I absolutely disagree with this suggestion. Do you know why engineers got the kit mechanic like this? Because they have no weapon switch. Elementalist dont have it too, but got the attunements instead. Elementalist already have 4 weapon skill sets as class mechanic, giving them more skills to use every time they want to would make them just totally OP.
I know,why engi have kits. But it’s bs,that they can swap from weapon to kit,from kit to kit,kit to weapon,etc. without cd. And now they got 1.5k range ELITE kit. And if Anet wanted,they could give them weapon swap and make kits like Conjured Weapons.
And Warrior uses 2 weapon skills and those 10 skills are more powerful and useful than 20 of eles combined. And they can swap weapons every kitten .
And ele are the only class,that don’t benefit from F1-F4. All other classes are enhanced in some way from those skills,while F1-F4 is weapon swap for ele.
I already said,they can take away their bonus stats that CW give. They can even nerf their dmg. They can make it so,that you can only have 1 CW in your Utility,if they want,but that CW must be able to swap on fly. Not counting Elite FGS here. As I said before,they can leave FGS on cd.
1 slot in Utility will always be taken by Teleport,because it’s too good to give up in pvp.
I am mainly talking this as a pvp thing,where you have to drop Conjured weapon fast or else you’ll die. And only Conjured weapon in pvp really used is FGS. I know very few(and I mean very few) SOMETIMES use Icebow. And after they use FGS’s 3 and 4 and Icebows 4,5 and maybe 2,they pretty much soon have to drop weapon. If you use FGS as mobility,then you can’t even use that 2nd set that drops,since you’ll move away from it. Yes teammate can pick it up or situation calls for it to come back that way,but again that is rare. For a cd,that it has,it really isn’t worth that much.
I am sure PVE is “hard” ,where you in AC drop Icebow and click that 4 and destroy burrows. I am sure mobs are “hard” with the same animations and their sissy dmg. I PVE sometimes,I know there are some harder pve stuff,but at the end of the day,it’s pve. Boss,mobs have that same animation,do same rotation and it’s gg.
To comment saying your dmg will be lowered by 30%…I imagine,you’d get extra ways to deal dmg and more diverse gameplay. As of right now,in Utility skills,there aren’t many dmg based skills and pretty much Cantrips fill all 3 slots.
If you could use Conjured weapons as kits and able to swap on fly,gameplay would evolve so much more.
If Engis had kits,same as Conjured weapons and have limited amount of “charges”,no one would really use them,because they wouldn’t be worth using. Same as Conjured weapons.
Do they have some good/great weapon skills in them? YES (and that is why,they should be treated as kits)
Are they(CW) worth using? NO
Take away bonus stats that they give,just make them as kits.
What I suggested, on another thread, about Conjures is to make a trait that instead of giving you a random fire aura, could give you benefits depending on the element you are while holding a conjured weapon.
What elementalist lacks when uses Conjures, is his elemental identity, he is so vulnerable without it! So, and idea would be when equiping a conjured to get a buff that gives you toughness while on earth, power while on Fire, precision while on Air and vitality while on Water.
Off course your idea is pretty nice but I think it is a bit extreme to go to that logic. Remember that Conjures also give you some bonus stats when you hold them, so they cannot be treated as kits.
It’s so easy to remove those bonus stats or nerf them. I would have no problem,if Conjured weapons gave no bonus stats.
As of right now,it’s useless to use Conjured weapon. Once you drop it and you’ll drop it pretty soon,whatever Conjure weapon you use,you can’t use anymore. Yeah you got that another set of it,but it’s the same thing. And there’s no telling,you’ll even be near that 2nd set of Conjured weapon.
Yeah I agree with alot. Pretty much Ele will go like this:
Arcana Line and Water Line are a must,which leaves you with only 1 other choice. Out of your 3 “choices” 2 are taken from get-go.
Then people are gonna use healing signet,because it’s the best thing to use. No one in pvp is gonna use Ether Renewal,because people with skill will wait for that,then stun/interupt it, gg dead ele.
