Thanks to the UW for the good fights at our borders this night. Straight up fights i loved them. As i said your pugs are better than many of the guilds we have faced to our previous matches:)

Gunnars at many points was close to be the 3rd server of the Vabbi, FoW matches and that is why some of us older GH players feel some joy and pride when this server is fighting tooth and nails with bigger ones:)

I’m not quite sure what you are looking at Genotix, but we didn’t fight Fort Ranik in november. Actually, we fought them for the first time in January. And we lost to them with 16k points, which is kinda close match. Then we had another fight with them next week and we won that, barely, but we won them.

Then, at week 5, on february we lost to Fort ranik with quite a big number of 60k points. Then we had another go with them on March and we won with 3k. Go go UW! Then we had 3 fights with them on May and we won all of them. Two fights on june, they won one, we won one. and then at week 29 @ July, when we last had a match with Fort Ranik, we won them with 50k points.

To be fair, the matches with FR has been always fun and thigh matches and I have liked them all. Also, you can’t really say which server is stronger from one another. If I had to give a go, I would say UW is just a tiny bit stronger because, if I remember right, we have better night coverage.

And what comes to you wiping the floor with FR two weeks ago, you won them with 30k points. And thats a week after WE had won them with 50k points.

Get your facts straight man.

Edit: Ahh, I think I missed the point by few inches here. You ment your core group wiping our arses. Heh, well was fun research about FR & UW history!

I only said that our core group, with tiny additions, was Gunnars Hold untill 2 weeks ago:)

Technically this week we are weaker than the previous as we lost FURY and you do know what would have happened if FURY was at this matchup don’t you?
Second since the begining of the matchup you are whining about golem rushes and last night when you golem rushed SM (about 12 of them if i remember right) and our borders you were congratulating each other. Really?

For getting 2 guilds? So according to your view RoS is bandwagon for getting 3 guilds, Piken Square is bandwagon, Aurora is bandwagon everyone is bandwagon except your server.
Gunnars without any of our new friends were beating the crap out of Fort Ranik two weeks ago. That was the same core group that were beating you back in November.
So chill out, get your facts straight and start to fight in game please and not at the forums.
This matchup has a long way to go

Well i am cheering for Gandara when you guys face them and so far they haven’t let me down. At least i don’t go to matchup threads for other servers cheering for one there.
You are right though, Underworld has fighting spirit and i am sure that their pugs would wipe the floor with some of your guilds easily.

About bay, I actually quite enjoyed that, we wiped you a few times so I would exactly say your defence was flawless and to me you did appear to out number us.

Underworld, your pugs are the toughest i have faced so far and i have faced a lot of servers. Really well organised.
You have the numbers ys, but the way you guys fighting is better than many guilds.
Also i am totally against spawn camping. I really hate that when it has happened to us
and when i am on i usually yell at our playrs to not spawn camp the opponent servers.

Too much forum warriors at this matchup thread and i was hoping for a clean thread that reflects the currently close scores.
So i am not gonna bother with it atm as i prefer to face the warriors of various servers in game and not at the forums.
Cya ingame UW and AS and i am hoping the good fights will continue for the entire week.:)

As the week is ending, i would like to thank both of our opponents( Millers and Drakkar) for a very interesting week.
Shoutout to the morning players of both servers that did us the honor to visit out borders every morning and the awesome smale scale battles near our camps.
Besides the annoying Millers morning train, this was a very interesting week and i personally enjoyed it a lot.:)

LoL the same server attacking keeps with 1 people defending, they have 15 people and they are building acs to kill the lord. Seriously guys.

Sorry for hijacking this thread but coming from a server (GH) that have faced Riverside about a month ago i don’t understand the hate towards them.
They are a defence oriented server, i would personally use the numbers they have otherwise, but it is their choice.
I haven’t seen anything different from servers who call themselves anti blob onestbh.
Also Riverside folks showed respect towards us in game but also at the forums.

To Fort Ranik, you do know that having all your people to our hills while you know you will loose it in a couple of hours, while loosing everything else is a bad strategy choice right?

Are you guys obsessed with our hills? You have 2 keeps atm at all the maps, and you keep attacking hills with 30 people with not a little bit of success for the 10th time today.

Idd after the reset it turns out to be a fun matchup during offpeak and prime time. I am glad about that.:)

First of all i have to say i am surprised by the class of Drakkar Lake posters here and i mean the positive way.
We had some whining at the start, mostly by our side, but let’s keep the thread clean.
Second Drakkar lake is perhaps the most persistant server i have faced, when they are about to attack a keep. You guys have your way at siege placement and i like that you are not giving up even if you wipe 1 or 2 times.
Arbrorstone seems to have lower numbers since the last we faced you guys but i personally have respect for your server because of all the effort you put to rise your server up again:)

I will have to say that DL knows how to siege akeep though. They have the numbers yes but their siege placement is excellent. Props to DL for that

Wamgor, Millers is not the same server we faced 3 weeks ago believe me.
This bs that is happening at offpeak hours is ridiculous. I have seen Riverside at their best when they beat piken by something 100k and what we are facing this week cannot be compared.
We are talking about more than 30 people at 07.00 running around with 4-5 golems.
Two hours later those 30 people become 60 and the golems more than 10.
What is more than funny is that when we get the chance to attack the tower, they are not walking over us but they run inside the tower and they build acs.
I have never seen a server spawn camp 5 people with more than 50.
That is why i talked about lack of respect from their side.

