Hi,

Im writing for a friend of mine that today tried logging into his account, but was asked to authenticate the loggin via his email address.

He tried to log into his email address only to find the password dont work, all his security info has been changed. So he cant get access to his email at all.

His worry now (after being asked to auth. on gw2) is that they have accessed his gw2 via hacking his email account.

Can he get help/access to gw2 bypassing the auth.? phone number?
