I’m a thief. And I get also attacks from Sword/pistol or backstab thiefs, you know.

In the first case, in the milisecond i get immobalized i say “oh no, dumb kitten thief combo”, and press the break stun skill and laugh when i kill them after (cause later you can just dodge it).

If it is a backstab thief, i just turn the camera maniacally, ruines them so hard.

Still, the one i use and imo the hardest to beat, its the condition/shadow thief. Spam bleedings, and if you remove them he waits in shadows to recover initiative and start all over again. Besides its good for teamfights cause of the aoe. But well, you have to know when to get him ;3

Cheers!

Guild Wars, we loved you, and we miss you.

I think GW2 still has a lot of content to release, like GvG, Raids and stuff like that.

I played GW1 with just the second expansion (and didnt buy the rest because i was lacking money) and i got mind kittening blown with the variety of skills you could use to make your own character, specially in pvp. kitten for 8v8 you needed TITLES to enter the random teams.

I’m was about to buy the two expansions that i have left just to play it again, but then i remember that it’s probably just a dying game that will be left in the glory.

What do you think about Legendary Weapons?

For people saying that wouldnt be cool if it were easier:

It could have HALF requirements and still take you a ridiculous amount of time just to have that skin.

That thing of taking the word “legendary” literal kind of sucks. Nobody but no-lifers will go for one, that’s for sure in 95% cases. From what i read, it took for those that have them already over 200 hours JUST to make them. That’s above a week without sleeping.

Taking the dagger Incinerator for example, to make the vial of CoF, you need over 200 molten stones to make the lodestones. I’ve done the place around, i don’t know, 20 times (i know, not too much) and i’ve had 8. EIGHT. OF TWO HUNDRED. OR yeah, i could farm around 160g to buy what i need in the auction house. From farming in orr and stuff it could take about 80 hours or knowing the market pretty well, which is not a virtue of much people. It’s not desirable at all.

Also, i’m a thief. I use 2 daggers.

Am I the only one who likes to play with skill, Crit/acrobat build and go around jumping and hitting by side to all enemies?

Cond damage is easier because of spam 3, going invi and repeating, but i cant stop loving the endless dodge rolls.

I’m not saying this cause i dont want to calculate, but because much people doesnt know about this. So if there are 20 people selling an endgame armor (which can only be crafted on purpose) below it’s price cost, something’s wrong… Or that’s how I see it.

The main problem is a relatively common one in many MMOs – players often act as though the materials they’ve gathered are “free”, and so anything they craft makes a profit.

Ultimately, this is something that will always be a factor unless people actually learn to consider opportunity costs – i.e. the other things they could’ve done with those materials (most notably selling them).

There are a couple of other important points to bring up here, though:
1) Just because it isn’t profitable given current material prices, doesn’t mean that it can’t be profitable overall; the materials could have been bought at significantly cheaper prices.

2) Crafting is not the only way to make endgame armor; some of these items could have come out of the Mystic Forge.

3) The armor might have been made by someone expecting to make a profit, only to find that the price of the armor suddenly dropped below the profit line; that player might then have decided to cut their losses and just sell it.

Yeah, i guess you’re right. Still, I’d prefer the literal tax show :P

A "Have I done it?" menu for dungeons

It may be kind of silly, but it really happens to me that after doing several dungeons (or just a couple that I do everyday), i find my myself asking if i did that one or the other one already.

That, or the dungeons to reset at midnight. Both would be really helpful to not be thinking if i did it last night after or before the reset.

I repeat, this is kind of silly, but there is really no way to check this ingame, and it’s one of those little things that add. (another suggestion) This could also come with a “looking for group” option, for those instances that maybe they arent always with people, or simply they are not commonly done by people.

Thanks for reading

Hello, what i wanted to propose is that the game itself show’s you the total amount of money you lose on taxes.

Why?

I’m TIRED of finding something that i can produce, sell and win money, and watch how in a matter of days, that item falls below the price cost. So this armor costs 3g in items, and you see it at 2.9g (and they dont even think of the 15%), and it’s SO frustating…

I know about supply and demand, but, that’s just ridiculous…

^ considering you can do them and have the territory without trouble.

I, as a thief, dont have too many aoe spam crap. I can try bowing while defending, but that’s about it. And I really have a hard time trying to get these things, it’s really troublesome.
