So today when teq’s hp was 25% and the lasers appeared, then the vigil megaleser went 100-0 in a second… and the whole event failed.. please fix this bug because its really annoying to waste 20min.

Another 2 questios:
1, i have some crappy lv68-70 rare/exotic eq, however i got 180k karma which im not planning to use on anything atm, should i just farm up untill 240k and get a lv 80 exo set from a karma vendor?
2, why do gears with the sam level and rarity have the exact same stats and amount of stat points (>just in a different rates) ? I never saw this in any mmos, and it reduces the choices a bit. I mean there should be gears which require more work, and give bettwr stats or sth. Some explanation would be good because i didnt get this. Same for the legendary which takes so much work but doesnt offer stronger stats than ascended

No, i didnt mean swapping, i meant like downloading an already done one and then putting it in the game files, instead of doing it 1by 1. (If i find a good one online, in that case only)

Oh, okay i just thought its some trait build or sth.

Another question about key binding; are there best ones, or a best few? And is it possible to install a binding ‘set’ and just put it in the game instead of manually making everything?

Thanks. I know that i have to swap build for different things, but i just hit 80 not long ago, and im not going to PvP yet untill i get a better knowledge of other classes. So i just stick to this build with a few changes in dungeons/open world contetnt thats why i asked.

1, Whats the point of hosting servers, if you cant play www for that server? I mean u can do anything else together, why would you go as a guest if you cant www anyways?

2, On my thief i use shadow refugee (before i had shadowstep because of the awesome mobility), signet of shadows, and haste (extra crit, faster animations, and anti cc, so pretty nice for both pve and pvp) with the hide in shadows heal. Is this build decent? I got d/d-SB atm, but im planning to try D/D-S/P out soon

So i just made an ele. Im using staff for open world pve and planning to use it for WWW aswell.
My question is it it viable? And which would be a better pvp option;? scepter/dagger or scepter/focus?

How about once you maxed your mastery out, you can go back to level up and get the spirit shards? Idk why is that so hard to make for anet…

In my experience pugging. People dont really get kicked for their builds or for being necro/ranger/w.e. They get kicked for being bad.

Not inexperienced but BAD as in you are told what to do and that advice is ignored.
Bad as in you aggro mobs before group is ready repeatedly
They get kicked when they run what they “want to” run instead of things that benefit the group. Ive seen many a mesmer/guard get kicked for not slotting reflects and watching teammates die. I suppose thats builds.

As for the special “healers” Ive yet to see one that can actually heal. They usually blast water fields when no one needs the heals and rage at the ele’s because they instadown from pretty much anything and they cant heal through it.

Yeah there are ppl who dont listen to advices, but there are new players who want to learn, but how, if everyone is only looking for full geared ppl. how can we? I mean everyone was a beginner once.

Im looking for a guild which participates on WvW a lot, but focuses on other events too, like PvP, dungeons etc. I got a lv80 thief, but im still new to the game, only playing since a month~. The guilds main language should be english, so international or UK guilds are prefered.
About me: I will need some help and guidance at the beginning, but im a good learner, and i will try to be an active, good member. Atm i wont have that much time to play till september (i can still play 1-2h a day for sure). Also i cant use TS3 neither till that time, but after september i will join Ts, if the guild got a server.

P.S: The guild members should play on SFR, or most of them on SFR, because of WvW, but thats already mentioned in the title

EDIT: Im 17years old, i will be 18 in septemer. And about the 100%guild rep.. I have a guild for the extra storage, + im in a 3member guild with my friends,(real life friends, but we are on a different server, but would still like to stay in a guild with them) so i would like to stay on those too, if its not a big issue..

So its not really a suggestion, im just interested what would you think about this?

There could be a PvP option other then PvP and WvW, but in this mode Guilds would fight. Since the name of the game is Guild Wars, it was a little bit surprising when i found out that there is no mode for Guild battles. It could be similar to WvW, just with 1 map, and it could have a league formation, or sth. Or it could be different than WvW idk, i didnt work that out yet
If someone is in more guilds, they could chose one to represent in this mode for the whole month, so they could only fight for that one guild the whole month and not swap around.

