Just got inside it. So what’s the deal? Looks weird, I have no idea what it could be for..

I got the mail, it had 200 cogs in. And on the first day tixx got to lions arch I opened the chest and there was 0 cogs.

According to people in my guild/friends list, we are able to make 3 minis since we should have enough cogs for that. They say I should have got some in the mail and from Tixx.

I went to tixx and got the 15 slot bag, the backpack etc.. and got a mail containing 200 cogs. That makes 700 cogs. 50 short?

How come I didn’t get enough?

I disagree, if you could pay for gems and then get something worth a lot of gold in 1 or 2 attempts people would complain about : “Pay to win”. So basically, don’t moan if you lose a gamble

Why can’t we join friends?

I hope we do, WARNING: Do not repeat the dungeon. you get a gift/present thing only.

ANET: How will we get enough cogs for all toys if it’s 100 per dungeon? And we need 1250? :<

Well, it’s my first “moan” thread. :/ I’m just annoyed at the lack of character variation in GW2 now, I ran around lions arch and 73% of the people are saw were, yes, you guessed it… human females.

I have in the achievements tab (explore) 723/725 zones done in kryta (think that’s the number). Anyone know where the last 2 might be?

Hello,probably someone else already has seen some of my posts about the same argument…the fact is that whenever i think i’ve found my perfect profession…i always change idea!
I am trying professions for ofer 4 months…and i’ve made so many characters i couldn’t even count them (over 15 for sure).

I understand asking people’s opinion about two or more classes will bring me nowhere,that’s why i’ll ask you to answer to these questions to help me decide:

1) Wich is the profession(s) you’d like to play with in a dungeon?
2) Wich profession(s) you think is/are easier to play in PvE and why?
3) Wich profession(s) is/are more rewarding for the skill you show with them?
4) Wich profession(s) is/are the most difficult to play?
5) Wich is the profession(s) that,in your opinion,shine over the other in PvP?
6) Wich profession(s) can draw the aggro on itself/theirselves the best?
7) Wich profession(s) has/have the highest dps capability?
8!) Do you think people should play the profession based on how them like the design (without even playing the game) or based on their ingame preferences?

The 8th question is the most important: when i started downloading the game i took a look at the professions,and my favourite ones,in my 1st impression,were the thief and the mesmer,however while playing i started thinking how it’d be if i chose another one…and then it started by “professions depression”.

ATM,i’m not excluding any class.(it’s the 1st game where the warrior looks interesting!) However i’m in serious trouble deciding wich one should be my one.
I’d be very happy if you could share with me your opinions,have a nice day and thanks for reading.

1- Mesmer, The Feedback skill is amazing against ranged mobs. The skill which revives people for 15seconds and then fully if they kill something (can’t remember the name) is really useful. And Illusionary defender helps keep damage to people down.

2- Guardian, very strong, durable, lots of heals. And a great group player!

3- Engineer, very hard to play well. I consider it underpowered. Well, if you don’t use kits.

4- Necromancer, most people say they are underpowered, but if you play it right it can be very rewarding.

5- Thief.. but don’t use it. Too strong and most of the time requires little skill. Necromancer however is hard to use but can, with practice, shine over everyone else.

6- Warrior.

7- Elementalist. It has a lot of AOE’s too.

8- I say play everything! I have tried all classes, I like: Engineer, guardian, mesmer, necroamancer and elementalist.

I have been level 80 for a while now, have 73% map completion and have been in every dungeon.
However, I am yet to see any Kodan “children”.

Could this be because they are like sylvari and are born from 1 being?

Does your progress stay on the account or character? say Im level 3 in fractals on an engineer, then go on my elementalist, will it go to level 1 or stay at 3?

Was good and all, apart from the 2fps and money spent on repairs. I mean, I really enjoyed it but it was too long so I had to go offline (after 2 hours) When the karka was only outside Camp karka! I am quite dissapointed that I have apparently missed out on exotics, rares, and a 20 slot bag.

Make underwater skills changable when out of water.. I keep trying to change mine in a spvp match raid of the capricorn but I can’t as sharks make me enter combat~

In my person story log, there is some text missing off stories, (ones shown in images) and there is no storys logged after “What the eye beholds”…

Would making another rank with all privalages work? you promote yourself to it, then remove the other guys priverlages and demote him? =]

Quite often when I use my asura engineer (pistol and shield) the shield dissapears after using skills. (Don’t know which as I find it has dissapeared afterwards) It is quite annoying and only comes back if I re-equip it. please fix this issue

You can however make it yellow if you transmute it with the level 80 guild backpack, otherwise green is normal

I get that too.. I feel let down by anet at the moment, there’s so many bugs, and nothing seems to been done about them.

Gates closed.. again, it’s outrageous now, I’ve tried entering for 2 weeks but every time I do the gates are closed! Please fix it I beg you.

Just wanted to say, if you have mad memories complete edition (don’t have the other version to test) And use Elexir X? (The elite skill) and turn into a tornado, you will still see the mad memories floating around in it =]

I just looted my second chest in my first hour and got mad kings mittens (exotic heavy gloves) =D

I think its bugged. I was collecting candy there and ran out of mining picks.. but I dare not leave =[
