Its good you don’t even have to hit her to get the achievment. I was jusr around her and it pinged.
I used my condition necro on her. She wasn’t too hard after 5 tries. Just lich her to 25% then use staff and drop marks BEHIND you. She melted to my bleed/poison.
I hardly used DS at all in the fight.
I thought the design was pretty good.
He’s pretty easy with a necro. Fear stops his head shot, when hes far i used the Staff number 5 and if hes near use DS Doom.

Ugh, its really screwing with world boss events. Ran into 2 overflows on tequatl and Shatterer. Since the new loot drops.

It’s easy enough as it is with 5. 8 would mean they’d have to buff dungeons even more, meaning a possible good amount of bugs.

Thats a complete lie, I’ve done it with numerous groups that were diverse.
Did it the other day with 1 engi, 1 ele, 1 war, 1 guard and a mesmer.
You get it from doing door events in the Mad Kings Labyrinth. No the Lunatics version.
They also buffed some enemies and nerfed drops. The archer skele door was nothing but KD spam and Barrages. It was not fun at all lol, they didn’t do that before.
It’s not that bad…I’ve had a group of Norn and charr (me being human) and I beat it. Just keep it as is. Sure its annoying but its not crazy hard.
They nerfed the Mad King Lab rewards it seem. Got 2 items and some people got 1.

They should really make the armor glow IMO.
Like most mobs Alpha has a leash and should ONLY be fought in that room. As for the crystals you should be having whole party destroy the trapped person. Makes it alot easier to free him. The boss isn’t that hard, I’ve beat him numerous times with only some deaths. The AoEs he drops you can just strafe out of, no need to dodge. Only time i dodged is when multiple members were together making a bunch of his circles appear in one place.