All 3 cantrips in Utility and FGS as Elite,so you get some mobility through 3 and 4.
If they make Conjured weapons same as kits,they can leave attument cd. It’s such a simple thing to do. And eles would become so much more than d/d,staff or s/f or d/f.
And while they are at it,they can put Tornado in Utility choice,since it sucks,while they move something from Arcane utility skills to Elite. The one,where you crit 5 times would be nice.
Please Anet,do this simple thing:
Make Conjured weapons same as Engi’s kits. Leave attuments at their recharge,while Conjured weapons would act same as Engi’s kits. Of course you wouldn’t get attument boons from swaping Conjured weapons,that you’d still get only going through actual attuments. And also,you wouldn’t drop Conjured weapon for your teammate. Only Ele would have them. Hell you can even leave Fiery Greatsword on cd,since it’s Elite,while other Conjured weapons in Utilites you would be able to swap on fly.
This move would make Eles so much better and make people actually start using Conjured weapons. At the moment,there is CLOSE TO NONE use of Conjured weapons. It would also give diversity to eles. Pretty much cantrips are used,while there are so many dead skills.
Why do you hate Eles? Engi got a kittening ELITE as KIT. They can use that kitten from 1.5k range with cd’s from 20-40s or so. Are you serious?
All other classes benefit from F1-F4(soon F5) skills in different ways,while for ele it’s like weapon swapping. They get no kittening use from F1-F4.
Simple fixes for thieves in my opinion are:
- take away their ability to ignore los
- take away port from Steal. If they wanna Steal,they have range of 180 or so for it
- healing skill Evade is OP. Short cd of 15s,it’s an evade and heal at same time,can’t interupt it,can be also used as mobility skill over map,cures some condis,etc. This needs to be nerfed somehow
While I think,it’s bs that they can spam attacks 2-5 at least 2-3 times in a row, it’s not end of the world. But still bs ! (Imagine Ele Updrafting people 2-3 times in a row,or Mesmer phase retreating 2-3times,Engi using Gear Shield 2-3 times in a row,etc.) . Then they have Elite skill on shorterst cd of kitten without even traiting to reduce that cd. All I can say,is that thieves give awsome bj,because love they get is uncanny.
As your personal skill rises and you know mechanics,it’s easier to fight them,but at end of the day,it’s bs what they can do. And you know difference from good thief and bad. Bad are the ones,that die and are permadownstate fodder,while good ones can carry team of scrubs and still win in SoloQ.

I don’t make thread about,what I dislike every other day. I made thread on my opinion on Stronghold and this.
I said nothing about leaderborads,waiting for queues,etc… I talked about nerfing builds in my OP. Write about that all you want. I am saying it’s pointless to kitten about nerfs at this time ,when Anet has focus on HoT.
Some of the complaints are in full regard of the trait changes as we know them. And with their track record of how slow updates come, now is the perfect time to keep feedback and theory crafting coming. They have the resources now to make big changes and really play around with things.
Also, never tell a customer to not give their feedback. That gets the name no where. Posting on a forum does not hurt their production levels, so no harm done.
Yes feedback is good on,when they show Specialization on Points Of Interest and stuff like that and people give feedback on that.
But crying about nerfs about current builds,what some classes can and can’t do,in my opinion is waste of time.
Do you really think,that they listen to all the feedback? Telling them,that is bs that engi can swap kits without cd’s and ele has to go through attument cd’s has been around since game started. Did they change that? No, ele has to go minimum 4 points into Arcana,if he/she wants to survive. And now,they’ll throw all good traits into Grandmaster trait in Arcana line. Instead of giving some stuff as baseline,you’ll have to decide between Evasive Arcana and getting boons,when you swap attuments(which I think at start was at least in Adept tier). They pushed Mesmer’s evade and create clone into grandmaster. But they give all love to thieves and their gameplay…mobilty-check,spamability 1-5 -check,survivability -check, damage – check
Do you hear me kitten about it day after day,week after week? No, I played and I played,learned stuff and then one day,because I got bored,I stopped playing. This new game mode has my interest for time being,but we will see what will happen.
