i actually like this idea. the first time i did arah was p3 ( i had watched a guide on p3) and i joined a group and told them that i had never done it before but that i thought i would listen to them and that i had a rough idea of what was going on. They said it was fine. Turned out the whole path went quite well with no wipes.

Personally i like to take newbies on runs whenever i have time. The only dungeon i dont advertise for newbies is arah because i dont get more than 1hr and a half to play but the days i do ac or ta or se or something i take newbies along and often times the ones that listen are fun to play with.

“No knob heads” just made my day.

I’m in the process of map completion so I’ve picked up a few keys along the way. This weekend I managed to snag an Endless Mystery Tonic out of one chest. Other than that i’ve only picked up a few black lion salvage kits (5).

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever gotten?

I could be fighting dragons but shatter hasn’t been on his timer since the patch.

Just make your own guild, buy some influence with gold and research guild storage.

IIRC, it takes a little over a week to research and costs under 3g to buy the influence needed for 50 slots of extra storage.

Even though you cant deposit account or soulbound items in there, you wont need to pay the ~30g you need to get 600 gems for 30 more slots of private bank space.

I really did enjoy this path as well. It was nice to not rush past everything and the bosses took something other than stack in a corner and pew pew.

Some guild is cornering the market to raise the price of precursors and silver doubloons in some unforeseen way!

Do you think this will be live today? It’s my first event/patch so I’m not really sure when to expect it to drop.

I’m interested in this guild. I should be online at around 7 CST tonight as well as most of the weekend.

Confirms that the mad king is also making it back this year.

There is no way I would try to farm this at .7 a stack of 250. Good luck to those that try!

I’m under the impression that if the material wasn’t time gated then those who saved tons of materials would be able to flood the market and drastically reduce the cost of making an ascended piece. This would devalue the feel of the weapons as well as the effort it takes to obtain one. This is meant to be a step between a legendary and exotic and flooding the market with cheap materials would lessen that.

Also the time gating ensures that people are logging in to create said materials and possibly will bottleneck the amount of leftover materials that could be used for ascended armor.

I apologize if this is hard to follow, my thought process isn’t always linear and I tend to follow in on paper.

When I get this error I just click on another tab and back. Usually clears it up.

Ghostly Bow glow effect is still disappearing when the bow is shot. This bug is not class nor race specific. It is apparent on all classes and races. A screenshot is not necessary as this is a known bug since the release of Guild Wars 2.

This is just a reminder.

This still. Just bought it yesterday and was highly disappointed with the lack of effects.

I believe silver and gold are from accessories etc.
