How the hell did Kaineng get into this bracket with us (NSP) and AR? They seem to outnumber us 10 to 1 everywhere we try to fight, to the point that its ridiculous to even consider trying anymore.

That’s kind of funny because while we were defending hills keep in NSP borderland this evening we were getting out manned buffs when we were dealing with NSP and AR zergs for 2-3 hrs. Especially when we would try and take/defend astral.

And I must give personal thanks to Zoose and his stream (along with [MAN] guild), saw your 4 vs 30 video, and I personally ended up wanting my guild to get a taste of how a carefully arranged group can easily wipe out a huge zerg, so I ended up sending them to you and chased you all over the map, just to force you guys to fight us xD

In the end, they have learned a lot, thanks to your kindliness for not holding back and slaughtering us all, hope you guys had lots of badges

PS: btw, we were laughing so hard when we were stranded on a little corner (attchment 1) of the map for like 20 min inside bay while getting zerged by AR all over the place (attchment 2), yet even managed to hold it up and eventually push it to take bay keep (attchment 3) xD

Kaineng, I want to tip my hat, you guys are well organized. I am really impressed. I haven’t personally fought such strong WvW opponents up to this point. That said – be ready for NSP in their peak hours – they are very oceanic and they are very strong in the early morning hours EST.

Anvil Rock, I couldn’t be prouder of our performance at reset this evening. We were running queues on basically every map, and we NEVER run queues. I hate waiting to play, but I’d rather wait to play and have full maps, I’m really pleased with how we’ve come together this week. Let’s keep it up guys!

Fortunately oceanic/asian time zones are Kain’s strong point. We’ll see how active our night crew is tonight.

Why do we have to? 99% of each server would never cheat. Look through this thread, your server has been accused of it as well. Report and move on, the week is almost over anyway.

How about you report hackers and stop painting us all with one brush. Exploits need to be reported.

Most of the server do not spawn camp. Some will when a map is painted, but most will move on. We have done nothing but help this server since we moved, nothing has changed other than the number of guilds dedicated to the server’s WvW progression. None of the guilds that joined the alliance condone spawn camping, but you can’t control everyone.

Also, defending the north supply camp is not considered camping since that location is vital to the 2 north towers :P

Just wanted to say, Congrats to NSP for fighting hard to stay in this tier. My guild SOS is preparing for Hurricane Kain to walts in here this week. Aowry, I like ya but my intel saids otherwise on that server, Kain did gain quite abit of guilds, and it’s not just guilds from lower tiers moving up to the winning server, but major tier 1 and 2 guilds moving down. Quite frankly I can’t wait, and neither can my guild. We look forward to fighting all of them. I doubt that they will be using anything new that we haven’t already seen, so I don’t expect much. What I do expect is huge numbers running around everywhere.

Congratulations on remaining again, but please reconsider your strategy this week. As always SOS will go after the biggest threat, and we will be in Kain’s territory through the week. SOS will not be in NSP’s business this week. This week isn’t going to be about points, it’s about destroying these Tier 1 and 2 guilds that couldn’t hack it in their servers. Perhaps it’s the wait times, perhaps they were ignored by the real guilds, I don’t know what it may have been to cause them to leave, but I do know one thing. AR will die fighting till the end.

You know WM is the only T1 that moved down right? RE and DE moved from DH after all the other major guilds were gone and DH was only T4 at its highest. Most of the rest of our alliance is native Kain guilds. Get off your high horses.

Awesome fighting in GoM borderlands earlier, managed to hold Kaineng off for ~ 2 hours at Cragtop tower until eventually you guys took out a lot of our defensive siege with the unnoticed trebs hiding near foghaven supply camp! We were able to get the garrison walls down but had no where near enough to make the push through the countless bodies you guys constantly threw at us. All in all had some good fun.

They tried Foghaven trebs earlier this week on us too when I was at Cragtop earlier this week. Luckily we had a treb inside to pre-emptively counter it.

I didn’t even know trebs from there could reach ’till this matchup.

I’ve noticed RH is very accurate with their trebs. Very surprised early on in the week when we tried a counter and got taken out almost immediately. Props.

Actually i was dead in 2 secs and i watched the battle while having a dirt nap. Just a mumble ….while it may not have been exactly five minutes as I rarely “time encounters” it was a very long time considering the numbers and… mumbles sorry if anyone is kitten it took them so long to take a camp when they so heavily outnumbered the few there.

Just saying.

