GS is nice because of the burst, you can leap in (blinding) and whirl and drop a lot of damage.

I need a new anime series. I need recommendations, before I start talking to myself on the phone, randomly announcing that I am a mad scientist and wear my lab coat 24/7.

Help me. Please.

:D I just finished watching Steins;Gate

Starting to watch Berserk now, old one but I hadn’t seen it before and watched a movie version a few weeks back so put the anime on my list.

Hmm, I wonder. For Archie if I can get the turret on the edge of the brazier if I can avoid the floor condis and the fire condi in the brazier. If not maybe just jump off as I cast it and have it floating?

Quick question. For immob and venom share. If i’m not mistaken you get 2 strikes of Immob from the venom right? Immob only stacks to 3 right? So wouldn’t sharing it only give basically 50% more duration to it, in other words an extra 2 seconds. Engi still Immob king!

Understanding and execution are sometimes a bit far apart from some people

Thank you for looking into this. Also during the fire tornado trap there is a savespot next the end gate if you could look into that too please

Sarah

Honestly The Fire and the.. fire (the tornados and big aoe’s) Are all reflect-able/block-able. So with an Ele/mesmer/guard/thief/engi (Any combo of those 2 other than the same 2 classes) can have 100% reflect/block uptime.

So everyone stack and rotates blocks/reflects.

And?

So safespots are allowed because you can actively defend yourself anyways… seems like a silly argument to me.

Anyone think 66600 venom share thief will be so strong?

1.)Ice bow 5> basilisk venom (10cc)> one more cc> icebow 5 again to stun boss for 10+ secs
2.) sustain up to 10 stacks of might, depends of how many venom you equip
3.) 20 stack of vulnerability for 10 secs every 32 secs
4.) around 6000~9000 heal every 32 secs to whole party
5.) great chill duration, which is useful in fotm
6.) mass immobilize for mobs that love running
7.) leeching venom is very effective against husk/building

In addition, we have increased stealth duration and stealth while revive.

Strong, ehh, not really, a lot of those things are overlap to the point of not being all that important. Remember you’re not only going to be dropping different traits, but you’re going to have utilities competing and if you drop signets that’s a large drop in damage.

That said, It won’t be nearly as bad as it is now. Compared to Trickery you’re only losing the (1% damage per initiative) for damage modifiers.

That’s why I see these changes as pretty nice, I think we’ll be able to use different tools without as big of a cost as we’ll still have 2 full trees to get our big hitters, and the third has more flexibility.

Break yourself from the constraints of real world logic. Also erase the mentality you may have gained from other MMOs or RPGs in general. GW2 is different. It’s an Action RPG made into an MMO. It’s about your ability to read the situation and react. The majority of your defense come from that with dodges, blocks, blinds and what not.

GW2 is just a different beast. It works, It’s great, but it’s not your standard game. Don’t limit yourself by thinking in ways other games or the real world would tell you is correct, try to understand the game and make use of it’s systems to benefit you.

That’s really all I can say about this. I sometimes miss the more specialized itemization too, but this game just isn’t that. Don’t fall into that pitfall that many do and think outside of this game, it’s different, embrace it.

Don’t go exotic initially unless you know what you want. While it may save you money IF you know what you’re looking for, rares do the job quite nicely and allow you to seek your best option on a much smaller budget.

You don’t mention what content you’re after, if it’s PVE, zerker is the stat set to go for (power/precision/ferocity) if you want to optimize your efforts, though doing so has the price of being squishy and requiring a bit more effort to stay alive, but it’s very doable. So you’re on the right track there.

GW2 is about actively defending yourself. Support comes through the use of skills not through your gear, so you can gear offensively and use your skills wisely to still support your team. Guardian is the king of support. Learn the tricks of the trade and you’ll be fine. I’d add a little tip here, on projectile heavy encounters you can maintain a defense for quite some time by traiting Master of Consecrations and doing Wall of Reflection at 22/23 seconds on the recharge you pop your Shield of the Avenger, then when Wall o Reflection is off cooldown hit it, doing so you’ll have about 36 seconds of defense. Very nice rotation.

100% map completion is not necessary, but, it gives you the gift of exploration which is used in crafting legendaries as well as the bonus rewards for completing different maps. You can take it or leave it, depends on what your goals are. Nothing to stress about but if you find it fun, do it, if you want a legendary, you either do it, or save up money to just buy one. Though with Heart of Thorns, the new legendaries will not be purchasable so you will need to do your own exploration most likely.

