Man, BP did your entire server invade our BL? It was just a sea of red tonight. Almost had our hills back… nice defense! We had 15 of us there and that WP did us in in the end, I did enjoy wiping 75% of your zerg tho on the bridge. Nice catch. Tbh I will be glad when this matchup is done, your numbers are insane. But we will keep fighting….. cause that how we do.

No, it was just me and my guild to start with. We had your hills when I showed up with about 20 guildies. It honestly was a kitten poor showing since BS can usually bring 30 to 40 people to the map when we are on point. Even so, I put my hat on and went to work.

To start out, we did flip your bay, but that’s not entirely impressive since it was paper. After that, you guys did an awesome job defending things. You pushed back 3 of my Garrison pushes with Arrow Carts and well timed reinforcements. So, after a few camp flips, we fast built the holy Omega on your northwestern gate. This Omega golem was truly blessed by higher powers, because it was the only thing able to take your gates down after the AC’s destroyed our rams. After the gate went down we ran over you and flipped your garrison.

your response though, was impressive. It was clear you qued the map with at least 80 people. If I had to be a guessing man, I would assume I had about 40 with me inside garrison (plus the sacred Omega). Most of our force was in Eternal trying to take Lowlands Keep from Kaineng (Which they did). I only had BS with me, and overflow people unable to make it into Eternal.

We did the usual though, making us appear bigger then we actually were. Agressively attacking mostly, and coordinating moves through teamspeak. All those times we charged you on the Northwest wall of garrison, there was only about 30 of us give or take. There were numerous times you could have killed us all if you had not gotten timid and backed off as opposed to meeting us head on. While I am thankful for this, it is something you should think about. My folks were just really good at sticking on my tag and getting behind your zerg, which incidentally, meant you could not hit them since most PUG’s have tunnel vision and never bother to turn around and realize the enemy is hitting them from behind.

And of course, we brought the sacred Omega out at opportune moments to flip your towers. Picture related. Our soldiers giving honor before NSP Garrisons Altar of Power, upon which the sacred Omega that brought NSP to its knees stands tall. This great ascended being flipped Garrison, Bay, Longview, Cliffside, and ultimately, defended Etheron Hills from NSP’s Omega golem rush, destroying 4 in the process, proving once and for all that it is the one true Omega.

Incidentally, the people you see in that screenshot are all that were on your borderland. Never doubt the power of a few good players absolutely 100% confident they are going to win when the commander orders them to stack might and charge.

When I was on, our entire BL was blue already so props to you guys if that was all you guys had on when you flipped it, but there were more than what was in your screenshot when I got on. BS was there, Krew, Lost, saw some Vox and other pugs. That was what I was referring to. This is NSP…. We never have queues, especially this week. I only wished we had 80 on the map.

Edit: I misread it you said 40 with you…. That would seem about right when I was past the inner in your hills. Just wished we were all together there at the end. I got through your gates so fast would’ve been interesting to see if we would’ve taken it if i had more people with me at the time, but I’ll chalk it up as a loss and tell you Good Job then do it different next time.

Good fights in the NSP Bay last night. Was pretty concerned when Kaineng was zerging us on one side and then noticed BP just standing by on the other side watching. No idea how we managed to hold onto it.

Just felt like we all upped our game last night! Those that were commanding did an awesome job too. Boom and Cosmic come to mind on the western side and Tiberius on the East.

Had a Blast last night in our BL. Hills was locked up tight but we finally got it back. It was a meat grinder there for a while. Also had alot of fun defending bay twice with my Omega. Soooo many bags!

Great work tonight NSP! Good defense all around.

On a sad note I attached a screenshot of a BP thief whom I partied with after I was Moa’d by a hacker (living underground apparently). The ss shows him on his way to dying. He had full health when in the gw2 twilight zone appeared and was killed by an invisible force. This same guy was killing yaks outside of astral camp and the NPC’s and siege in our Lake tower for about 2hrs. I am not here to point fingers but i know because he was attacked as well it was someone on the kaineng server as you can’t kill your own players. If anyone knows who this may be from that server please do the right thing and report him. NSP would want the same if someone on our server was hacking as well. I have not had any poor experiences from either server so I know for a fact it is no reflection on your servers. There will always be that one guy. Anyways just wanted to get the word out about it if anyone else has experienced this.

VERY bad form recruiting. NSP is one of the best servers to play in. Awesome and thriving community in both WvW and PvE, and extremely close knit. Transferring over to BP to me would only mean leaving behind one of the best communities I’ve ever been apart of, and losing a huge part of what makes WvW fun: that I actually make a difference regardless where I play, and I play with great players who value that….

Why would we downgrade? I understand why some people transferred off, but leaving NSP for BP in my eyes is a downgrade. I would leave a very close and awesome community for one that I may or may not get along with….as well as leaving our thriving and energetic PvE community…..

That’s just your opinion. For all I know NSP is a terrible server in WvW who can’t siege for kitten. I know you guys are terrible at defense and are only good at building treb to hit SM. This is what I see. But this is my opinion.

We were in a similar position in the upper tiers against SoS and CD’s night crew. We knew how to siege despite being outnumbered 8:1. And I’m serious, we had 8 people and they had 80. It took them several hours to finally break down our keeps and that’s something we can live with.

