1) No. I would prefer if there was some gear progression on PVE, all gear should have the same stats in PVP.
2) No. See above.
3) No. See above.
4) Yes. But then again does it really matter? It’s a boring game mode.
5) No. If you play a few classes in PvE and PvP it becomes extremely hard to keep track of all the different changes for each skill.
6) Yes, it’s a stupid stat.
7) No. It should be completely removed.
8) Absolutely not. No one is making you do anything you don’t want to do. Having a legendary or completing a daily quest or reaching an achievement are all completely optional.
9) Doesn’t really matter, you can get armor/weapons from vendors/karma/tokens.
10) Absolutely. It’s open to everyone to use it. And it’s not brain surgery.
11) As long as 3 expansions down the line they don’t announce a GW3 i’m willing to cut them some slack.

Same problem here, for the last 2 days had frequent disconnects to the point that the game is unplayable at the moment. Tought that with this new build things had to get better, but just experienced my first disconnect. Tried all the instructions and nothing seems to be working, and it definitely is only happening with guild wars as i can access all other internet sites with regular speed, only having problems with guild wars game client and forums.