P. S. Maybe Kain really does need all those numbers.

This is the problem with server transfer. This is like the poster child of server transfer problem. Stay on your own server and tough it out like everyone else and stop making excuses for losing. If you can’t stand the heat take a break. Nobody wins forever so you’ll deal with losing sooner or later. Might as well deal with it on your own server rather then bandwagon and destroy other people’s fun.

We left because everyone else left and no one wanted to come to our server and the rest of the population was unwilling. I mean just watch DH fall through the tiers. We’ve only been on Kaineng for 1.5 weeks, and we came because we formed this alliance to have a server that cared about WvW.

I liked Maguuma when we fought them on DH, but that DH doesn’t exist anymore.

Can we stop getting people flaming this post? It’s not a post asking for general opinions (even though we’re obviously getting them), but what are you going to accomplish by making these kinds of posts?

Oh we tried. As Little points out, again, we were the last major WvW guild. We grew tired of the lack of PUG willingness to learn or even just cooperate. We have a better WvW community on Kain now and the general population does a great job of learning and responding to requests.

Really now, you are making it sound like nobody is as good as you are. From what I have seen of Kaineng over the past few days is that in reality they are really not that good at all. If the numbers are not tilted heavily in your favour you are nothing more than badge fodder. In fact since Friday, I have collected over 150 badges fighting Kaineng. You resort to portal bombs to capture Gods and even with only a dozen of us defending we managed to capture it back last night while we were still fighting your vaunted army. 4 of us managed to take a tower from under your noses along with 3 supply camps and it was priceless to see you send 30 plus to take it back.

As I stated one on one, two on one or even 3 on 1 Kaineng just cannot cut it. There has not been one single battle this week that you have won without overwhelming numbers. what does that tell you about your skill levels in WvW?

We were the best at WvW as a guild on DH when all was said and done. Not saying we were elite, but in the end we were the last ones to be there in force as a guild trying to lead our server. So yes we were the best WvW GUILD on our server. Again, not saying we were super duper awesome guys like you obviously are, but we tried and tried for over month after the server began to bleed other WvW guilds after the first loss.

I can point to several instances where I have beaten groups of GoM and HoD players solo and in small skirmish groups. I also like how last night on GoM, me and a thief friend, trolled on a GoM commander (an asura engineer) and killed him 5 or 6 times even though he kept hiding in his 10+ man group and running away at 50%. My favorite however, is when we decide to siege up Crag/Cliff and counter the siege you all like to place in your spawn areas then repel your zerg and breakout event with a group of 5-10 people.

Point is…these little chest thumping arguments can go both ways and serve little purpose. You think you’re some kittening awesome player and all of us are mindless drones, that’s fine. However, WvW is not about duels and not about being the best solo player. WvW is about winning and using sound tactics…which at this point we don’t even need to use. We face even number zergs on GoM and HoD borderlands, but the problem is you guys don’t have the numbers to counter it on different maps so we end up rolling score. You can claim we have no skill or strategy, but obviously you can’t really tell if we do or not due to the fact that we have just been rolling over you guys all week.

Calm down, grab a smoke or something and go solo some more lowbie groups. Or come to fight club and beat down on some of us hapless foes

We all know the truth, RE came because you all missed me and my awesome running people off cliffs commanding style. Commander of lemmings Kiridono. Self proclaimed title, but i like it

It’s plain and simple. RE was the last major WvW guild to leave DH after people started leaving after our loss in T4. We stuck it out, but we saw the writing on the wall and Ethersin wanted to do something new and exciting. So now we bring our dedication and strength to Kain with our new alliance members. We are Kains now and want to prove how strong this server can be as we climb the tiers with everyone.

Our commanders want to help teach as much as the officers and members want to. We want to have fun and win, so let’s all work together even through rough patches we’ll inevitably run into as we climb. See you in the field, and to HoD/GoM, I have enjoyed the fights we’ve had whether the are skirmishes or sieges.

I use afternoon and lemonade. There is a bug that when you apply lemonade and close the window it reverts it to the “dye remover” color.

Nope, he went to bed hours ago from boredom. Probably from sitting around waiting for someone to mount an attack. I wasn’t in the area, but if you run you will generally be chased. (Never understood people not liking being chased, its as if there is a 30 foot rule. You run 30 feet out you don’t get to chase me!) Of course, I am always a fan of making it as easy as possible for my enemy to get siege to use against me later.

