Does anybody know where this GS can be found in PvE?? It’s in the sPvP locker as ‘PvP Pact Greatsword’, 6th column, 4th one down. It looks really cool! But I don’t know the name of it for PvE (is there is one).. Help?

EDIT: The name of the PvP GS’s Flame and Zweihandler would also be greatly appreciated

Well, I just finished the even to find the yeti fur, then help Linnae catch the jack a lop. Then I was REALY excited to do the next part and find the yeti, but sadly, it was only a .. jotun.

So an awesome idea came to mind..

How about they add a yeti world boss??

Every now and again like the sawmp boss in kryta, there will be a big avalanche in a place near where that quest is. Then, out of the snow, a gigantic scary kitten yeti will jump out and let out a big roar shaking trees! Then you’d get in a big long battle with the yeti, and he could freeze, throw, maybe even chew you. (It’d be nice very difficult )

It would be fun, no?

Hi! I really do like the scaling idea a lot. I love staying on my 80 character and helping out lower friends. But, right now I feel it doesn’t scale you enough..

As a mesmer, I feel when I am down-scaled, the only thing that goes down is my HP. I still can nearly kill things as fast as I would if I were not down-scaled. And like that, I feel I can ruin the game for others around me I think it’s mainly the armour stats though. Anybody else have input?

I kind of like the upgrading idea. But, 50% chance to break the item?? Unless I had like 50 of them, yeah no. But I good change to that would be if you needed a special component to upgrade items. And those components would be rare. When used, the first upgrade would have a 0% chance to fail, but 2nd would be 10%, 3rd 20%, 4th 30%, and so on. But the percent would be only to fail (meaning lose that rare/expensive upgrade component), but item wouldn`t break. [and also, the upgrades shouldn’t effect the gear too much, being that this game isn’t heavily gear based]

Well, I practically see it as useless right now ..

EDOT: Another thought ~ How about the more it stacks, the harder it gets to see? Until you can’t see at all. :P

As the title says, you should be ‘blind’ when blinded. :p

Right now you only get a darkened border around the screen, and cannot see the blind-er. Not too blind-y IMO..

But I think a good idea would be if the entire screen was blacked out. If not fully, then a really sludgy and extremely difficult to see through (Along with hiding the UI [or at least the mini map])

Thoughts? :o

o3o That looks super fun! I remember when I first heard about GW2 and was hoping for it to be like this (even though it’s not, it’s still super amazing, don’t take me wrong). But with this added, and easily toggle-able (I actually like Moxie’s idea), then it would be awesome to have.

I think it’s fine, and normal, for sylvari.. I mean.. they’re limbs are practically – If not literally – twigs. Right? :P

Just a random forum question :>! Personally, I hope Tengu and Kodan are. I also think that dwarves might be (if not, then at least be in the game) one day. Maaayybeee skritt, but I don’t know about that so much lol. And don’t get me wrong, I love quaggan, but they don’t seem like hero machines to me xP! So, how about you?

I agree, its waaaay to easy to kill ATM, and I never see it place regeneration or draw conditions yet.. I went back to Take Root (hopefully they will fix it so I get my 30 SP worth :<)

I highly disagree that mesmers are too powerful..

Infact, their first skill on all weapons is very lacking in terms of damage. As for phantasms, they do do a ton of damage, but can be killed off extremely easily. Clones = Useless. 0 damage, nearly 0 HP. (except for deception, which is perfectly fine considering that what they are for, but even then, it’s easy to find the real mesmer considering they would be moving around and actually using more than 1 skill) Also, 3 illusions isn’t that much at all.. IMO, they need some improving.

I always wondered the same thing :o I’m sure not ALL of the dwarves stayed to sacrifice themselves. They are confident and all that, but I believe they don’t all have courage of steel. At least a few probably scurried away back to some hideout I bet you!

Hello, since i rolled a mesmer as my main, [which I don’t regret =)] I have noticed a few bugs from the beginning.

I am aware that clones are supposed to take aggro, yet when I cast clone summoning skills, either the clones will take aggro for a few seconds (at the most) or not at all. The only time it seems to work is when I use the skill Decoy.

Next, if I use Decoy, and then Mass Invisibility (while still invisible by decoy), The invisible effect will wear off after Decoy stealth has finished, as if the Mass Invisibility skill was never casted.

Another mini bug I noticed from one of the main story line quests: In the main quest where you have to save Claw Island, by killing Zhaitan's champion the Blight thing (forget name, sorry! xD), if you use clones/illusions summoning skills on his head, the phantasms actually float in the sky in front of him.

Also; sometimes the phantasms get glitched if on a higher surface than the creature, causing them to sit there and do nothing, rather than just jumping or walking down {phantasm AI isn’t the most wonderful in the world, noticeable in PvP}.

And if you use Moa Morph on boss’ (such as Ralena in Ascalonian Catacombs), sometimes the effect doesn’t last as long as it’s supposed to. (That may be the way it’s supposed to be, but was just wondering. And to add onto Moa Morph, if used on ghosts from Ascalon, or any mob with special effects for that matter, once turned back to their original form, the effects will be gone.

Last one for now: If trying to shatter phantasms on running targets, if they run too long, the phantasms will just shatter no where near the target doing nothing to them.

I will edit to add more as I find them. Ty! ^^

EDIT:

Sometimes if clones use the great sword primary skill, and die in the middle of using it, the laser will still be there frozen hitting the dead body of the creature even though the clone is dead/was shattered and gone.
