friday, I have not noticed a large change in any server’s numbers.
I heard Mag’s been trying Top Gun hard to lure DB’s NA away from their guild missions this week.
How’d that work out for ya?

Despite being the most skilled and swag presence, Mag has also been the most empathetic in the matchup, easing up since Friday, sensitive victory within the tier assured.
We wouldn’t want to harm the already bruised ego of NA DB, as the only players of the server who get mentioned are the SEA pvd zergbots.

I laughed, I really didn’t notice he wasn’t on Maguuma. Sorry for that.
But on the other hand, are you 100% sure there isn’t a SU on Mag?
Also, his hypothesis is based on NNK leaving, and in order for him to prove himself right, he would want NNK to leave.
No point giving logic to them, Elano. They’d have stopped arguing otherwise. Initially, it was NNK, TFV, then EA, then TG, and now BP. Maybe KUZO will be next.
They do this, while I’m running with an excellent EA commander, capturing their own BL, with a few others from NNK, KUZO, TFV and a few other guilds who constitute our server.
They still think of us as individual guilds. Maybe this is how they play, and why they don’t capture maps completely during NA times.
They come here to preach us about tactics, team play and what not. I wonder why they’re in 8th place if they knew so much. Keep giving excuses, and you’ll never learn. We’re seventh, and may soon be an undeserved 6th. Keep the inputs coming.

You do know that coverage is about multiple guilds coordinating on a server, instead of a single guild, right? Logic. Again, you prove my point.
How about we put this to a test? Tell NNK to take a break for a week, and see what the score will be?
We actually dont need to ask them that. look up 1 tier and that scenario is what would happen if NNK/TFV decided not to show up.
I hope DB realize how lucky they are because they are the backbone of DB

We like our server. We like our Asian presence, and we don’t mind being outmanned during NA prime hours. We struggle, but we fight, and enjoy it while we do.
