Few hours ago Dusk, Dawn, and Spark pre order was so low nearly half of its price. Now they going back up in price for some reason. Please look into it, someone might mass produced or duped them and sell them at highest buyers to sell them fast.

You forget one thing .. Event Bosses scale .. normal mobs not. So if they make the champs in Frostgorge to Events it may take 10 times longer to kill them.

If you want Karma go to Queensdale, there are quite some Event-Champs, and you will notice that those low-level mobs will often take longer than the FG champs.

^ Like he said. If all the Champs in Frostgorg are events, they will take much longer to kill then it’s not a farm anymore. Just be happy w/ it for now before all the champs get nerfed

I dare to say more than 50% of the GW2 playerbase came from GW1. Or at least 40%. Sometimes i even see random dungeon teams with 5/5 GW1 titles. They make up most of the real core and loyal base.

Still, they don’t continue anything we loved in GW1, however we were promised to have “all we loved in GW1” – manifesto, anyone?

Yet it feels odd. If the community is asking for a GW1 feature, they do the opposite. Do Arenanet devs feel like GW1 isn’t their product, because most of the devs are new to the company?

For example, build teamplates. or GvG. PvP as a whole, is the opposite of GW1’s PvP – lack of variety, no rewards no resources.( Or Cantha! >_> )

Or the birthday gifts… EVERYONE was expecting a nice minipet pack. Instead, we got a Jennah, some booster (which was bugged and totally destroyed the non-existing Pvp economy) and an useless scroll. However… surely a coincidence but the gemstore happened to have a new minipet pack at the 1st anniversary. Feels like they were aiming for Gw1 people to buy their own gifts for money.

Don’t forget the landscape – can you tell me any kind of place that was presented in GW1 and is not in ruins? Most players loved Ascalon – now we have to kill their ghosts, if they are already dead, or blow up the remnants of their kingdom. Just.. no.

Let me explains this in details what I did. After the patch I made 2 Legendaries to sell, The Minstrel and The Predator. Gift of the Minstrel (Gift of Music) is one of the ingredient to make requires 250 Orichalcum Ingots and 250 Bolt of Gossamers. And Gift of the Predator (Gift of Wood & Gift of Stealth) are 2 of the ingredients requires 250 Ancient Wood Planks and 250 Orichalcum Ingots. As a crafter I bought all the raw materials to make them cheaper for those gifts. I only made enough mats to make those gifts not another single more to gain unintended benefits. You guys can check the system chat log is all there. The crafting experience that I gained from those seem like normal to me so I didn’t see any illegal exploit that you guys talking about. Infacts I don’t even have all 3 crafts to 500 yet not even close. So tell me, is it illegal to make Legendaries to sell? Because there are tons on TP on sell right now. I’m sincerely asking you guys to take a another look to check if you missed out on any game system logs and hoping to lift this perm banned on my account. Thank you.

Flash, your ticket is rather, old. Several days here you said you had a final answer from an arenanet official. I am truly sorry, but it seems your case is closed and will not be re-opened. You choose to ask for a review early without giving support a decent change to react and you did that in a matter where you where unfair, rude and a rumour monger. Your are I’m afraid out of options. Please stop taking time from the support so others who actually have a case can be helped. Thanks for your cooperation.

They just responded this evening and reveal why I was banned. I just submitted what I did and it was not an exploit or I gained any unintended benefits from it. They must have made a mistake since I did craft a lot of materials right after the patch went live. The ticket is actually still open.

^ what darkace said. For examples, SAB & SAB 2 lasted for 2 months April & Sept and it has nothing to do w/ GW2 story at all. GW2 released almost 13 months now and u spent 20% playing silly things. I know people gonna say " u dont have to do SAB if u dont want to". I think as a whole players want to see the story progress not just random stuff that living stories thrown at us.

Personally i dont really like WvW season. Because all the people are just going to transfer to big servers. 4-5 guilds on GoM already transfered to JQ and BG after they heard about wvw season 1. WvW was fun now anet want to make competition of zerging! If the winning server reward has precursors, everyone might as well transfer to the BIG 3 servers.

I have actually done some research on this topic, and I’m curious to which suits you’re referring. The only thing I can think of is the Shanda case, which was in China. And maybe the XBL class-action, which I don’t recall ever getting a final settlement?

Don’t really follow it, most cases would settle and there would be no more public information about what the terms are so people can’t really search for the result.

Just because there’s a TOS and you signed doesn’t mean it will hold up in court, sony and xbox have no sue clause and class action waiver. Most likely the judge can throw the TOS under the bus and deem it’s unconstitutional.

Most company will try to settle before it even reach the supreme court anyway, not only would it costs them way too much money from fines and judgements from the court. The publicity they get is really negative, it will also open a whole new can of worms that make them vulnerable to more lawsuits.

I thought the update is on the sept 17th. Why is the livestream is on the 20th?

Please triple check. It’s been 8 days now and I already explained everything that I could. I’m using my brother account to post this since I can’t. My account has over 5000 hours of play time and almost 12000 Achievement Points. There is no way I would take any risk of using any exploit to get my account get banned. Please reconsider before you guys banned one of the most gw2 biggest fan and a hardcore at that.
Over 10 days now, I’m sure u guys have all the evidence that didn’t exploit or violate any rule at this point. Time is precious.

I just got an email on 9/16/2013 from Anet that my account got perm banned from using exploit in game. However they didn’t mention what and when I did wrong. Me & my brother play this game for since the pre released. We even invited some of our best friends to GW2 to play. Each of our account have over 5000 hours of play time, 10000 hours + total. We support GW2 over a year now and we also got wrongly perm banned numerous times like nobody business. Anet did reversed those bans but that’s just too many for them to make the same mistakes so many times. I did read the rules of policy so many times including Macro and I still can’t find what I did wrong to violate any rule. Anet just perm banned me for no reason at all. For me this is UNJUSTIFY banned & I wish they rechecking again to resolve this asap. Everytime we get wrongly banned, we just keep complaining till we get our account back. Maybe I got perm banned this time cause we’re complaining too much?! I was expecting more out of Anet’s Support Team to give players full reason why they got banned or maybe give them a warning not to do this again. Again, please check this again and reconsider to unban my account asap please.

All the recent contents on top of daily and monthly, this game feels more like a chore than something you actually enjoying playing. Dungeons are so boring, WvW is stale and sPvP population is like doing a downward spiral.

People keep telling me all these contents are optional, you don’t have to do them if you don’t want to. All I have to say to that is if you don’t do those new contents what else there is to do in GW2?

I just wondering if the new achievements for Teql Rising are perm?

Arenanet does not Autoban. They have claimed over and over that every ban is done after a review of a human being. They have systems that flag an action suspicious, but the actual ban is done after the evidence is reviewed by a human being.

This has proved many times. If you have solid proof that arenanet is lying here please share that proof.

You can argue that Arenanet makes too many mistakes. but you are not doing yourself a favor by spreading lies!

My friend confirmed that you can transmute Exotic weapon skins into Ascended Weapon stats. You must have Ascended Weapon in order to do this! He got Aether Rifle w/ Ascended stats.

Anet please put those 2 pve monthly champions slayer & Master Crafter back. It’s kinda unfair for those who missed just on the 3rd day of the month.

what happen to Monthly Champs Slayer & Monthly Master Crafter?

Can we transmute exotic weapons skins to have ascended weapon stats? Cause most of us want our cool exotics weapons skins to have ascended stats: like Mjonir, Infinite Light etc…