I think it’s pointless for people to cry about nerfs at this time,because Anet is working on Heart Of Thorns . They are gonna change their game to some degree with specializations,do you really think they have time for anything else right now,if you want Heart Of Thorns to come out this year…we are already closing to middle of June and this announcment of HoT was year ago or something like that (around the time,they actually started working on expansion :P )
Best for you to do,is to stop playing the game for the moment. Or l2p with existing problems,that classes have.
I like idea of having Arrow Carts instead of Guards. I imagine those would be tougher to kill,you wouldn’t be able to cc them and they can have piercing arrows,meaning it won’t hit just 1st person,but all the rest in arrows path.
Again we have no idea,what they will actually change,but let’s say Stronghold won’t change all that much….but let’s hope,they have more maps in future plans ready to create and let’s pretend we are building those maps with our feedback.
Things I’d like to see :
-player gets some bomb/weapon for short amount of time from Supply area and that bomb/weapon is only able to damage NPCs and Gates (I am really liking this idea more and more I think about it. That was great feedback )
- if it’s a tie at end,Lords don’t clash,but each side chooses their Champion player and whoever wins that 1v1,that team wins
- Arrow Carts protect Gates and have piercing effect. You can’t cc AC (duh)
- You can’t use elites,when channeling
- No trebs
- Doorbreakers may stay,but they cost 2-4 supplies. Archers either become defensive NPC or delete them. If they become defensive NPCs,they cost 2 supplies
- Timer stays as it is. Trust me,no one will want to stay in 20+min match and not being able to get out. You already read about 4v5s,how people afk and so on in forums,so why would you want up the timer…please no

Here are some of the things I read on this thread and others and I see a problem from players feedback and why some stuff wouldn’t or can’t work:
Players able to do damage to doors
Whatever small damage players would be able to do on doors,it would be too big. You already get 1 supply at start,so what would stop players,to spawn those 5 doorbreakers and really just zerg to enemy gates,stack 25might and nuke doors. It would literally be a race to,who kills enemy Lord first. Maybe you would even see only 5 Warriors (Or 5 Necro Liches) with greatsswords and axes,berserker amulet,etc.
Suggestion : Leave it as it is. Only NPCs can do damage to doors
Players actually want more NPCs
People are you serious? You want even more NPCs(defensive,builders,etc.)? I wouldn’t mind 2-4 more between Outer and Inner gate,but I am against creating another NPC,that players would spawn.
As it is now,there is plenty of NPCs,if not already too much. Personally I’d make Archers defensive NPCs,where they’d rush to defend gate and Lord.
Able to interupt channel by damage
No,no,no. If player interupts channel by dmg,not cc,then team will just put someone with 1.2k range around channel area and it’ll never get “capped”
I agree,that is BS that people can use elites and get stability from that. That NEEDS TO GO NOW ! Other than that bs (which is huge), I like that you have to use cc for interupt. You actually have to commit to fight in a sense.
Making a conquest area within new mode
Why would you want conquest? So all the time people kittened about conquest…guess what they want now…CONQUEST! !! Really ?!?!?!?! MAN UP and get into fights kitten . You see someone in middle channeling…fight him/her. Don’t just give them free channels.
Upping dmg on NPCs
Not everyone plays bunker builds,where you take 50k dmgs and able to heal all that up. If NPCs get 5-10% dmg, might not be worst thing,but if they gain double dmg they do now,it’ll be too big. If NPCs do too much dmg,player will kitten,how they die from NPCs,that players don’t even matter.