Hope that helps. I highly suggest taking a look at Obal’s guides if you’re into PVE content. He is the Senpai when it comes to Guardians in PVE

I think it’s wrong to post your style unless you’re insisting on it.

Do you feel there’s anything wrong with insisting?

Personally I was banned from posting LFGs in my old group for a reason, I never posted “right” I’ve always played under the pretense that if you can’t carry someone who isn’t good, then you’re no good, but I have no qualms about those who do insist upon whatever requirements they see fit, I just don’t take part in the quelling.

I actually like when dungeons take a bit longer to kill things, which is why I don’t do dungeons much anymore and prefer fractals. Though there is that satisfaction of things just going smoothly. As my grandpa used to say “I love when it just cinches” when things just go right, ahh, such a refreshing feeling. Did an Arah p2 the other day with someone who frequents this forum in a PUG, other than one little hiccup on my part (my weapon swap didn’t trigger and I didn’t get the shortbow blast in my black powder) it was awesome. It does get boring when you run with that efficiency all the time though, at least IMO.

THink about the potential. Shattered Aegis isn’t just you, it’s any aegis you bestow. Hit your retreat, charge in with a team, everyone procs it which will be 500-1k with low power builds, high power builds it’ll be MUCH higher. THe potential even low power builds is 5k on 5 targets, high power, 10k-15k isn’t out of the realm of reasonable to expect. Yeah… not so weak now is it?

Not saying it’s a great trait, harnessing the potential is unlikely, but just saying.

Guardian traits look anything but weak to me. Not really a big PVPer, but PVE my god guardian looks amazing.

2 kinds of props:

“I hope people look cool! or I hope people are impressed by my playing!”

vs.

“I’m better than all the casuals and bads for doing this.”

And on one hand there’s no reason to believe that dungeon people are part 2, but then again DnT exists.

Edit: It’s back to the same old thing. More from other MMOs than from GW2 per se, people (probably unfairly) connote a very negative experience and POV with the dungeon/progress crowd. It’s not uncalledfor, especially in vertical progression games.

And yet these glory hounds do everything they can to help people learn to do what they can do to the point that even a Lupi Solo really isn’t all that impressive anymore.

What’s funny is that GW2 has done nothing to help the roleplayers either

I’ll add I have nothing against people who play any way they want. I just wish people could be happy to play with others who think like them, GW2 makes this hard with the way they do megaservers (which is what really hurt roleplaying as I understand it too).

Your talk of D&D makes me miss original EQ (not just original game, but like oldschool version of that game before it conformed to more modern MMO styles), the immersion was great, and while we still optimized it was simply to get through content. God I miss that style of gaming. I actually miss spending over an hour just to travel to my next destination through fields of undead that would slaughter you if you were caught. Nostalgia ftw

I have to say, fishing for props seem’s a pretty big motivator for some of the segments of players (maybe all of them, that’s part of dress-up wars as well).

See that’s the funny thing.

Make a cute outfit.

Play something on one of the instruments

Props all around.

Do Lupi with the Risen Champ and the Champ Knight like Miku has and you’ll probably get more hate than props.

That’s what this thread is about, and it’s something pretty unique to GW2. Other games you get some haters, but most players do give props and are impressed, here, not so much.

Take a look at Sesshi’s First Person No UI Harpy Fractal 4 champ solo. The people here, props, when it was on Reddit, they got flamed because “warrior is OP, they can only do it because of that.”

I understand you and Obtena dislike the Meta game, but do you not see this type of response as pretty odd?

It’s like looking at Michael Jordan and saying ‘well he was only good at basketball because he was 6’6’’, if he was shorter he wouldn’t have been good at all" It’s a silly type of response.

Someone Linked Wethospu’s old Lupi Solo from 2 years ago. Reading those responses was awesome, other than hate on his musical choice, it was all positive comments. Some time in the last 2 years people have become pricks. (apparently ANet even linked his video according to one of the comments, I wasn’t around back then).

