ikr! It hurts my soul every time I see Osi leaving loots behind or when he chases enemies instead of ressing me :< So rude.

Gandarians aren’t exactly any better than RS when it comes to standing inside the towers or on the walls when there are few enemies out there, laying siege that we need to take down. More than once it’s been just me charging into the enemy group that could easily be countered if we did it together, just to notice that rest of my fellow server mates are still running on the walls doing nothing productive. Not to mention our people seem to have this mentality that it’s better to let the walls fall and fill the lord’s room with siege rather than having a proper fight outside. Stop being such hypocrites and drop this silly flaming towards RS, thank you very much.

Seems like RS has inspired some of our fellow Gandarians with their insane siege spamming. Amusing.

I love how most of the people here say “Ohhhh stop qqing! Rangers are amazing in wv3!!!1! You can use traps and slowdowns and maybe throw some snot in the enemy’s face to help YOUR FRIENDS to bring them down”. You are not doing it yourself because you can’t and that’s the main problem for me.

Last time you played a ranger, what did you actually do with it? Log on to mine some ore nod and then log off again? If you actually played a bit more than that you’d know you can’t put the pet away permanently: you hide it, you get hit by a mob, the pet pops out automatically because you received damage- want it or not. By the looks you are complaining about people complaining, while they aren’t actually complaining but stating how it actually works. Or doesn’t work how it’s supposed to in that matter.

Why don’t you ettack Klovan when we attack Wildcreek??? You just haev attacked Ogrewatch and Sm. That’s all you do.

Vizunah is smart as kitten. If you go for SM they immedietely leave SM and attack Anza or Mendons. Deso is a very good server, but you sometimes lack of smartness in Eternal Battlegrounds.

I remember few commanders saying something about it being totally useless to go for Viz towers as it’s waste of time/siege, since Viz will just summon their blob and wipe everyone out.

One thing that I wanted to ask you about, which was not detailed above or alluded to in regards to future content changes and updates, is the Commander Badge.

Can we expect to see an overhaul of this item any time soon or at least some tweaks to make it a bit more worth the 100 gold price tag?

I for one would like to see this badge become account wide rather then bound to a single character. While I greatly enjoy playing my Elementalist in WvW (the one character I have with the Commander Badge) I find myself NOT playing WvW with my Guardian for the sole reason that I do NOT have a badge on that character.

I love WvW but it is much harder to coordinate battlefield tactics with my guild and keep everyone together while playing on my Guardian simply because I have no badge on him. And before anyone tells me…a 2nd badge is simply not something I can afford…any time soon…or even possibly ever. The badge I have on my Elementalist was given to me by my guild for Commanding via player donations.

Some changes/additions to the badge I would like to see is some more map useable icons as well as a more semi-permanent drawing option.

Being able to see ALL members of the squad on the map as a colored dot, no matter their distance from me would also be something desirable.

In addition to those suggestions, I think all commanders could benefit from the ability to ‘lock’ and ‘unlock’ the squad itself, giving us the ability invite and remove players from the squad if necessary.

I want to love my ranger. I really do. And in pve they are great. I can solo alot of content out in Tyria. Dungeons … Eh i go with a group i know because they seem to undstand pet problems, and bring me along more as a person that keeps mumble interesting instead of what i can do for the group. Wvw. I am trying to stick it out in wvw. It’s mediocre stuff we offer, others seem to better at well everything. I feel a huge victory when I do survive a fight against someone else not up leveled. The person I’m going against is probably not a great pvp’er but meh I’ll take what I can get. I use guard to take down siege when I can. Haters can hate us for using that but I’m using that skill till they nerf it out of my dead rangers hand. We could be awesome. Sooo many great suggestions for fixing issues. Now if they would just implement them I would be one happy girl.

And really any class that is well played can solo camps it’s not really a big accomplishment. Meh.

This is exactly how I feel. Maybe one beautiful day somewhere in the bright future, after looking through the patch notes I can log on and make a difference in wv3, for now I serve as a bait and master floor tanker.

Very intense battles in EB yesterday evening and Gandara was doing amazingly, holding our towers and keeping SM in check, pushed back both AG and RS out of SM walls few times. Then the horrible map crash happened and once we got back in, people were super unorganized, running around like headless chickens and we lost few towers :< Kudos to each and every one of you who were in EB tho, I haven’t had this much fun in months!

Also a shout out to a charr d/d ele from UNTY, you’ve traumatized me and every time I see a charr ele I just scream, wave my hands in the air while running in circles and die of horror.

Haha yeah, it was really bad timing for us. Half of the guild among with some randoms got stuck inside the wall and they couldn’t get out. Our TS was full of lols :>

Hai guise! As few of our members already mentioned earlier, our guild moved to Gandara because we got tired of the zergfests and long queues in Desolation. And boy does it feel nice (and a bit bizzare too!) to be able to play with my guild when there is no queue whatsoever and we all can actually be in the same map! I also found it really amusing when someone shouts in the map chat “French zerg hitting Ogrewatch!”, I was expecting it’s going to be +40 people blob with heavy siege, only to find around 15 people instead :> Really loving Gandara <3

I had super awesome time in EB yesterday evening! Kudos to WAR from AR, you guys are fierce!