I always find it funny when a guy with a commander tag chases one person across a map. And it’s not like they kept me from the jumping puzzle, went right back and got my chest :P

I can’t believe that Darkhaven would actually team up with Dragonbrand to knock us out of first place. DH was Trebbing our Keep while DB moved in with ground troops.

Don’t get me wrong, this week has been fun. Fighting China and Taiwan on their peak hours requires a lot of skill.

Earlier today on Dragonbrand boarders we were getting attacked by BP and DH. I found a group of them hiding out by hills and not attacking one another. They also coordinated to hit bay and hills at the same time, as well as help each out while they double teamed garrison. Specifically RE guild from DH. We eventually pushed them out but some dirty stuff is happening here at the end. Shame because it has been a fun week.

Actually we came in through a door at 10% cause I had scouted it when it was down. I noticed both BP and DB in there and told our commander who had just taken hills and he brought our zerg over. Once inside BP and DB took us out and we had to go regroup.

Get your conspiracy theories out of here. Maybe the guys over at infowars will post it as news and say RE is a NWO funded organization out to screw over your server.

Do you know what you are even talking about? I have no need to camp the JP as long as I’m not attacked. Usually, I am friendly and wave at defenders in the JP before I walk pass them. Before you pass judgement, for future reference, I only do JP on Thurs-Sat for my guild. Since we did not get to do some last week due to the same occurrence as above, I attempted to get my guild to do the JP in order to provide some competition for this week’s Wv3.

Yes. I saw 3-5 DH camped in the starting area, including a non-80 mesmer with SE tag pulling single DB/NSP players off the starting platforms with focus4. Definitely not friendly. My one assumption was that it was you; I think most people would agree the assumption is a reasonable one.

If a DH player going through does /wave, /bow, /salute, etc, I will let him go ahead, but rather than assuming neutral-by-default, I will switch to hostile-by-default.

I myself have very little objection to PvP in the JP. I personally draw the line at camping it for hours with siege.

So the DB that are in there everyday with siege are just anomalies? Over the past two weeks when I go in the EB jumping puzzle it’s either people being friendly or a bunch of DB with siege. It’s funny watching half afk alts spamming arrow carts at one location in the room after the dark room. It’s even more funny when we stealth up their and wipe them and trash the siege.

What are you talking about…? There is always a Nsp or Dh zerg flipping towers…they just happen to have a small zerg than Na prime. I wanted to give you guys somesthing nice to stand on but you guys just can’t stop making excuses to make yourselves feel better for losing. Are you even awake at that time to actually represent these Dh night zergs?

So the hours from around midnight until 5 or 6 pm EST when the map is predominantly red, you’re claiming NSP and DH have “zergs” capping “a tower”. I think your definition of zerg needs some work. The fact is our servers do not have a decent presence during those hours, and during those hours you guys have numbers and time to fortify. Thus, piling up points.

LOL just because the zerg present is incapable to capture anything does not mean they’re not there. Either the zerg on the move that time lacks a commander or is a failed oversize pug. Get your facts straight just because they ain’t capping doesn’t mean they’re not there. Maybe you should actually show up and help them instead of glaring at the Wvw map hoping some changes.

Yea let me give up sleep, work and school so I can stay up until 4am to fight you guys. The whole point of this thread seems to be DB complaining about being double teamed during NA primetime and how awesome you guys are during the rest of the day. Please continue with your awesome strategies.

Yeah it is laughable that 2 40 man zergs 1 from DH and one from NSP couldnt take our keep in EB from 20 defenders. Good Job on the team work eventually you guys will learn how to fight and not rely on another server.

It is very rewarding that for 2 weeks in a row when you guys team up on us you get shut down.

So this guy is on here saying our server is nothing compared to DB, but all they do is PvD when no one is on to oppose them in any numbers worth a kitten Sounds like a stand up fellow right there. I’ll be glad to be back to facing servers that are not based around late night capping. Have fun getting squashed in the upper tier. From what I’ve seen of your server’s actual strategy when fighting something other than mostly empty fortifications…you won’t stand a chance lol

Man am I tired of seeing people complaining about D/D eles. They don’t seem to understand what goes into playing this profession and weapon combo well. Yea we can take on groups of people and live or even prevail, but you better believe there is a lot of work that goes into it. Just last night I fought off 4 [NE] from Panglass with no assistance, and they all just sat there dead. I’m sure they were seething or something, but when you’re in full exotics and know how to put in the work that it takes to excel at this spec you can be rewarded handsomely.

Much respect to FA eles I’ve met and for the occasional non-huge zergs I don’t have to flee from :P
