Could I pick your brain, GW2 community?
I have very bad performance for GW2… I don’t really very good computer and I’d like to know what do you think it’s the problem with my computer (if there’s one issue I have no probs upgrading..if there’s whole computer too bad, then it’ll be a bit harder)

CPU: Intel Core 2 DUO E7500 @ 2.93 GHz
RAM: 4GB
OS: Win7 64bit
Graphic Card: MSI R5450 1GB DDR3

I put the details on the lowest lvl possible, lowest screen resolution, installed OS fresh, with updated drivers, performance issues persist(Frame rate like 10 :/ ).

If there’s issue with Graphics, could you advise what to get instead (not the highest price range plz)

I would simply wait and see, you have to remember this game is still in its first month since launching, there are bound to be loads of updates and fixes in due time. I would wait for the game to mature a little bit before considering the need for an upgrade.

Why does ArenaNet utilise such low standards when concerning account security. I mean even the original Guild Wars games still to this day employ little account related security.

There have been many advances in security such as two factor authentication (google even provides a free to use service!), SMS verification, GEO IP location binding etc.

but no ArenaNet chooses to use email verification and even that doesn’t work upon game release?!

I think ArenaNet doesn’t take its security very seriously enough and it makes me question their protection methods when it comes to letting them store details about me or my bank.