I also found some interesting feedback,which I think it would imrpove Stronghold:
- NPCs get healing increased given from their players
- doorbreakers costing 2 supplies
- removing trebs
- possibly removing NPCs all together and having players get supply and run with bomb or some destructive weapon for short time,where that bomb/weapon could only dmg NPCs and gates
- Guards getting more HP and toughness
- Doorbreakers explode,when killed or after they destroy gate
-Removing intial supply players get at start. That means players would start with ZERO supply at start
- Supply area not so spamable. Only one channel at a time or something
I wish Anet would really take some time and respond to us,which changes are they really gonna make from feedback,so we could get an idea.

I have no idea,how we have such seperate experience playing Stronghold. Below I am gonna talk about my experience as solo player. Not saying my tactics were the best or that I am the best. I did 1/5 of the job on my team.
Like I said before,I played ele whole time, took Berserker Amulet, Runes Of Traveler and Sigils Air and FIre (started with Sigil of Doom and Geomancy,tried some others,but ended up with air/fire). With traits and weapons I played around from match to match. From weapons I used d/d or staff in different match. I used cantrips(mist,cleansing fire and teleport) and FGS as elite. And had healing signet,so I had heal per cast.
Traits I played around with looked like this: 0/0/2/6/6 or 0/0/4/6/4.
Guards by design are gonna go down…sooner or later(but they go down quick
). Instead of focusing so kitten keeping them alive,you take care of your team. In a way you also can take care of your guards,if you are there on time,is that you focus kitten enemy player. It so easy to kill doorbreakers. I don’t know,why people are making such a big fuss over doorbreakers. If they have someone running as support next to them,you just focus on player and doorbreakers are gonna get hit from ele all the time,since your attacks aren’t hitting just 1 person. Then I saw rangers entagle them all the time and so on.
If I saw that team consist mostly of players with projectile weapons , I took staff and took Powerful Aura in Waterline. It’s so funny,when players ignore you,thinking they’ll just snipe doorbreakers or something,you pop Magnetic Aura and they kill themselves.
We didn’t really discuss startegy at start,since it was pug teams. Usually it went like this: I popped FGS,always someone else took other one (thank God) and we spawned doorbreakers with our first supply. Then the team just split,based on who went were. If I went offense with FGS, someone pushed mid and someone went defense. So I used FGS’s 3 and 4 to get to guards quick and kill them. If enemy player showed up,guards were either alerady dead or close to dying. Then I just fought that person,if there was more than 1,I started los and kiting around,while trying to keep them busy. I didn’t completely run away,because our doorbreakers started to arrive. So if enemy focused kitten doorbreakers, I focued kitten enemy players. If people played boring builds as they do in Conquest,then they most likely didn’t enjoy Stronghold. Because with those boring builds,they are one step away from offing themselves
For defense example: Same thing with split,if someone went offense,I went either mid or our gate. At mid I had no intention of letting them have free cast. If I went our gate,didn’t matter if our guards were still alive or no,I focused kitten enemy players.
What’s great about Stronghold is,that you can try different builds and you don’t have to fight in same spot like in conquest. Mobility is key in Stronghold and as ele you have tons of it. And Runes of Traveler really worked for my playstyle.
The way I can describe it,is that I was there,where the action was. Even if enemy escorts their doorbreakers,Hero and archers,it takes time to get from their spawn point to gates. You have plenty of time to kill non attacking NPCs,who only have one goal. Your main focus is players. If people focused first on NPCs then on players,in my opinion they played wrong. NPCs can just as well be cc’ed,slowed down and it takes them time to get to their goal and do their thing,which gives you plenty of time to kill them after you killed their posse escort,which are real players.
I was in battles with players all the time. I stopped playing GW2 6months ago or so,came to play this Stronghold and had so much fun playing it. I played ele whole time and I had a blast,like never before. I had Berserker Amulet,Runes of Traveler and then I played around with d/d or staff and changed some traits in different matches. Sigil was air and fire…I know this whole air/fire thing,but it works.
I have no idea,how jaded people are from playing Stronghold,because it is awsome. See a player channeling something,thinking he/she would get a free channel. kitten that,we gonna fight !
He/she pops stability…fine,I’ll just burst you,making him/her waste defensive cd’s,everythng. It is impossible not to fight real player.