I have no idea why you play. I never suggested why you play. I’m not talking about if they would have more players or not. I’m not talking about the reasons more content doesn’t exist. Frankly, I don’t know what you’re going on about. You’re making alot of assumptions about what I’ve said, when I’ve not said any of those things. So I’m just going to go back to why I think there are so many players in this game that don’t care about min-maxing, etc…

I don’t think it’s a stretch of the imagination to understand that the success of this game is due to appealing to underserved markets and people that want to play, be successful and do it without being told HOW it should be done are one type of those players. That’s also why I think when these players are told how to play by other players or treated badly because of it, there is hostility. This is a pretty simple logical connection being made here. I get you don’t feel this game is any ‘special’ to PHIW or casual or whatever label we want to give them, but who do you attribute GW2’s success to if it’s not some kind of player like that? Certainly not people looking for challenging team content. I don’t hear raving reviews about the PVP … Not alot of people left once you take those types out of the equation. Logical conclusion … it’s the people this game appeals to. That’s the kind of player the OP is describing in this thread. Why are you so unwilling to acknowledge this?

It’s the same reasons that dungeons are stagnant, that the NPE was made stupid, why the game is based on gold farming vs. loot drops from raids, why LS is a ‘thing’, why content isn’t balanced around BiS gear, why BiS gear doesn’t have significant stats increases, why you can buy a Legendary instead of farming it …. I could go on but to me, it’s very obvious how all this comes together to one common point: Anet makes a game that appeals to PHIW, casuals, whatevers on purpose because it makes them more money than any other gamer type they could target.

You can laugh all you want. The joke is really on everyone denying how all these game design choices aren’t targeting THEM as the core playerbase.

There’s a big difference between wanting to be the target playerbase and hoping that they continue to put some content out in all areas of the game. One Lupi level encounter a year would satisfy me quite well.

And the topic of this thread as I understand it is not to bash PHIW people, but questioning why GW2 has so many opposed to playing well compared to other games. It’s one thing to not want to be part of the meta, it’s another to hate the meta with a passion, which seems to be much more common in GW2 than any game I’ve played before. Likely a leading cause is that we are all forced to play together, so those who maximize themselves are frustrated by those who don’t and visa versa for a multitude of reasons.

And again, the NPE was a failure not because doing something with that idea in mind is a bad thing, every MMO I’ve played has made some attempt, it was a failure because it was executed horribly. They tried to build a system to lead players through the content that was there, instead of building a system to help guide players into understanding the game. Basically they just put roadblocks in and said “ok learn this” without any effort put into actually teaching them, they just assumed if you forced them to be stuck with only so many things that they’d learn to use them better, which is simply not how it works.

<<Inserts obligatory post about game’s concept appealing to underserved market of ‘filthy casuals’ … on purpose >>

Man, that underserved with casual part makes me laugh so much. Every game I’ve played has always catered to the more casual, why? because there’s more of them! makes sense. The difference in games is how well they balance their content between the different crowds though. That was one nice thing about other MMOs with the treadmill, they did make more challenging content because they knew in a few months it’d trickle down to the more casual as they gained power.

I don’t think there is a correlation … there are generally more casual players in the population because of the law of averages. Just because you see more casuals in a game than any other kind of player doesn’t mean those games serve their needs equally.

I don’t think there is any denying that GW2 does a very good job towards biasing content to this group of players. Again, it’s on purpose because Anet recognize an under served market and know there is a business op there.

Not really, other MMOs server their more casual base just as well (if not better aside from the gear treadmill thing), plus they add more content on top. GW2 is actually VERY slow on content compared to most other MMOs… but no sub, so /shrug.

And to a casual player, slow and steady is a GOOD speed for content to be introduced. Are you getting it yet?

So you’re saying they don’t produce as much content because casual players would be overwhelmed… that’s the most laughable thing I’ve ever read on a gaming forum.

I don’t understand why that’s such a joke to you. Perhaps if you explain yourself, we could have a discussion instead of you laughing your way out of it.

I can completely see why Anet’s approach to content is more appealing to someone who doesn’t want to play to anyone’s expectations but their own, including the frequency and type of content Anet offers with LS. If the frequency of content matches someone who logs infrequent, along with their available playtime, that actually makes a huge amount of sense.

Stop making funny statements and I’ll stop laughing.

You think I play to impress someone? LOL

What got me hooked on this game was one thing, Giganticus Lupicus. When I started I saw him, and saw a solo, and was like “ok that’s what I want to do” and I was hooked for a long time. Finally got my solo done, and after that, well, I kept looking for something else like it, hoping they’d give me another fun time like that. But, they haven’t. I play for MY enjoyment, and to me a good challenge is what I enjoy. Fractals are decent but they lack qualities that Lupi has (namely the size, fractals are notoriously bad for having the bosses being hidden by particle effects such that you can’t see their animations and have to just guess on what you should be responding to).

