Now how fair do you think it would be if ANet gave you a free transfer while the rest had to pay for it? Besides you had the chance for a free transfer… I missed it as I was on holiday so ended up paying to transfer to my guilds new server…. You’ll find that paying will be the quicker option…
Also, is me using an offensive word so important that the staff cannot review my reports regarding bots in Southsun which are still there after two months after I submited my tickets?
Using the offensive word most likely isn’t the main issue – it’s the fact that you directed a highly offensive term in a hostile manner towards another player. ANet I’m sure strive for a safe and enjoyable environment for the whole GW2 community – including you.
A better approach would be to consider that it may be a new player or new to spvp that needs guidance rather than abuse.
Here’s some tips while playing:
Wear a rabbit foot around your neck.
Cross your fingers.
DO NOT walk under a ladders.
DO NOT open umbrellas inside the house.
Try not to spill any salt. If you do accidentally spill salt, immediately throw a pinch over your right shoulder to ward of the bad luck.
Failing that….buy some magic find boosters…
To log an official support ticket: (it seems you’ve done it correctly)
https://eu.support.guildwars2.com/
Click ask a question.
You’ll need to create a support account if you don’t have one already – your game account won’t work.
Log the support ticket with as much info as possible (and keep a copy of the reference numbers – although a copy will be sent to your email) From my experience they’ll help you as soon as they can…I’m sure you can appreciate (and especially since it is Easter) they must have A LOT of tickets to attend to…fret not, they will get to you.
I’d also do what they recommend and make sure you don’t have more than 10 messages in your in game inbox.
Good luck!

I’ve just started playing Necro after dedicating to my Guardian and Warrior primarily. I have read plenty about the Necro’s weaknesses so I was fully aware going into it…and personally, I like my Necro more than my previous characters….

I have no say because I’m not a GM but I don’t find Phlegm offensive at all… you could have created a Necro, dyed their armor a dirty phlegm colour and then cast epidemic…infecting us with your snotty name…
I’ve been on every day except maybe one day, specifically to check what’s on sale.
Hahahaahalololololobahwahahahaha – I have tears in my eyes…. That one day must have been the day the keys went on sale…. I swore I would never buy keys but sure enough I ended up buying quite a few on that day….
I’m fine with it but if you have a character called NaughtyMonkeyBits as well, the ANet team may see it as offensive to someone…then that Name Change Contract may be of some use to you in the future….
My Norn is a Dervish…
Bite him in the jugular and he’ll bleed to death….
or eat him bite by bite…
9/10 Galrik sound like a very strong, authoritative firstname. And the last name sounds like it has enjoyed a long and strong bloodline.
My female Guardian is Kristrünn. She’s supposed to be a bit of tomboy…necessary when you’re a guardian…. Her last name is unknown to me.
Same thing happened to me: Back up and running within 24 hours…
Although the ban like yours was in error – however they determine who or what botters ‘look like’ – their process is there to try and provide a better and safe gaming experience for everyone in the GW2 community. Fret not, I’m sure they want to pride themselves on keeping their customers happy and will give a fair review and response to those that log tickets and were banned/suspended accidentally. They’re not trying to be bad guys… Mistakes happen and like any successful company I’m sure they will review and tweak their processes if necessary.
For others…if it does happen log ONE ticket and wait patiently…
Glad to hear you’re back playing and welcome to GW2!
Drake is called “Selma Hylek”;

Good work…FYI these have been fixed:
Centurion Micka Thickblood at Ashford Forum…
Centurion Titus Gearclaw at Tela Range…
Maybe the programmers are playing WoW and refuse to do any work…
When will the following NPC’s be fixed?
Tocatl above the Eukaryan Caves…
Centurion Micka Thickblood at Ashford Forum…
Centurion Titus Gearclaw at Tela Range…
Centurion Micka Thickblood is missing from the Ashford Forum in the Plains of Ashford.
Hello ArenaNet,
The OP has hit it on the nail. Maybe not for others but this is the PERFECT game for ME! Everything I wanted is here and having so much fun!
Thanks so much for your efforts – the wait has been worth it!
Hello,
When I edit a post, in my opinion I think the button to click after finishing edit should read something along the lines of “Save Edit” or similar rather than “Edit” (see attached image). I got a little confused as to what button to press when finished editing and submit the changes.
Just a thought.
Thanks.
Yes I played the first one while I lived in New York and I think is more the memories I had while I lived there are being evoked by the music. But still, as a professional musician (violinist) I still think it’s brilliant. For those with Spotify search for the Czech Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra & Kuehn’s Mixed Choir Live version – Guild Wars Live.
Hello from New Zealand!
Is it just me or is the sound track just amazing?! I listen to it while I’m working and I just can’t help get goosebumps and shivers down my spine. Yet another reason why I’m having so much fun with this game.
Thanks for putting so much effort into the little things that make this game a winner for me.
