Allow me to bring forth in this case a serious matter…

Evidence A: Siege build sites, intended purpose the clandestine operation of using weaponry at the disposal of any individual given he has enough personnel around to construct said objective.

Case for evidence A: My client HP necromancer was merely but a pawn in the orchestrated events that took place at such place and time, given the amount of information as stated, it is unclear thus whether he violated the siege build sites or he was killed and thus he was violated by said siege sites.

Proposition for argument in case: If my client violated the siege sites, under clause 334b and ruling 45 an individual is and has the utmost right to defend his teammates and fellow guildsmen from such weaponry in any given time and place in any given scenario, such individual is not deemed a hater for destroying said site, if it is the purpose as intended by the rulings of the game itself. It is a privilege bestowed upon any righteous citizen of any server to destroy siege given the opportunity.

Now if you mean he was killed and violated by said siege, then that is the intended nature of such weaponry, it isn’t illogical to be killed by said siege at any given point, no player is immune to said circumstances and thus my client has lost nothing from the event rather he was but doing his duty at the time, he was doing his intended job and purpose as a Ferguson’s Crossing Necromancer in the midst of a server v server war. To say anything else doesn’t really matter as he was but simply caught in the middle of the crossfire, it is all fair game in these circumstances.

Case point B: Angry , Exact revenge, kill , zerg dive. My word young lad I had far hoped this would have been an escalation of intrigue of some sort. Was expecting a rendezvous of some sort, a party invite or a whisper and the rage spewing from the keyboard over the interwebs to have been death threats and blackmail, or even insults to your self. Although you’re only telling me he was angry because he zergdived without regrets to the outcome whether he was outnumbered or not.

My boy you must understand most of my clients in FC don’t categorize as the normal pug or zergling, some are dedicated roamers and pvpers who at times won’t value their life to take that of others. Saying he simply targeted you is giving the notion he singled you out of the whole group, unless you happened to be alone in which case it would make sense.

Maybe the reason you were a target was due to several factors : Did most damage in group, operator of said siege, had a commander tag on yourself. Common reasons why people are singled out of a zerg or group are the ones I have listed, other then that I wouldn’t know why, in fact anyone could have been fair game , and thus unless you were an uplvl and easier to kill. You see young lad in a fight you must be of importance to be taken notice of, either a dangerous opponent or a very easy target for which to lessen the numbers, I think you brought on the misconception that you were of valuable importance for assassination, if you didn’t meet any of the requirements as aforementioned, I’m sorry my boy , but you are delusional.

In closing statement I would like to say you haven’t proven anything aside the fact of a mere zerg fight , and a person zergdiving isn’t that grandeur, also this wasn’t a 1v1 encounter for him to hold a grudge on you, unless you would have jumped on his body or done some sort of griefing yourself.

In all my reports will conclude here, there seems to be a RP playerbase in the server called Tarnished Coast , in Divinity’s Reach you will find your RP needs, gl my friend, there you can discover all the cases you want.

I understand you, don’t worry I’ve been there, in an opposite scenario, trying to help FC rebuild itself in the old t8 days when we were still trying to obtain a good core of players, I’ve gone through drama, we’ve even forced as a whole server the leave of many guilds and players, but for us it was opposite, we didn’t want to just smash opponents, we wanted the PPT, we always felt horrible as a server, for our lousy reputation as a whole, we barely ever got xnfers because we were regarded as the lowest of the low.

As for OS being accused of throwing the match, it doesn’t matter, there are threads and stuff about the discussion. The truth is you can’t put the blame on one guild. Rather on the commanders and their followers. Reason we kicked guilds from our server and commanders was due to their elitism and the influence they had on others. Only when they were present did others follow, only they felt elite and capable enough to do anything and anyone else was deemed useless.

The problem with your server , same problem we had, is your pugs rely too much on specific guilds or commanders to guide them, this causes them to solely rely on them for anything. In the end it can hurt you, because if those guilds or commanders jump ship, there goes that portion of your server, and not PvE wise, but WvW wise.