Thinking players are gonna ignore me and just focus on NPCs. Fine, I trait Powerful Aura,have staff and pop Magnetic Aura(for this reason alone,it is worth taking Powerful Aura in Water line)…you have no idea,how funny it is,to see players kill themselves. Or with d/d you pop Shocking Aura and they all get stunned. Having FGS gives you tons of mobility,with berserker amulet you actually are a threat,but you could also die fast,but that made it so much fun. It was high risk,high reward. As d/d berserker amulet,you have to play like your life is on the line.
You get 2 people on you? Why just run away…los,kite and distract them from going for their objectives.
I played from ofense to defense…everything. Every second of every minute I was doing something. And I didn’t just run away from fights. I actually went for player fights,which any real pvper should do. Either way you will face real player. I only had 1 match,where both teams went full Lord rush and other team won by seconds. That match wasn’t fun. So I made sure,I was,where I was needed all the time and did my part in my team.
I don’t get rewarded for defending though. If I hold off an enemy team while my team does its job. I get no points, I’m at the bottom of the leader board and have nothing to show for my contribution.
As long as my team wins,that’s enough reward for me. Who the kitten cares about leaderboards and how much points you got. It’s rewarding enough,if you can win your fight vs enemy player,if you can outlast and kite 2v1 or 3v1,if you do your job and your team theirs.
All the rewards that they throw at you in those chests are trash. Only worth having are tomes for alts and transmutation stones or what they are called,so you can change your armor,if you want. The rest is pretty much trash and a chore to get rid of by dragging it out of your inventory. And no,I don’t sell that trash to merchants.
I think it’s hilarious,that some people posted their “feedback” (only negatives and dissing new game mode) and then you see in their topics,that they played like 5-6 matches total. Those 5-6 matches made them already “pro” at new game mode. I played total in this beta around 12-13h and I wouldn’t call myself expert. Had queue pops every 3min or so,longest I waited was around 5-6min tops.
I hope Anet does listen to some great feedback,that some people posted and adresses some bs feedback and explains to people,why some stuff wouldn’t work.
Positive
- New game mode
- Fun to play
- Fast paced
- Lots of build diversity
- You have to interupt people,when they channel something. I like this,because it’s not just,that someone with 1.2k+ range dares to shoot you 1 time and interupt your channel. They have to commit to fight in a sense.
- Having decision to either go offensive or defense
- Map is big enough
- NPCs don’t do ton of dmg to players.
- Focus is on pvp
- Plenty of pvp to be had,if you play it right
- Matches don’t drag out,shorter time means,people have to actually do stuff,then be in game for 20+ min.
- Players can’t do dmg to gates. This forces people to actually go for supplies,not just zerg to gate,stack 25 might and nuke gates.
Negative
- First timers will be overwhelmed at start
- Supplies are bit too much spamable. Only one at time to channel might help a bit
- While I like NPCs have their one goal,but I would love,if at least Hero defends himself,while he rushes to enemy Lord. No need that he stops,but every now and then,he could throw AOE blind,maybe knockback or something. I know players should defend him,but the dude could at least do something on his own
- I wouldn’t mind,if guards would get some HP buff and toughness as well.
- I think trebs are too much. Remove those and more people will have to decide between offense and defense. In my games trebs weren’t used much…thank God.
- Lord rooms can get crazy. Adds shooting,pulling,Lord going berserk and then you have potential to have all 10 players in that room. It gets hard to see,just huuuge AOE fest.
Suggestions
- In UserInterface number doors with 1 and 2 in middle of circle
- Add some more adds in between Outer and Inner gate and give them more HP.
- Maybe make doorbreakers explode,when they are killed. They are running with bombs afterall
- Maybe change archers to defensive NPCs instead of offensive. Only Offense would be doorbreakers,while archers would rush to defend gates and Lord.
- Remove trebs
changes for next beta-event:
1) Archers deal twice the amount of DMG to players
2) Increased HP and thoughness for all Guards outside the Lord-Room by 20% each
3) 2 Archers and 1 Doorbreaker will now spawn every minute by default.