I just found out that legendary items will be soulbond on use… Why cant they be account bound? I mean if i work monthes to get for e.g a sword, why coulndt i use it on more of my characters? Thief, warrior, ranger etc.. I will still need other legendaries, dagger, longbow, shortbow etc etc… But crafting 3 legendary swords just to have it on all of my characters is insane…

EDIT:oops nevermind, i read a post from 2 years ago, and i found an announcement from aNet about the change, my bad… (still if someone could confirm it it would be great, just to make it sure )

After releasing a game with no sub, they cant just activate a monthly sub… I payed and bought the game, with the knowledge that there is NO SUBSCRIPTION… If they apply subs, i wont just stop playing, i will want my money back aswell.. so nope, dumb idea.

It might not be a big suggestion, but today i saw this Grenth costume in gw1, and i just love it. It looks 100x better than any other costume in gw2, and since its already done in gw1, it wouldnt be too much work to apply it in gw2 aswell. Personally i would instabuy it, since its just awesome.

1,How can i make my cooldowns (skills) show in second, instead of just the circle going around?
2,Is it worth it to invest money in eq/crafting/invisible bags? Or just later on, once i have too much money and nothing to spend it on?
3, Whats the best way of learn a profession other than experiencing? Youtube video?
4, Is there a best trait/skill build for each profession, or a best few (5-6 or more options?) or ANYTHING is good, untill i can use it well and got a good synergy with my other things? (like trais and skills)

The players mentioned above (‘xykid’ and ‘xykid2’) both members of the guild called ‘xykidguild’ are constantly killing the crows in the ‘Grand barrier isle’ (ToT farm spot), now i know this is not against the rules, just simply trolling and annoying people (well it could be also viewed as preventing other players farming, which would be worthy a bann so…) they also insult and provoate many players after we tell them to stop killing the crows… Is there any way to solve this issue?

I would put my vote for an alienware 13-15, it got high storage, not like razer, and really nice specs, also you can buy a graphic amplifier for 200-300$ now anytime, which would boost the performance a lot.

1, What are those (1), (2) (3) etc numbers at runes/sigils etc?
2, What should i do to be able to craft better items? I went to the master craftsman in lions ach (his station) and i could only craft bronze dagger/sword, and they components.. what else do i need to unlock better items?
3,Is the journymans salvage kit good enough for items i dropp round lv 40-50? And what items should i salvage? Everything which is not more than 2-3silver?

Another question about the lv30 personal story. If i choose 3 different orders, from 3 different characters, than i can use all 3 sets of weapons, right? I buy them from one character, and then put it into bank, get it out with the other. Or they are only available once, and i need to finish the story to use them? Or how does it work?

When opening jumping puzzle chests/random chests on the map, then does the level of the character matter?

So once i unclocked all 3 specializations, and i choose the traits in them, all 3 specializations will be active? Or only one of them?

So, here i am again
There are more traits, which are unlocked by level, the first one is unlocked at lv21, and then the second at 45, and the third at 71.
So my question is, if i unlock the passive skills, and use them in every trait, then will all of them be active? Or i have to choose 1 ?

So right now im lv 24 and i use D/D – shortbow but somehow i dont feel like im doing enough damage. Usually i try to stick to the D/D, but when 2-3 enemies are on me i swap to the bow for the aoe dmg. Also sometimes vs strogner monsters i used to kite till 50%hp, then swap to daggers.
Are there any better weapon sets for thiefs to level till 80?

Am i the only one who thinks that guns/pistols dont really fit fantasy mmos? Its ok, i dont mind them that much, but it annoys me till that point, that there is no way i could use them, even tho they are op… Because fantasy worlds, magic, monsters, swords, bows etc… And then there are the guns…

Yes thats why im saying to at least add the >’< character to the name option, it would create many more creative ways to name a character, and its present in many fantasy name, so i dont see a problem why not.
