after upgrading bravost a few fsp came.
When the front gate didnt worked they made 3 trebs and after that some catapults.

Sadly we didn’t had enough people to take down the trebs so we waited till the wall went down, I tried to stop them with some guardian walls but most of them got at the lord.
After they took the tower i somehow got 5 fsp trapped inside the wall haha xD

Yes, we had to fall back twice because group of 40 from the same guild + PUG is quite hard to beat for 24 people! (and our awesome rallybags randoms who died in first 5 seconds). Come for a GvG and stop this bullsh!t talking, you lost vs GoW, you got nothing to say! haha

1 – I’m not in Kale
2 – Kale have never done a GvG
3 – Kale were 21 people, 24 with pugs running tagless
4 – You had pretty much no pugs on you the whole night
5 – My guild has never GvG’d GoW, so no need to show them such disrespect
6 – My guild has never lost a GvG, we have plenty of videos out, maybe you should do some research.

So outside of your silli “gvg” or as I call it clusterkitten, battels goes like this:
Far Shiverzerg takes tower, keep etc
Let “owner” take it
Far Shiverzerg do not defend taken towers, keeps etc.
When enough towers are to siege (whole border) Far Shiverzerg shows up and 15 minutes whole border is paint green.
So basicly is just “trading” objectives for wxp

Well, that wasn’t my intention. I have no problem with your post in general, i actually wish we had more people posting like you. I just didn’t like the very small part that i quoted because it implies that the transfers from Kodash had something to do with the changes in our way to play.

I didn’t mean to imply that at all, was only saying that my guild stopped playing just as your transfers came in so we weren’t able to get some nice fights, I have no problems with different playstyles or anything, and now that this matchup is coming to a close it’s been a pleasure AM, AG, hope you get some nice matchups in the future

I think it’s a bit unfair to shift the blame on our new community members. The change was already in progress when they transfered. In the lower tiers we had a lot of small groups running around, which were only loosely organized and only played together for a short time when a large enemy group entered the borderland. When we finally got to T5 we meet servers with guild groups of 20+ people running around everywhere, which left our small groups with almost nothing to do. We realized we had to adapt to the new situation and we did.

If you have 80 people and exactly 1 commander on the map and there are 2-3 guild groups of 20+ people on your borderland that you have to fight, then your choices are limited. After all ArenaNet gave us only two ways to build groups. Running with more than 10 people without a commander and not everyone in TS/Mumble is a pain and not viable.

True, the transfers from Kodash brought more people to our server, but more important, they brought more commanders. Commanders, that make us more flexible, that are willing to support the community and to be part of it. Most of our guilds will only run solo if there is already a guild/commander who is leading the community zerg on the map, thats how we play. So, guilds like [ADAC], who take this duty very often, do not hurt the GvG part of the game. Quite the opposite is true, whenever they turn on the blue light someone else is free to roam alone. Most, if not all, of our members appreciate that and i think the rest of you should appreciate it too, instead of calling them out for blobbing.

Well done, you took a screenshot THREE hours into our raid and 20 minutes before we finished early due to lack of numbers, the answer is in my post “PRETTY MUCH the whole night” until we found a commander to come in, but its alright when we met even numbers we both know what happened get that tag back on!

Not starting a flamewar, just pointing out there’s no point coming on here saying good fights when with pugs you were triple our numbers for most of the night.

Our blob? For pretty much the whole night we were the only 20 people on the border, but yes okay, as for GvG we’re currently having a few internal problems atm (lack of. numbers) but its more up to the guild leader, and for most of the night we spent it trying to get you out of arrow cart and cannon range as you wouldn’t come without those puggies, but yes “gg”.

About transfers, I know for sure that two guilds with more or less 20ppl stated they came to FR, but that’s it. IMO, it’s more about ppl coming back to WvW to up their rank or play without culling…

Back on topic, I’ve been on AM for three days straight. Yesterday and the day before, it was hard taking your T3 keeps because FSP was almost totally absent (while EU prime-time). We had big zerg v. zerg fights though and, while it was reallllly laggy, it was pretty lucrative in the end. It’s too bad you don’t seem to have really organized guilds on your homemap during prime-time, with equal numbers, or sometimes slightly outnumbered, we usually win (we loose when we are totally outnumbered or when we fail a move or an impact).

This evening was quite different. FSP were definitely present and we did try to take Hills, which wasn’t up. However, DEX guild stood their ground and gave us a really hard time. Getting wiped twice or thrice in a row isn’t fun, but you were better, no doubt about it. It was great seeing a guild with actual movements and actual impact for a change. Props to you! So we ended up taking Bay instead, and we even managed to take Hills much later after AM players almost opened both doors and we wiped them inside. :p

As for AM players, you did try using mesmers for TP, especially when we fought in Bay and later in Hills (cf. just above), but it failed both times and we ended up winning. It was quite astonishing, especially for the Bay fight, because it seemed at that time that you were at least twice as much as we were.

Anyway, I can’t wait for tomorrow to have other interesting fights.

I said it was predominantly RiOT with friends. And it started with just RiOT and friends. Being in RiOT and being on the RiOT TS channel it is difficult to notice other guilds joining in.

So after seeing the video I will re-visit the fight… We wiped VoTF at least twice… once at the gate we broke down and once inside in the gate. We did this as predominantly RiOT… but VoTF were not alone either.

Inside the keep we wiped VoTF alongside BOON and RP… but once again SFR were heavily outnumbered… as the video clearly shows.

I was holding off disrespecting VoTF but the continued lack of respect for RiOT makes me think otherwise now…

VoTF = ‘leet’ … don’t make me laugh. VoTF joins the yanks to be their pvd guild and what happens? SoS get demoted to T2 and everyone jumps servers a second time. VoTF then join Deso and what happens? You will be lucky to stay in T1 despite SFR concentrating attacks on Viz. Let’s hope you don’t join SFR when you go down to T2… you seem to have a habit of joining successful servers and making them lose.

Also there’s hardly such thing as PvD in NA tier 1, seeing as their coverage is so wide and varied, please try harder

Yes blobs are boring but even the majority of tier 1 guilds have given up complaining, most of the posts are just arrogant, no your server is not the embodiment of skill, every server has good players and bad players. And as something to think about back in the day Far Shiverpeaks were able to stay in 2nd place in tier 1 by no nightcapping, yet your “epic primetime” gets you nowhere, good comparison.

No, he implied PvD is when there are no defenders online, while what Deso was accused of was PvD during primetime, how that’s possible is beyond me but as Dalure said, that’s a fail on the defenders side for leaving nobody in towers or keeps while you have the players online.
