Axes are way better damage wise.
GS is fun, dunno wtf your talkin bout.
Hammer has a ton of knockdown and AoE so its cool.
Warrior is epic dude, your probably playing it like in WoW (aka boring, spam a button, use another button, keep spam).

You think GS does more damage then dual axe?
Can I have the axes then?

And yeah. Charr are very versatile in the ways they can look.
Very different from the Asura (though they are my 2nd fav, they all look so similar T_T)

Well i think that they really should fix that, because it’s not fair for all of those asuran guardians. It really isnt fair and should be fixed. Even the visual thing should be fixed. There are a lot of asura guardians ._.’’

I dunno bout you guys, but in this area, i was being greatsword warrior (I was new and its way better then sword, i want axes or hammer, not the greatsword, so dont hate on me please) and I saw that this one flamethrower engie was utterly DOMINATING everything. He killed this one boss and it seemed like he did it all, and barely lost any hp. It was beautiful, all that flame.

I haven’t played yet, as I have a macintosh, so i dunno if you want my advice, but i read alot about gw2 and im maining a Necromancer Asura. I am gonna blast a tonna conditions on my enemies and summon a ton of minions to destroy the survivors. Plus these guys can basically live forever with their drains, and minions taking all damage. Dont even get me started on Death Shroud! Seems amazing.

(im not making fun of them, i am maining an Asura along with Charr )

They make the best warriors and engies, both of which I will roll. They are super epic, just look at their city! Everything they make gives you the impression “Screw with me, and you’re dead meat, pal”. Plus I always liked playing animal-like races

I have no idea what these profs are like, i have never played, but i read alot. I dislike all these flamers, the point of the forums and disagreeing is to HELP AND SAY WHY YOU DISAGREE!!! Not be like “ohkittenur an idiot l2p nub lolollolool” its to be like “I disagree with you because ________.”
But on topic… I dont know about the thief so i cant help. But if you dont like the thief, play another class. Im not forcing you. Im not yelling at you. Just recommending, play something else and see if you like it

I would prefer using dual axe for damage and fun at jumping around high damage critting people. Also using hammer and knocking down people with basically every skill XD.

I know this is off-topic, but as a new player, which would you recommend for PvE, then if you can, PvP.
