The cooldown of the WatchKnight tonic is horrible. But the effect is cool. They need to fix it.
Luckily I already got it from the old event, so I need to choose between panda and dolyak. And between gas mask or one of the back items.

I chose the tonic and was disappointed. I should’ve done my homework before purchasing it, though: it seems the cooldown has been like that since last year. I really wish they’d change it.

I admit, it was my own stupidity. I guess I should’ve done some research before purchasing the tonic. I still think they should increase the duration of the transformation or reduce the cooldown, though.

I recently purchased the Infinite Watchknight Tonic with my festival tokens and I have to say I’m disappointed. This could be a bug or something but what fun is it to transform into a watchknight for only 5 minutes? After that you have to wait 25 minutes to be able to transform again for 5 minutes.

I thought the transformation would last at least 15 minutes (the longer the better, of course). Could the duration of the transformation be increased? I really feel I have wasted my festival tokens.

Yeah, the new Labyrinthine Cliffs with all the gorgeous, gorgeous decorations… The place only makes me want Cantha more, it would look so amazing. Oh, Cantha. sighs

Although I understand very little of what you’re saying (English is not my native language and the language used in the play is old), I LOVE your voices! I wonder if ANet needs any new voice actors for S2 of the living story?

Ok, I think I found the base face and hair. I am going with the eyes having deep eye shadow — you might also want the face lower left in this particular image, as it tends to make beautiful rather than insipid faces. Skin tone I waffled between the one shown and one lighter shade to the left. I didn’t play with sliders at all, you’d want to modify those to suit your intended feel.

Actually, I think the face Anise has is the top left one. I’m not absolutely sure, but I am pretty sure.

You play beautifully. I really did enjoy your work, and listening to the EoTN and Factions music almost made me cry. Thank you!

If giving our characters a voice again isn’t possible, you could create something like the dialogue boxes we had in GW1. You know, the ones with the picture of the character speaking. That would make me feel like my character is a part of the conversation going on, it’s kind of dull to listen to the other characters talk while mine is silent.

There are actually a lot of armors NPCs have that I want, but Anise’s armor has been and always will be my favourite. I can’t explain why. I just want it.

You know what, I was just thinking about this a while ago. I think it would be a great way to add backstories to the living story characters (why not the personal story characters too). I really loved the Bonus Mission pack for GW1. Maybe we could even play as Scarlet?

+1 for Guild Wars -style cutscenes. I remember always being so excited when a cutscene started in GW1, waiting for what would happen in it. They were almost like from a TV series with the camera changing from one angle of view to another, showing each character’s face as they talked. The living story doesn’t have that kind cutscenes. Some have been close but usually the camera just spins around the characters.

I have 13 gold. The most I have ever had was about 55ish. I’m a casual player that plays about 5-6 hours most weeks.

And no, I’ll never be able to buy a legendary or ascended gear unless I magically start getting 20-30 hours a week to invest in the game.

Same thing here. The most I’ve had is 40something gold and at the moment I have about 12 gold. 35 hours of school + the time homework takes + hobbies don’t leave much time for playing

I use female faces #1 and #2.

Basically move around terrain until you find something you like, mess with camera angles and eventually you’ll get a decent enough pose! This one was on a roof in Queensdale, and a slight incline made one of her legs go up in a kind of neat, and completely unintended pose.

I think it would be nice if we could actually wear the order armor while we’re doing the order personal story quests.
For example, we could get some sort of tokens as rewards from the quests in the first part of the Order quest arc (lvls 31-39) and then with those tokens we could purchase a lvl 40 version of the order armor.
The lvl 80 order armor set could still exist, but this way we could wear the order armor for the rest of the Order quest arc. It would help me feel like I’m actually a member of the order I’ve chosen.

I agree. It would be awesome if there were different versions of the same kind of armor like GW1 had Luxon, Kurzik, Canthan etc. armor then Elite versions of all those armors.

I also liked how those gw1 armors looked appealing yet didn’t require getting married to the game to acquire…

Gw2 just needs more armor choices in general.

I was able (after a number of dead, irrelevant ravens and a lucky shot at the right time) to intercept a message to the Order of Whispers. Reading over it, I grinned. Rescuing an innocent woman and a chance at bagging the sea-witch at the same time? It was killing two moas with one earth elemental! The gate fee would be an issue, sure, but I knew I could find some money somehow. After a few hours spent in the gutters with a shovel and a keen eye, I paid the operator in a pile of dirty coins. Hands on my daggers, I set off towards Caledon to save not just a woman, but countless sailors.

I took care of a few things that afternoon, and before I knew it, I found myself in one of the havens of ill-fated Kessex Hills. I’m at a loss how I got there; I could’ve “teleported” in the usual, intoxicated way, or maybe it was Scarlett (double T!) – or was it Giselle from Crow’s Nest? In any case, I may have deserved that. (A life-saving tip, folks; never cheat on a mesmer lass…)

My heart is soaring with joy to know you are safe and sound. I can guarantee that such insidious villainy will not be tolerated; Captain Storyteller and his thugs will pay dearly for the attempt on your life, mark my words. I should’ve been more careful and I’m actually a bit ashamed for being so incautious.