Yep, that was before I went into hardcore training mode with heap of mates to work my ranger out better.

Thing we found is sure the ranger can’t do a “Kill Shot” but over say 10-20 seconds ranger throw allot of damage. Was matter finding combo’s and using right sigils.

Still wondering how you can tank 10 times harder than any other class, like guardians for example, and still do insane damage that out bursts other classes? Would be nifty if you could share your findings.

We had 2 commanders with tags open in the JP yesterday while queue was around 15-30 minutes and we could barely hold our towers..

Aws, I feel yah. I was in the same situation but I managed to find the perfect guild without any server hopping. I suppose you just have to look through the guild recruitment posts (both the official forums and www.gw2guilds.org) and youtube videos, try to get into a guild that seems to be close to your prefered playing style and hope for the best. Free server transfers are closing soon so you should hurry up. Good luck and I hope you find what you are seeking for :>

Someone was planting blueprints all over the Desolation overlook @ EB while we were trying to defend SM. The courtyard was full of prints as well..

It actually is possible to do without any hacks involved, thieves can sneak into certain spawnpoints due bad map design and silly NPC locations.

Some shout outs to random people I encountered during my roams in EB. Kudos to the Arbor sylvari ellie from RnD and zeh sneaky asura thief from LMN? for all the floor tanking you made me do during the week. The total amount of omfg why won’t he die already!?!!1-screams in TS was too kitten high. Also awsm duel outside BT overlook with sylvari RuNL mesmer, too bad so many randoms jumped in, you sir are cool! :> Thanks for all the fun!

What does SFR and ER have to do with this? As far as I know this battle is between Arbor, Deso and BT, not SFR and ER. Either way, I recall seeing several posts from both BT and Arbor guilds that stated they won’t be doing wv3 due holidays but they will be back this weekend, while 0 Deso guilds mentioned being on vacation.

Seriously, good job because it’s really hard to get people out of their comfortzone. But the thing is, we failed there, we can’t get our pvers to join and since e-bay doesn’t have an option for ordering zergs, we need to get our bloodthirsty people from elsewhere. If we recruit another Ruin-like guild that ends up destroying us and makes us fall even deeper in the tiers, it’s our problem and not yours. Just enjoy your victory while you can and stop making such a fool out of yourself here.

There are no names in WvW, so unless you actually see them place it there is no way to report it..

This is getting to be a major issue though, the amount of siege placed in useless places is getting out of hand. No one minds losing, it’s all part of the game, but at least play fair.

So far I’ve spotted rams on top of supply shed’s roofs inside some of our EB towers. At first I thought it was random misplaced siege blueprints, but it’s getting a bit too frequent to be just a random oopsie daisy. Either way, play fair or don’t play at all.

I had so much fun defending against insane amount of BB in EB yesterday evening. You guys really love trebus, don’t you? And then Arbor joined, intense fights when all 3 server clashed together! Awesome work guys ’n gals :>

I swear if this game had a “bee-yotch slap the troll in the forums” trait line, I’d be putting 30 points into it. Either way, every server contains some of the jerkiest jerks to ever jerkinate off a jerk, so don’t get provoked. As someone mentioned earlier, the ones who you are actually fighting and battling against have respect for you, it’s just the ignorant trolls making noise and seeking for attention.

Ohh and KAZ, bumped into you guys while roaming with a small group in BB BL yesterday and boy, was it fun! Didn’t realize it was you guys at first, then someone said in TS hey it’s those guys from the forums! Respect! Epic fights (I think Osi recorded some of it?) and thanks for the guys from your group who /sleep down next to me while I was tanking the floor in the middle of the camp, I appreaciate that you didn’t t-bag me. You outmanned us pretty heavily and after getting wiped, we came back for round 2 but you guys had already moved elsewhere :<

Doesn’t matter who goes to T1 and T3, what we all deserve is intense battles and good fights and that’s exactly what I have been experiencing this week. Be it a big zerg or 1vs1 I have truly enjoyed this match. Kudos to all sides for the fun and lets keep battling out in the field instead of the forums :>

I had been in w3 for few hours without any problems what so ever, getting killed by thieves in stealth and without. Then I joined my first sPvP match today and didn’t even get to play more than few minutes! I was fighting against a thief, we both got downed but his mate got him back up on his feet, then finished me off and boom – endless loading screen.

Sadly the female ones aren’t really any better, basicly all the sets just looks like someone barfed, made an omelette out of it and then got this marvelous idea how it would look good as armor set.

Had awesome fights while roaming around and about Eternal Battlegrounds last night. Especially when we bumped into another Judge guild, from enemy server! Total madness! You guys are on my personal kill on sight-list now :>
