wtb people whose idea of a 1v1 isn’t turning it into a 10v1. /shrug c’est la vie.

Kudos to some of the DH folks I have fought. Win or lose the 1v1s are a blast. And while I certainly don’t represent a statistically valid population, and this is purely anecdotal evidence… But man, DP players… don’t be afraid to give a 1v1 a go.

would be great to have weekly sub forums based on the current matchups instead of random threads we the players create, that way you could have multiple threads going, and overall things might be cleaner..

WOW is darkhaven’s popularity composed of only thiefs and mesmers Every single squad i see raiding has like 12 thiefs and 7 mesmers lol.

That said, whenever I come across a 2-3 groups of BP 70% are thieves ~.^ I can’t decide which is worse of repeat classes, thieves mesmers necros? Haha.

seriously? on a Friday night, 2 hours into WvWvW, you know the main selling point of your game, you do a huge patch?

D/D is far from common.
I think that the best combo with MH Dagger is Warhorn, thanks to CC and PBAoE, which is helpful considering that you should stay all time in close range.

Focus fits better with Axe imho because they are both ranged but, of course, it can play well also with dagger MH.

power/crit build and that is exactly what I use. The synergy with this is great.

The smallest class, hardest to figure out animations = natural choice for pvp

Meh really need a subforum for small scale kittens.

Had some great small scale fights out there, some kitten 3v3s (we were a ranger, elem, necro trio). We gave some, and we got some quick trips back to the Victory Circle (code for: We Died).

It makes this aging jaded gamers heart blip in something that might resemble happiness to see the growing late night small scale pvp.

I raise my glass to all you small scale pvpers, whether it be 1v1, 3v3, 5v5, or what have you.

depends on what you are doing/like I suppose. If you solo in Wvw or sPvp Assura have a pretty sweet racial: Pain Inverter – 5 second Retaliation on a 30 second cooldown. Which means that if you are using Axes at all you have two different retalition skills on seperate cooldowns. Very useful in 1v1s.

I was aware that this could be done, but haven’t seen it in the lower tiers. Wow…. that is taking Pathetic to new lows. Sorry to hear you folks are having to deal with BS like that

/shrug, I think the basic issue you are facing Shrack is that you are posting yet another Thief video. You seem like a nice enough guy, and I can appreciate the fact that you are trying to do something a bit different from other Thieves.

You are clearly a solid player, and you guys play together well as a team, (great job on the ASAP stealth rezzing), but at the end of the day you are playing a Thief, and given the current state of things…Well lets just say it is hard to watch without giving a knowing smile, and saying to oneself, “Thief #2346 doing crazy damage in yet another youtube video”

Now your guilds Engineer, does s/he have any videos to post?

Will feel very odd not having this same matchup next week. I guess there are reasons for it, but I wish folks names appeared as their header. I would love to give some shoutouts to some AR and GoM folks I have had some small scale fights with but I have no clue who you are :P.

they do exist outside of Spvp, not a ton, but there are some there. but yeah it is annoying. the fact that there are no Exotic Rabid marks/sigils is annoying as well

Cheers and a /salute to Kaineng and Devona’s. I have had a blast with the late night small scale 3v3 skirmishing. It is nice to see that the small fights are starting to emerge. Brings me back to the days of DAOC. I wish you two servers all the best in your next matchups.