What I see here is a reversal of what my server did, instead of trying to improve and trying to achieve higher tiers, NSP is trying to fall down and keep its place. My server always tried to get out of t8, not for the sake of being in higher tiers but to remove our image as the server no one wants to go to. I feel for you man, as a fellow roamer I understand your dilemma, even i get bored of fighting same pugs every day. I enjoy the fights I get with better guilds or roamers, it makes me improve and it makes me test my skills more, I have been stagnating a bit due to fighting badly organized groups and servers. Anyways goodluck to you and the rest of XOXO you guys will have my respect, I hear you are pulling your weight in WvW so props.

As for whether or not NSP stays bronze or silver, this is a move that will hurt or improve Anet’s relationship with the WvW community, if it does well, we will have passed a stage of the old ghetto glikko system, if it tanks, well we will see a loss of playerbase in all lower servers.

In respect though, it wouldn’t matter if NSP stayed or left, either way the outcome would be either one server would be bandwagoned, or higher tier guilds and players would jump to lower servers to get the most out of fights, if done well we could see some awesome action, if done horribly, the first 2 or 3 slots of any league will be the bandwagon servers.

I’m sorry for NSP, when you faced us you showed yourself to be bored with us, FC hasn’t given up and neither have I. What disappoints me is that in the end the true colors show. Throwing a match so you can stay in the lower tiers and avoid the higher one. If I remember it was purely XOXO badmouthing but they kept true to their standards. Idk if OS is still holding their own end of things. It’s time you realize that your whole server isn’t the will of one player or of a guild.

I hope you learn a lesson here Obs you and XOXO may be alright and I keep my respect for you, but as for those of you throwing the match, very disappointing. Finally when you see yourself in the situation of the lower tier servers do, you realize how the skill of a server isn’t dictated by points or PPT , rather server size and coverage matters alot. Atm if GoM and AR were to throw the match would be the only way NSP would move to silver.

Kaneing will have to completely wipe if they want to take your slot, and by wipe I am talking 10 ppt or 0 . If we do face you again for the Bronze leagues then don’t complain about FC being all zerg and crap, we wouldn’t zerg if we had to deal with those insane numbers compared to ours. I really wanted NSP to get the matches they were looking for. I hope Obs learns a thing or two from this situation, I did warn you a thread before something like this could happen.

Obs I hope this sheds some light that NSP isn’t the hardcore server you made it out to be, in fact it’s only several of you who are worth the fight.

I haven’t solo roamed in months. It’s much more fun to chatter over TS with your friends! For 1v1, I go to fight night or the dueling spvp servers.

Waiting till thursday is terrible. plus, I feel like I’m a little less balanced in SvP with 3.3k Attack and 24k HP and a ton of crit. lol. I just want to roam for an hour or so, find some decent duels that aren’t with mesmers, and then log. /shrug

problem is game is unbalanced, and idk how Anet thinks anymore, seriously , as a mesmer, I do feel awesome smashing most classes even though I’ve been mega nerfed multiple times by now, and mesmers arent as they were once in their glory days.

Even then I find myself bored, i either faceroll someone, or die to a huge zerg of baddies I’ve kitten ed off and they come for me (SF).

At times I feel like ditching this game for a year going to a new MMO and coming back to see if it is worth it.

Most fair duels or fights I get are other mesmer, usually thieves its just me and phants sitting in blinds all day until i get em out of refuge and burst em down, or they take like 20 mins with perma blinds on me until i mess up and go down. Or the stupid Ranger & Phant pet Ai which in a duel if there is a nearby target or mob they will focus that and then the thief just goes for me while my stupid phants are ganging on a moa or boar. Seriously I have to shatter then and then the thief reset and i know i have a small window if that thief keeps perma blinding and bursting, and most of the time it isnt the crit that kills, its the added sigil of fire blast that crits along with it.

If you don’t like getting zerged down, play a thief or change up your warrior to be able to outrun the zerg.

It’s like that. I am fine with getting beat up by the zerg. being destroyed by like 20 people I can deal with. But it’s 6. Not 10, not 15, not 20. 6 is not a zerg, that’s a group of bullies. A hell of a lot more then half. Between FC Olympic track team and Dh hiveminded drones this match up is bad bad bad. I’ve stop bothering to record the last few day simply because it feels like cod5 combat training in godmode.