4) decreased channeling time at the supply by 50%
5) Lord won’t attack and get revealed from stealth while downed
6) Players are able to do a small amount of DMG to the doors now (equal to 10% of the DMG they do to doors on Foefire)
7) Guards attack DB’s at first priority, even when aggroed by players
8) Introducing defensive Archers: Spawned by supply only (not per default like the offensive ones), which will create an Archer on your defensive lane, spawning on the outer most unopened door, or the Lordroom if all doors are down.
1. If they do that,dmg will be too huge on players.
2. I wouldn’t mind,if that got buffed.
3. If they do spawn by default,what would be the point of getting supplies? This move would destroy Stronghold.
4. Kinda ties in with 3. point,if there were spawns by default,there is not much use of getting supplies.
5. I think this is hard to implement. By default lord is attacking,thus defending himself. If someone stealths Lord,while he is attacking in downstate,it’s not really Lord’s fault. He can’t cancel that attack. Maybe they could give Lord mechanic of a player’s downstate(stealth himself,thus he wouldn’t attack,teleport away,create clone,go into mist,rally up for short time,etc.). If possible,they could give players at start a choice of what Lord will do,if he goes into downstate. And choice would be limited to what team would consist of. If there were no thief in team,there would be no option for stealth.
For example: You have team of : Ele,Engi,Ranger,Mesmer,Necro
Lord’s downstate choices would be : mist,bomb,ghost rezzing him,create decoy downstate,fear
6. No. NO. If players are able to do dmg to doors,it will destroy Stronghold. However small dmg they will do to door,it’ll be too big. And imagine 5 people hitting door second after second…they would nuke it in 30s,if they would have even 1 doorbreaker. Even sooner than 30s I think.
7. This idea works on paper. If guards ignore players,that just gives players free dps on guards.
8. I like idea of having getting defensive NPC’s,but if you get them as well,what will players do? Map will be flooded with NPCs.
As it is now,you have to decide,where people will go. With not being able to destroy doors,you have to get supplies and get doorbreakers. There is plenty of PVP to have. It is impossible to avoid real players.

I am sorry,but did people(not Anet,but players) miss the point of Stronghold?
Anet talked,how NPC’s are there for specific roles,that they didn’t want to give NPC’s (that is NON PLAYABLE CHARACTERS) too much power and keep focus on PVP.
2 lanes work,because if there were only 1 lane,there would just be huge clash of AOE in middle of map. If you want that,go play WvW.
Someone wanna up respawn on players over time? Are you serious? Imagine dying towards end and have respawn of 30s or more. It would give other team insane advantage and probably just snowball to wipe the rest with no problem.
Timer is a good thing in my opinion,because it promotes fast paced play. Say goodbye to CELE amulets. If there were no timer or time of 20min+,people would get bored. People already kitten,how they don’t want to wait till it ticks 500 in conquest.
I think you are wrong about time. If it would go on for too long,then you’d be reading posts here,how this game mode is too long. And can you imagine,if game ends up 4vs5 or something and people being stuck in game for 20min+ ? Formus would crash from all the rage.
As it is now,it’s fast paced and I like this. There’s always something to do. And I think its fair (as fair as it can be),that if you wipe whole team or you get wiped,that it’s not insta over for one team. (depending,where fight took place and so on). NPC themselves should be as they are now. Make them too strong and again people will rage,how a NPC is too strong.
Why are people already kittening about Stronghold? So many new threads,how it’s only pve,etc. Below are my thoughts overall on Stronghold:
I played Stronghold yesterday and I played it for about 9h,had break(sleep,work,etc.) and then played it again today for about 3-4h. Queue pops were frequent,I think longest I waited was 5-6min tops. Matches were fun,there was PLENTY OF PVP to do. I am talking about this as solo q experience. If you avoided players whole time (which is impossible to do),then you played wrong. If you go on offense,there is a chance,that you’ll meet people defending either their gate or at supply or at hero and so on. I played everything…from offense to defense…switched it on a fly,if we need to rush lord or defend. It is a fun map to play and it’s a different game type…WHICH IS A GOOD THING PEOPLE. Be grateful for this. Pvp scene needs diversity.