The reason more content doesn’t come out is not because they’re holding back to avoid alienating the casual core, but because it’s cheaper. I mean really? That statement was such horse manure.

If you think they wouldn’t have more players if they expanded and increased their output of content you’re just lying to yourself. Now, whether that would be a good business decision to increase their workload for those extra customers is a different thing, that’s a tricky question which I’m sure they have at least one person if not a whole team constantly investigating. And, judging by the fact that they haven’t released much the answer they came up with must be a No. However, even now you see ANet trying to confirm that they will put out “challenging group content”, now personally I don’t believe them for a second, I think it’s all a PR scheme to try and hold on to some customers who are ready to walk away, and hopefully they’ll at least get an expansion purchase from those people before they do.

As far as NPE goes, I’ve seen the same thing happen in other MMOs, so no real new thing there. It’s not a matter of going overboard as much as COMPLETELY missing the mark… and it’s happened in each of the cases I’m thinking of. Instead of creating good well thought out tutorials they try to cut corners and end up just making a complete mess of things failing to help new players while kittening off established players.

Unrelated but not worth making it’s own thread. Heard anything about Object hitboxes Dusk? Would love to be able to hit that swirl on snowblind again as well as other issues with other object bosses.

In fairness noone likes carrying deadweights that dont even communicate. I believe most of the exclusivity and toxicity comes from bad experiences with players like that.

For sure. The issue is always that you remember the worst – from either side.

Being anti Elitist I can totally understand. Being Anti mathematical objective facts just seems so wrong to me.

Except it also comes down to priorities. Sometimes the time savings is minimal, so theres an easy element of ‘why do you care so much about something so minor?’

Even the people on these forums laugh at the people who do things like kick an Ele because he’s using D/F instead of Staff. There’s min/maxing and there’s tryharding. Kicking a less perfect but still solid build from a PUG is jsut funny. That’s a minor difference and it’s silly to get upset.

My experience though is I’ve never actually seen that type of scenario. What I’ve seen is many people get kicked from groups I’m in because they come into a “zerk” advertised party running things like Sword/shield War in PVT gear, FT Engi with Rabid, or even Necro when the advert clearly says “no necro”.

Personally I care far more about the strats used than the builds used, unfun strats make me leave groups. Just, even though I hate kicking, I don’t feel bad at all when I watch my buddies boot people who ignore LFG notes.

Making Spirit Weapons Viable

in Guardian

Make them all more like shield. They’re not going to passively damage things, they’ll have activations and passive buff type things. Sword will hang out and give a small precision buff. Hammer give a small power buff, and Bow a healing power buff.

Yup, banners that follow you with activated attacks and longer reuses/shorter uptime.

With that I’d make them untargetable and unkillable. They just hang out and do their thing, when you activate them they do their VERY easily seen tells and people can dodge them if they’re paying attention.

That’s how I’d do it. I mean, shield is the only good spirit weapon, I wonder why? wouldn’t it make sense to have the others work similarly?

Is HoT Destroying Build Diversity?

Potential build diversity does not equal actual build diversity. Right now there a lot of builds you could run, but those build are not viable and so wont be played. By restricting our choice it makes it easier for Anet to balance traits. Hopefully this will mean that their is more viable builds, and thus more actual diversity.

There isn’t a situation in which a build is not viable, in the great majority of PvE. Not optimal? Sure. Not viable? As easy as PvE is? It would be very hard for something to not be viable; you can probably get a character without any traits and do 99% of the PvE content in the game with it.

Really, the only group that talks about a build being “viable” is the dungeon speed running community. ArenaNet cares that much about those players that they aren’t even going to add dungeons in HoT, so…

Right now, the game has a lot of build diversity, as you can try any build combination and succeed. Want to play a 3/3/3/3/2 elementalist build? If you have fun with it, go ahead, you’ll evenually finish events like anyone else. Want to play a Guardian build focused on spirit weapons? It will be slower than other builds, but if you are playing to have fun and you enjoy that playstyle, go for it.

What ArenaNet is about to do is removing the ability of playing how we want, and instead making we play how they want.