What hallonknopp said it’s true. Yesterday morning they had more than 50 people.
This morning they had 30 at 07.00 a.m running with golems (like they need them).
You attack a tower with 10 people and then they run inside the tower ( like they have to) and build acs.

@Multivira you can have them and not only that, you can have them each week

Those people running a 30 man zerg at our borders at 07.00 in the morning and when you flip a sentry after 1 minute you see a gigantic zerg running to check what is happening. Pathetic.

I agree with Gwynn.
All i see from MS today is running with a huge 70 people blob at eb and take everything. Then they let their opponent take 1-2 towers and a keep maybe and they repeat the procedure add a bit of spawn camping and you get the story.
Dull and boring.
Matchup vs AG and DZ last week was much more fun than this joke.

As i said Wamgor piken was an example for all of us.
The only time i said for another server “these guys are really good”.
Also that matchup was done while both servers respected each other and yes you are right Kiss left after the first week, where we beat Abbadons at the photo finish.
We are Gunnars Hold though, if the opponent let us play the way most of us enjoy and not camp our borders 24/7 while the 3rd server remains unharmed, we will do what most people enjoy. But if we have 2 huge zergs at our borders, one attacking hills and the other bay we will do what we can to repel them.
We don’t have the manpower to have at the same time 50 people at an enemy borders to cause havoc, that is all.
Anyway matchup is almost over, there is no need atm to blame each other

Wamgor i see nothing different from Aurora and specifically Millers.
Only thing Millers does is building tons of golems and walk through everything when there are not enough people to defend.
They are the same as Riverside we faced 1 month ago.
As for Aurora, you have some interesting little teams running around but other than that you are exactly the same as the servers you mock.
As for numbers it is not an excuse it is a fact mate that you cannot ignore.
When we have people we can give a red nose to almost anybody including Riverside and Piken.
Only servers that we faced that are a bit different was Piken(even though a bit less than the server we remember back at November where it was like an example for all of us).

@ Wamgor more than 50% of this thread posts are by you guys.
The attitude you guys are shown towards GH is at least not respectfull.
We try with what we have to be competive.
We organise events for our community and one of them was Furys open mic event, which by the way was very succesfull.
What do you guys want? You want us to play the way you and your buddies want?
Before one can critisize others first should look at the mirror.

Well i agree that the matchup so far is kinda boring, i don’t know what causes that but i find it too predictable.
We know when the opponents will golem rush us, when they will treb us but why we can’t repel them all the time is due to other reasons and not the element of surprise.
There are some interesting fights but overall this wasn’t the best week.

Dark Lord Killer, the difference between Millers and Aurora this week is maybe even larger than the difference between Aurora and Gunnars last week.
These guys can beat you any day, at open field battles, you name it.
Your server blobs just as every server. Your server pvd as every other server that actually can. Your server whines and complaining just as much as every other server.
Whining here doesn’t change any of the above

To be honest, complaining about us not attacking Millers is hypocrit, many of us spend their entire primetime on MS border, but just because MS has 2 metric tonnes of arrow carts on every gate, you won’t see much green on those maps. Also it’s GH who has been playing tactically to their disadvantage yesterday on EB, because every single time we tried to hit MS and then you guys would sneak up, cap golanta, attack Jerri. Resulting in this we had to push you away again, would push into your territory, cap danelon, attack quentin. This allowed for MS to play more freely and that while they already have the lead. It has been GH who has been trying to hit us, so we retaliate, don’t be hypocrit by complaining about it here ^^

Well actually i was talking about last week where the matchup was GH-DZ-AG thank you.
Second as i said you guys can do whatever you want.
You play for your server, your ratings you name it.
Just don’t come here whining about blobing, handholding etc etc.

2 would be over-expecting, at hills lord room there was 1GH guy peeking at us and deciding to run off, otherwise no one at sight at keep and so on. Our demolition crew was 4 man strong, so hardly an epic rush too. So far GH has been enjoying far too much the softer hand of the big MS concentrated force, while we can’t get people on enemy BL without rushing back to defend a tower we lose to a rush later anyway. GH enjoyed it so much that while our keep on EB was attacked by MS, GH guys sat in jerrifers and trebbed my flank while we defended. So your upgrade loss on GH BL this morning is my somewhat unimpressive, yet effective answer to that.

Well Krato, i am not in Fury but i am a GH player and i don’t understand why are you complaining.
You have way more people than us, you camp our borders 24/7, why exactly are you dissapointed?

Personally and i think the huge majority of GH do not approve people from our server recruiting to other servers as i hate it when it was done to us.
I think this threat got a bit heated the last 2 days and i really don’t like it as we have good relationships with WSR and also with the Piken guilds.
Week is almost over so no need to throw more fuel to the fire guys.
We had some good fights , some not so good fights but overall my respect to WSR remains the same.
Also to Blacktide guys, you have a improved alot since the last time we faced you, keep up the good work.

Lotus from what i remember from that matchup, GH was the only server NOT complaining about blobs. It was some people from PS complaining about Riverside but we certainly didn’t.
Second, only a couple of people at the first day of the match up said they will be doing pve. I can assure you most of us did play at that match.
Let me remind you that the gap between PS and GH that week was way way larger than the gap between GH and BT now. You can check the results to see which server performed better.
Last, threatening us that you will bring the mighty Piken to kick our bums, really?
We respect and most of us like PS but seriously leave your anger behind mate and get over it.

Hello tto both WSR and Blacktide(it’s been a long time since we met you guys).
As for the current scores, GH has a really strong reset but do not worry, won’t have the same numbers during the week. We do have a strong prime time though.
