Curious. Did you already discover the recipe associated with the gems that are in your inventory? If you check your discovered recipes.. is there a recipe that you can make with those items?
Once you’ve discovered a recipe, you can’t discover it again and if you’ve discovered all the recipes for an item that is in your inventory.. that item won’t show up in discovery.

Just keep the bumps going. It has been reported as an exploit afaik and it’s only 6:40 a.m. in Anet world. Give ’em a chance to get to the office!
Please check the stickied thread at the top of Game Bugs forum for trading post issues. I believe several people were discussing loading issues there that may help you out.
You may want to double check your ranking within the guild. If you are the lowest rank, you may not have permission to access the guild bank until you are promoted to a higher rank.
Anet is against it and has blogged about it.
I’m experiencing this issue too where /block is no longer working to keep these lurkers out of my chat window.

Bump, this shouldn’t be happening.
There’s a merged dungeon thread stickied at the top of Game Bugs forum. You may want to post there as well for visibility and resolution.
You get a countdown warning in your chat box in bright yellow. So if you’re typing, how can you not see this warning?
Such fees are in place in order to avoid allowing characters to use death as a way of teleporting for free and is waived if the player has no money either in inventory or storage.

Haven’t experienced this. It sounds like a hardware issue. Are your keyboard and mouse USB? Could it be your USB port? Maybe switch the port and see if that makes it better…

The fix that has worked for everyone has been to log into GW1, log out of GW1, log into GW2.
Was his mailbox full? As far as I can tell, without confirming on my own character, ten items in your mailbox is full.
The listing fee for selling on the Trading Post is 5% of the sales price. This listing fee is not returned even if the listing is cancelled. Upon successful trade an additional 10% fee is deducted from the price, i.e. the total cost of a successful sale is 15%.
If you are selling stuff at cost, you are losing money at the trading post.
I’d like to complete my storyline but I don’t want to end it on a, “You gotta be kidding me!” kind of moment when I open the rewards.
You definitely aren’t the only one. I haven’t finished my storyline and am encouraging others to wait. Hopefully Anet will respond and say whether it’s intentional or unintentional before we continue.

I haven’t experienced this, even at the crafting stations in the world let alone major cities. Where were you? Where is the crafting station where you experienced this?
You should be glad that you can see the enemy, I’ve seen players attack invisible enemies all day long…

Is your mailbox full? I hear that 10 items in the mailbox is full but I haven’t confirmed that on my own character.
I understand the effort to thwart lag and such; however, when I can see the mobs in front of me being attacked and dying but not see the player who is attacking said mob… that’s a problem.
It happens to me underwater. When it first started happening, I thought I was too close to the shore or too close to the top of the water. So I began staying further down under and as close to the mob as possible but it still happens. Now I’m trying to determine if it happens when I use a certain skill. Not sure what’s happening but it annoys me when the mob is almost dead and it resets for no reason…

As far as I know from reading this issue over the past 12-13 days.. the only solution is to log into GW1 and then log into GW2.
My party and I were in Lion’s Arch. I was in overflow and they were not. I tried to join them and got a network error; however, they were able to join me in overflow.
Happens to me too, especially in the middle of big battles. The only fix atm is to restart the client.

If you see an exploit, report it and stop exploiting it.
If you are just playing normally when it occurs to you that what you are doing could be an exploit, just stop. Report it. Don’t say anything to anybody else about it and go about your gameplay.

Tome of Influence is also a reward for the Digital deluxe edition. There are no rewards for the Basic edition. Which edition did you purchase?
It’s not so much annoying as just plain confusing as to how, why would the mail system try to decide who I want to mail items to? My only thought is that without a person-to-person trade, they decided to add this feature for those players who like person-to-person trades. I’m just guessing though…