But for you guys it’s different. You lose keeps to 20 people who come on the map to do the breakout. Lol.

Impressive with no supplies. ;-) BP and Kaineng have made sure either we are upgrading from paper with 0 supplies or they are paper. I am not debating we can learn alot from you guys, just don’t appreciate your insinuations of us being a poor server. Btw when our BL turned blue how many NSP were there? (I wasn’t on but I assume not many, could be wrong tho)

I am a small representative from Borlis Pass from the guild [EDGE] part of a Collaboration of Guilds (C.O.G) which host to around 14 guilds within our community, and I wish to congratulate your effort and determination in our match up.

We understand that the match up is alittle one sided with us having superior numbers at the current moment, but we sincerely wish to extend our warmest regards to both your servers as we completely understand how you feel, as we have been on the receiving end of this type of match up as well, we hope there is no hard feelings as it is the luck of the draw on how our servers face off each other in the resets.

While I respect your server a great deal and have friends on it, I will take it upon myself to respond to you post here, (as I seem to be the lone forum warrior from NSP, lol).

I think I can speak for most of NSP when I say this, but higher tiers are not for us, not at all. We thrive in a tier where roamers and small man teams can make the difference between winning and losing (whatever that means, as there is absolutely zero rewards for “winning” other than moving up tiers and being even more outnumbered). The people and guilds from NSP have been loyal to the server and really come together to have fun and win the hard fights. It has been said time and time again around our server that those here love it here. I tend to be one of those that roam with a small group and look for even or slightly uneven fights. A small man in our world is 2-6, in yours it’s 10-20. Not wrong, not right, just different. We have our zergs here as well and have worked hard to get more organized to accomplish objectives, but there will always be players here that enjoy the open world PvP that can be had. Can’t really have that in the higher tiers unless you run a 10-15 man group.

I still have enjoyed this week, but mostly because of some old familiar faces I get a chance to spike. It’s gonna be a rough week for us and you will find a server that will still fight against you everyday.

With that being said there is a recruitment thread on the forums you are free to use.

Also if you are from BP and hate running in a 20 man zergball and want more of a challenge when your small group is outnumbered, consider your new home to be NSP! We value loyalty and you will never be punished!

across the all servers, balth temple doesn’t get done much. The last escort event induces too much rage. Only a few guilds and people desperate for obby shards have the determination to get it done.

Its done daily on our server, NSP. Grenth is the only one that is not done every day.

Very close and competitive week. My thanks to HoD and DR for the fun fights this week. Also I appreciate the duels that were had. Just leveled my ele so it was nice to test some things out and use real peeps as guinea pigs.

Unless its a group of 10 that you consider a small man, then yes. Had to run around with at least 3-5 of us to even have half a chance, otherwise its a zerg ball rolling you. And that happened quite a bit last matchup with BP.

Almost everywhere our small guild turned was a wall of red. We had a couple decent fights this weekend (there are some good players on Ebay and CD) but mostly we ran into zerg, mini-zerg or really big zerg. Impressive that 20+ players were patrolling their home zones on both servers. I am sure many love this style of fighting, but I am looking forward to moving back down a tier or two.

Let me get the summary out there:

IoJ doesn’t like this match up because they chose to be an EU server against NA servers.

HoD doesn’t like this match up because they have to force themselves not to sleep to catch up in point gain.

NSP doesn’t like this match up (although we really do) because of zoom-hackers.

PAXA doesn’t like this game at all.

HoD should stop sleeping to fight IoJ, IoJ should eventually move to a server of their own timezone or one that had better day crews, NSP should have a teaparty, Bird should marry Smitry now they have a child (It’s only proper), PAXA should probably play a different game since they hate GW2 so much. (Cept the happier PAXA, they aren’t grumpers all the time)

I don’t know 2 PAXA and 1 KoM hit our bay with an alpha and omega with about 20 others coming in as well. I was the only one defending at the time and they ended up taking it, but I was surprised to see them in that group. One of the PAXA, I believe it was a warr even had a commander tag. Was busy fighting and couldn’t get kitten , but honestly it doesn’t matter, they all did a nice job and got an objective, wiped us and helped their server in the process. We got them in our garrison finally, but they made it to inner before we managed to push them out. Just wanted to say nice work and enjoyed having a few fights as well.

As to the golem rush at your HoD Hills, that was an epic fail. My guild and I had been running around building alot of golems when a few started to attack everything. Kinda ruined our plan a bit, but most of my guild had to log soon so we thought wth and ended up trying with what golems we had. Nice defense.

Fun fight with the Paxa Ele in our BL just now, that mes was tough, couldnt get you spiked fast enough. Props to you guys

Nice fights all around tonight. Tried to party with an IoJ after you retook bay in your BL just to give you guys props. We fought long and hard but you guys got it in the end. Nice work. Also enjoyed some fighting 2 VLK ele’s, sorry it got interrupted by the zergs that ensued afterward.

Not sure who your mesmer was, but had a nice 1v1 with him at the ruins. Too many clones to sift through so I got it handed to me, but none the less pass on the props from me.

Nice fight with the POW thief from IoJ at the ruins in NSP BL, sorry it got interrupted at the end but I’d say 15 min was a draw anyways, lol. Props to you.