And that, under the pretense that professions will be better balanced. To which I ask – if ArenaNet did not manage to balance the current traits after 3 years, to the point in which there were people saying almost all builds available are bad, what makes you think they will actually manage to balance an entire reworked sets of traits plus the new specializations any time soon?

Ehh, if ANet holds true to their assertions that “challenging group content will be coming”, then viable will be a thing. Whether they will follow through with that or not… well I’m not holding my breath. (beta is being done through random drops in silverwastes…I wonder what kind of player they want?)

The main reason, I’ve usually felt, is that people are aggressive and nasty about pushing min/max attitudes and are severely exclusionary.

It’s not necessarily rational, but nobody likes being excluded, and double nobody likes being insulted (being called bad, foolish, etc) for not playing to some Type-A personality’s version of the game.

Being anti Elitist I can totally understand. Being Anti mathematical objective facts just seems so wrong to me.

R.I.P. Guardians with specializations

I keep reading some people complaining about lost stat points but I am pretty sure those 300 stat points are going to be rolled into baseline stats. And even if they weren’t it would be effecting everyone not just guardians. I personally need to actually test this stuff out before I can give a firm opinion on any of this. I am more a test it in person guy then theory crafting and some of this stuff will surely change as the Expac release is still in the the distance.

i think it’s like 75 of the stat points are going to be rolled into baseline for everyone. The rest is going to come from increased gear stats, so basically if you did say zerker gear but traited high in honor, you’ll no longer be able to get that hybrid, instead you’ll have to go with Valkyrie armor or something like that.

Boon durationa nd Condi duration I think we’re losing though. Virtue recharge is being halved but part of the virtue tree still.

Honestly haven’t played mmos in a long time, but in the ones I’ve played min maxing is pretty standard practice- gearing your toon for optimal clearing potential. However in this game a good percentage of players feel like there shouldn’t be a meta or meta builds. (aka min maxing..) It honestly confuses me… pve content has always been about maximizing your ability to farm or clear high level content as effectively as possible.
Why is it different in this game?

Welcome to GW2, not sure why it happens. Lots of possible ideas, but it surely is a strange phenomenon. As a veteran of MMOs for going on 16 years now, this is the first game where I’ve seen such a backlash against playing well. It’s quite silly.

As stated above:

  • you have the special snowflakes, wanting to be unique
  • you have the baddies who don’t want to admit they just don’t know the fights and rather proclaim that zerker is an exploit and soldier gear is better
  • you have the people who are just dumb and think that vit/toughness somehow supports their team, along with Altruistic healing
  • Trolls who run bearbow just to get a rise out of people.
  • did I mention idiots yet?
  • the casuals who simply don’t understand the game completely yet feel their voice needs to be heard and become super passionate about how dumb meta is for the one day they log in a month.
  • the guys who wanted to be carried and got booted and are now on a holy mission to cleanse the earth of the Meta plague.

So many reasons, all of them bad.

Done with the incessant lecturing? Yes, I am familiar with the fact that there is no trinity in this game (and yes, I even run a somewhat glassy ranger), and I am familiar with the fact that support involves condi cleanse, and boons (I run a shouts warrior ffs). Support also includes things like keeping poison up on mobs to limit their heals—supply blinds and knockdowns where appropriate and, you know, generally helping the party with non-dps.

In my experience, pug dungeon runs (things are much more fun with my guild, btw) amount to basically “Stand in the corner and dps-race the mobs before we all go into down state.” That’s not a fun, rewarding gameplay experience.

You have perfectly demonstrated the issue I have with some of the less savory parts of the community of this game. If you don’t bow to the shrine of the Meta and play exactly how everyone “should” play, you get berated, called a noob and kicked from a group even if you’re the one reviving all of the glass that doesn’t know how to dodge.

I play well, and I’ll play the builds that I enjoy playing and actually, you know, be creative with how I do it.

My problem is not that you don’t ‘bow tot he shrine of the Meta", it’s that you complain about this:

Running a world boss? Go Zerker. Running with Pugs in a Dungeon? Go Zerker.

Zerker/assassin/sinister is going to be the best gear because defensive stats are not needed in PVE unless you are unable to properly defend yourself (and your team), and healing power is intentionally crippled in power. It’s how things work.