If this is what weeks are going to be like when the season starts in the bronze league.. I am going to miss the CD/SBI/Ioj trains… This week has been garbage.

Well in any case 3 of 8 is still unmatched, since 3*2 is 6 + 2, so 2 servers get to go against each other while other 6 get a 3 way format? see the logic fail there?

It’s going to be 3 leagues, but the Gold league is the top 6 servers and Silver and Bronze are 9 servers each. That was the only way they could do 3 leagues to keep multiples of 3 for even matchups.

Ouch and apparently I was supposed to be the mindless one, Feelings aside, this matchup is boring, because I’ve given up on fighting a horde everytime i step outside, even if NSP claims to have roaming parties, it still isn’t fun when 5+ come out of nowhere constantly, to the point, I’ve killed 2 and 3 are coming that way,then more come, then more, I just give, and the bad part is, most of the time our zerg is one spot trying to take something, sometimes they fail , sometimes it works out, but this match up is just too much, and the zerg when it cant do anything, the commander tags go off, and people are left to cluster somewhere and take stuff if they can, which half the time will fail if NSP scouts are nearby. Props to Dh you guys caught up to us, as for me and several others this week is not good, we will just let NSP ride around , only 1 more day, then its back to t7 for us hoozah!

Apparently you aren’t up to date with the forums and also again ratings can change a ton based on the pairing system, so atm we still have 2 weeks before we even know which servers are gonna be placed and where, as for no growing in numbers? I see a ton of NSP recruitment in the recruitment section, don’t ask me why I am there. Also how can ratings change rapidly and server position? ET was saying how they were doing so much better since they had faced bigger servers, grown in population etc. They are facing lower ranked servers and we get the opposite, now FC even though we are losing our spot in this week matchup to DH, we are projected to shoot up to 22nd place in ratings, thnx to the rating system.

We never get many transfers and people transfer off and fizzle out or pve and whatnot. Has nothing to do with not wanting to be in silver league. We will be happy anywhere there are fights, win or lose pointwise.

I expect you will become the new bandwagon server for bronze league. If I were a bandwagoner I’d be looking at NSP, HoD, SF…possibly DH (DH is doing very poorly this week so that would strike it off my list). To be honest I like NSP the most out of all of these servers since I like the roaming groups on your server.

Yeah its been confirmed, NSP is the new bandwagon server, it doesn’t take logic, based on their placement and standings, only way they would lose is if, somehow a silver leagues server lost rating fell and NSP took their spot, then NSP would be last place in silver league, in which case which ever server from silver league fell, would still probably have a field trip on us, unless of course it turned out to be another fallen GoM or DR or DH, then in which case, I think SF and HoD would duke it out for the bronze league. crosses fingers

maybe if NSP and Kaineng get matched next week and NSP + other server is able to grind Kaineng into the ground.

Otherwise there is really no way that rating difference is going to happen. Although it appears DB was able to tank themselves out of gold league purposefully maybe Kaineng will try to do the same….

It is speculation and sort of conspiracy thing going on, about higher tier servers throwing their matches to get to lower leagues to take the winnings, idk if it is true lol ,but this is why Anet should have thought this crap through, instead of 3 , they should have made 4 of 6 , or 6 of 4, i know it makes more winners, but it makes closer matches and better outcomes. At this rate if a high server does throw itself on purpose to go to the lower leagues and dominate, then we still screwed!

Yesterday I was on the phone, Dank is playing around with me and a longbow, I am just dandy spamming buttons with one hand semi afk, then this guy Princess Snuffballs, comes over and perm stealths and starts HS spamming. Or just or maybe my server is small that we have to blob to take anything, the blobbing against bigger servers has caused many of us to become used to relying on a big zerg, few people even know to properly fight in a 1v1, sometimes you have to push the zerglings to even see some proper action. SO yeah Tl:DR FC and roaming can’t go well hand in hand against bigger numbers, not very good choice, I know myself.
