This is a serious issue, my friend got ban for sending my share of a weapon we combine resources to make. We are real life friends, we are in-game friends ever since we started playing, my ip can open both our account, but these doesn’t seems to be enough for Anet. It’s almost stupid to ban someone sending another single person large amount of gold, and by large I mean just a few hundred gold which is easy among the rich players.

every ban is reviewed. if someone is banned in error, this is a human mistake.

However, you can make it this human easier by:
a: making sure the sender/reciever are on eachothers friendslist (and preferable for a long time)
b: making sure in the text of the email it is clear where it is for

I don’t know about that, my brother and I got ban like every other month when we make legendary and required to move gold/mats around or when we help a guildie by sending them stuff.

This is getting very annoying to me. Every time my brother and I decided to make a legendary or help someone in the guild to make one, we get banned for transfer gold/materials through either the guild bank or by mail even if it’s for people we know for ages and our alt accounts. Anet needs find a better solution to identify the players from the actual gold sellers/rmters. My brother account gets ban like every other month for the same reason.

Please check these 2 tickets since their accounts aren’t allow to post on the forum as soon as the ban messaged poped up.

I like the current system for Laurels. Let’s say character bound, people just keep making level 1 alt and go complete their daily then delete make new alts and repeat. That would ruin the economy because laurels can get other stuff like T6 mats too.

We need more complainers so Anet pay more attention to this thread & add more effects to legendaries not just Meteorlogicus.
