afaik unsuspecting foe only sets your critical chance to 50%, so you would get only 1% crit chance from that trait, would be awsome if someone could prove me wrong

I think all of these game modes would work fine with gw2 if they introduced bodyblocking. The deathmatch maps would offcourse have to be way smaller than the maps are now. HA 5man teams and RA/TA 4man teams.

Well strangely enough that’s how Sigil of Paralyzation works.

Edit: It also affects daze and up until recently it also affected fear.

…. Does nobody have some insight on this?

Just wondering how all of these work together. I already know that sigil of paralyzation makes 1 s stuns into 2 s stuns, but what happens if the enemy has melandru runes?

I see two different ways it could work;

1s * 1.15 =1.15s rounded up to 2s

and then either 2s *0.7 = 1.4 s or 1.15s *0.7 = 0.805s

and maybe the end result also gets rounded up to the closest whole second? If anyone could explain the mechanics on this it would be great, can’t test this for myself atm.

True, i was kinda only looking at warrior’s. But if only the strongest modifier applies, then the cap is as high as the strongest modifier accessible to a class, which in a warriors case is 33% afaik. (38% if using runes of speed i guess)

I feared as much. On a side note though, would being crippled and chilled work in the same fashion? That is the highest modifier counting and the lowest ignored? And lastly which runes makes you move at +40%?

I am curious to how Warrior’s sprint and swiftness work together with movement impairing conditions such as Cripple and Chill. I know that the movement speed caps at 33%, but what if you had swiftness, warrior’s sprint and cripple on you?

I’m thinking it would be something like 33%+25%-50%= +8% movement speed

Any insight on this would be appreciated, as I can’t test this for myself at this time.

The pants are called nobleman’s legguards. You can obtain them by doing the dungeon Caudecus’s Manor.