The reason I like the proposed changes so much is actually because I think non meta builds will see a rise in use, the loss for taking non meta traits will be far less. If I want to grab fortified turrets on my Engi to help with reflects, I can at the loss of recharge on my toolbets/static discharge basically, not a huge deal. Currently it means dropping like 20%+ in modifiers, toolbelt recharge, and static discharge. Making it basically not worth it to do.

So no, I’m not asking you to bow to any meta, I just ask that people stop complaining that the glass stats perform the best, and ask that they understand that support in this game is not a gear thing, but a trait/utiity skill/weapon thing.

It just really bugs me when people claim that there are no support builds, because personally I’m all about supportive play styles, and I do it in zerker. I run D/F usually on my Ele to help where I can, and not afraid to swap water for condi cleanse or heal when I run staff. I run D/P a lot on thief for the defiance/blind stuff, I will swap in Elixir U/Net Turret and other stuff on my Engi if I think it’ll make things easier. I love support, being zerker does not mean you don’t play support. Playing meta doesn’t mean you don’t play support either, just means you drop anything you find superfluous, personally I like having some safety nets sometimes So I’m not always meta.

I hear ya, but those extra 4 trait points are also free

You won’t be able to play with your other 12 though the way you used to be able to. No more 46202 build, no more 35042, but there will be quite a few variations within the combinations of 6 we have IMO. Could even potentially see going Medi build when I solo some dungeon stuff now that I don’t have to sacrifice as much to get it.

Killing build diversity? We don’t really have it now. We have the illusion of diversity while everyone shoves themselves into half a dozen cookie cutters, especially when pugging in dungeons. (Heaven forbid you try to not run a zerker when playing as a ranger).

I’m really hoping that more supportive/tanky builds become PvE viable with HoT.

Supportive is a huge thing already. Tanky will never become good though, you’re meant to actively defend yourself and stripping passive defenses to build up offenses will always be preferred assuming you can survive.

Supportive builds are common in PvP and WvWvW but are almost completely absent in PvE content (Silverwastes is actually an exception to this, largely because it behaves a lot like WvWvW). Running a world boss? Go Zerker. Running with Pugs in a Dungeon? Go Zerker.

I’ve been kicked from a pug group for running a condi build on my engineer—haven’t even tried running one with my shout warrior.

Stop for a second. Go back and look at the game and try to understand it. What is support? Ask yourself that question.

Support is not about healing, support is about buffs and blocks and negation of effects. That’s support in this game.

Right now the meta for Guardian in most dungeons is 45005, why 5 in virtues? You could get more damage running a 66200 build by a good amount, or 46202 w/ unscathed contender. But why is the meta so deep into virtues? SUPPORT! Master of Consecrations allows you to chain reflects with WoR and SotA for like 36s strait, HUGE addition. Then what about the other major trait in Virtues? It’ll bounce, basic one is Absolute resolution for the 3 condi instant cleanse on use of Virtue of Resolve… great trait, Indomitable courage is also used for the extra stability in some situations, and then slotting Unscathed contender can be a nice little damage boost if the other two aren’t going to be used.

So no, you’re absolutely wrong. Zerker is NOT a build it’s GEAR, Gear does NOT help support much at all. You have Healing power which scales horribly on purpose and that’s it. Vit/Toughness do not contribute to support. These “support” builds people talk about are often more tanky builds than actual support builds focusing on self preservation. I hear things like AH soldiers guard being called supportive, well it’s not, it’s a selfish tanky build that doesn’t help your group at all unless you properly use your tools in the same way a zerker guard would. If a person in Zealot gear came in saying they ran support, I could respect that, but that’s not what most people who run “support” are doing, they’re just being selfish.

ZERKER IS GEAR NOT A BUILD! get it through your head. Support is not heals but more the tools you use to boost your team and help them avoid damage. Learn to play GW2, this is not WoW or any other MMO, it’s a different concept, there is no trinity.

I don’t usually like being so blunt and rude, but god it’s getting old. People really should undertand this game by now, it’s not overly complex. And if you don’t know why you got kicked from a group for running condi, then again, learn the game, though might be a waste at this point with condi stuff changing >.<

How about something like the Queen’s Gauntlet gambits for dungeons. Would love to see this, pay 1 dungeon token or 10 to enable a gambit which gives increased rewards per gambit.

Been suggested many times, not sure why they don’t want to, it’d be a nice thing to make dungeons a bit more entertaining.
