LOL. I can’t believe people are so sad about SoR’s recent good fortune. Honestly, IRON brings 20-30 max at one time into the TS every day. After months of SoR staying in Tier 1 with lower coverage than both JQ and BG, now that we have some we get kitten for it? I’m just glad that now maybe our oceanic group (HIRE/OCX and others) won’t have to map hop all night and morning to try to keep us competitive. SoR’s on a morale high at the moment while JQ seems to be at a low, this is what I would attribute current ppt/points on, along with our newly gained coverage.

Instead of calling us skill-less maybe you should focus on bolstering your own forces morale and stop making excuses. I’d also like to say that those numbers of MERC versus the number of HIRE during oceanic are totally off. At worst it’s a 9/10 ratio every time I’ve seen and I’ve ran with them quite a few times. Every now and then one has more than the other, welcome to WvW!

Anyway, for all who aren’t QQ-ing, thanks for all the good fights! I know plenty of people on JQ and BG that I love fighting against. Shout-outs to my friends on those servers, you know who you are ; D

I played a random no-name korean mass-pvp mmo (RF Online) where the maps were reset 3 times a day, every 8 hours to accommodate the different prime times (NA, EU and Asia). That probably wouldn’t work for GW2 but shortening the matchups down from a week would improve things imo.

Thats what I think they should do. Also combine both NA and EU servers to allow for more 24/7 coverage for each server…

I haven’t admitted neither JQ or BG has EU presence. JQ’s is very weak yes, but BG has managed 500 PPT at EU slot multiple times last week. So we’ll see.

You just criticized WM for staying up late and using the EU timeslot to gain the tick advantage, calling it PvD. But when IRON does it’s not so?

By calling it PvD you admit that no one but WM was there in force.
You also say that WM was doing overtime. Meaning that last week no three servers had a natural EU presence.
SoR does now. By your own account they’re PvDing.

Where is #beastgate now?

JQ will reclaim their throne. They obviously had a rough week because of a the Asian rift and BG pulled triple overtime to gain a huge lead (placing them in first). BG won’t be able to keep it up and JQ will take first again.

I hate how they nerfed confusion damage because of the stupidity of players running in and out of glamour fields while zerging.

The change affecting those small group players so much…making the build useless.

The problem with confusion was not because of the damage, but because of how it was applied. It could hit mass numbers with 1 skill.

The new Tier 1; whoever’s Asians stay up the latest or has the most Euro players wins.

-Make it so it doesn’t hit EVERYONE that runs through the glamour fields (or only hits 20 like the portal)
-Make it so it doesn’t affect healing skills or dodge roll.
- -25% damage instead of -50% damage.
- Rework how confusion works, maybe take away ticks for each ability used.

I am FULL condition/confusion build and I feel like confusion is almost a joke now…

Mesmers do not have any other major group support build.

Confusion needs a 25% increase in damage IMHO

Trying to win a 1v1 or small group fight as a confusion mesmers is near impossible if you are playing against a half decent player.

No hate, but I don’t think SoR was the right server for a guild like WM; best of luck on BG…

No reason to bash a server because of a few trolls that may or may not have been on SoR anyways.

It is a fact when a server ticks at 50 ppt it is because there are no players so there is no accomplishment there… Also shows the type of character of some players chest thumping in those circumstances where there is nothing to be proud of.

Is the score ever really different besides numbers? JQ is in the lead, likely going to win again because they’ve got the coverage. SoR is about 4k points ahead of BG and BG is about 4k points behind SoR.

Not much is going to really change, besides the gaps getting bigger and occasionally BG will pull 48 hour shifts.