Only thing I’d recommend for change,is that at start,this game mode can be overwhelming. Maybe numbering gates with 1 and 2 in circle in user interface might help a bit. Trebs didn’t really play big role in this,so in my opinion, I’d remove trebs from Stronghold. Supply depots are bit spammable…make it,so that only one at time can use it. Oh and at either lord…it gets too croweded too fast and with everything flying around,it’s hard to see sometimes. I think you’d have to be Norn to see well. You get NPC’s shooting,Lord himself goes berserk,then you got enemy players,your allies.
NPC are a bit dumb(well alot),but I like that. I like that they only have one goal. Maybe hero could defend himself a bit,when he runs to enemy lord and he does a knockback or blind. Not just run and run and run,ignoring the fact,that peole are killing him.

Only thing for me is,that if it’s soloQ,then it should be purely SOLOQ. No premade of 2-5 in soloQ. Like the whole name should be,what it says it is…solo queue.
So if people are in teams sitting in Heart Of The Mists,matchmaking should never put those people in same team. You could say at the very least Matchmaking could put them on opposite sides,but if it’s a team of 5,where would other 3 go.
Anet make soloQ and teamQ again…which you already had it before. And let the queues be,what they say they are. Put premade of 2+ into team queue,if that is what they want and group premade of 2 + premade of 3 against full premade or something like that.
This is how I feel.
Robert is awsome and when he talks about a certain class,he talks about that class. He knows he is showing this to public for first time,so he is on point. Unlike Grouch,Roy (ugh I cringe when he talks about anything) and others,who constantly laugh,get distracted by smallest of things and repeat X amount of times,that everything is work in progress (here’s a tip…put WORK IN PROGRESS ON YOUR GREEN SCREEN AS BACKGROUND), Robert really delivers.
What I think about Necro’s Reaper is,if you can stow your weapon,I think that build has a potential to really play mind games with people. Question is will you be able to play mind games or will you be destroyed first?
I think they really need to give Necro a good portable skill(to get out of fight…I know you got spectral walk or wurm,but both show where you will be) or just up Lifeforce regen and give Lifeforce baseline of 25% to start with.
While they didn’t respond to any thread on forums,that guy Evan(think that’s his name) said to Blu at Gamescom,that they are not planing to remove Skyhammer.
At the moment,Anet has all(if not all,at least 3/4
) the rage focused at Skyhammer. If they removed it,people would find new thing to rage on…
I know someone will reply,that people stopped playing,because of Skyhammer,etc. and that they are losing players,because of it. We all know pvp in GW2 is pretty low Anet’s mind,when they put out new finishers every few weeks,focus on Living Story,now October will be here,etc.

I honestly think NA’s scene is growing but there’s a clear gap between the “pro’s”
vs the “still learning to rotate effectively”. Part of the problem with having qualifiers spread over 4 weeks is ya gotta spread the top teams out. While this is a great chance for newer teams/players to get on stream, it also means that youre naturally going to have some lopsided matches.
Casting was awsome! DPS handled NA ToL 2 perfectly(as something someone can take seriously). You were on point,talked about teams,gave time frames,when matches will be and you cared about viewers. When we watch EU ToL is like…30min of kitten “music”,no time frame,then Jebro just says some random stuff:D,laughs at his own *cough*jokes*cough*:D and then,if he doesn’t believe team has a chance,either over hypes stuff at times back to laughing,etc
I am sorry Jebro…before I had no problem with you casting,but lately is just too much for me:D (I understand DPS has more people for this,but you gotta step your game up)
I wish DPS also handles EU ToL. Even when one team dominated,I still enjoyed watching match,because casters made it interesting. Bravo DPS, bravo!
