Were you the guys running around in HoD BL last night? We had some good fights with your guild last night. Some didn’t end well for us if memory serves me right.

My goal accomplished keep those upgrades going to get a Hills WP in HoD BL! Also that HoD zerg at our Bay, largest I have seen in a long long time, i lagged when i got close to you guys, let alone tried to hit any skills. Had a blast tonight nice job NSP on the reset.

Thanks to my 4 man ninja golem crew getting things done and getting bay and hills back from SBI in our borderland. this afternoon, was fun!

Also had a good fair fight with a BP (BS guild) ele near your spawn. I just wasn’t going to chase you back into your legendaries, but we must do it again sometime. I just honestly hope we don’t see anymore of BP or SBI for a while. Ready to face some more even numbers!

I would agree with the love of guardians, but Engi needed some buffs. I still believe they love their thieves more tho. One this is for certain, they do not like the ranger class.

I think there are a number of very delusional people (on all three servers, but more on BP per this thread).

Lets just clear something up.

All three of our servers suck at WvW, we have a horrible rank. Having an ego in 13th or 14th place is hilarious.

So take a step back, realize whichever server even wins this match is still a poor WvW server and put your ego away. I’m trying not to be super specific and point fingers at anyone so nobody has to get super defensive but seriously, come on guys.

Lets have a good fight and maybe show a little more respect all around. I know it’s possible, there was a ton of that when SBI was at the top with HoD and JQ and I’d argue servers in 1, 2 and 3 have a far more difficult time maintaining tact and not letting ego’s get out of hand than people in 12, 13, 14.

I guess if your logic is 24/7 100 man blobs like in the tier 1, 2 areas, then yeah I guess we all suck. To be honest I can’t see how any of us would want to go any higher. The only way to get any decent even number fights is to blob up here in this matchup. I can say that I have had a few run ins with BP that while even outnumbered by 1 or 2 still led to some good fights. Maybe once all week with SBI but mostly with SBI if they blow all of their utilities and can’t burst you down they hurry as fast as they can back to their 20-60 man group. This comment is not meant to be disprespectful in any way, just a mere comment as to what I experience daily.

Blobs just wouldn’t be fun to me, plus WvW is about numbers and coverage. That is what the rankings show….. NOT skill. Still having a good time in WvW this week though and proud of how we held against BP and SBI hitting us at the same time last night. Props NSP!

The ranger class is the only one that uses its pet as its burst skill. Why would you nerf our burst skill? I can see if you made all of the weapons have a larger base damage but no that was not done. Instead you take the one thing that made us a decent profession and completely destroy our burst skill. The AI of the pets are terrible anyways so I do not understand the need to reduce their damage so much.

It seems as though ANET (while “loving” all of their professions) definitely has their favorites, Warrior and thief. What would the outrage be if you nerfed the burst adrenaline skill of an axe warrior? Eviserate for 4K damage instead of 8K. You would have your server’s locked down from all of the incoming complaints. I just feel that will the constant changes and nerfs it is frankly rediculous. If someone finds a build that is fun and viable, they nerf it.

The major problem I have is gearing for a particular setup. Armor is Soulbound, which I understand, however when you have a forced gear change because ANet has decided to change something that affects your build, it is really unfair and gets extremely expensive.

Just fix what you broke in this last patch and give us more base damage with our weapons or give us back our pet damage!

NSP does have this problem of glitching through the gate. Just yesterday when retaking our eb keep, I glitched through the inner gate that faces our spawn for no reason. 2 other NSP also got through with me at roughly the same time and we have no idea how we got through. We were pvding at that time so thr was no defenders to atk us and we juz stayed on the gate. I believe I have one ss of that somewhr

For some reason my HP is glitching to zero when a sea of 40-50 red tags run over me. I think it’s a bug. ANet needs to fix that…. It’s rediculous!

The torment is OP but mes thiefs and Necros can all do that one now.

If you are from AR you know about NSP, although lately playing the likes of IoJ SBI and BP it has been hard finding them. Small groups is what makes NSP fun. But we do actually care about the hard working WvWers and hate to see them when they need help and are overwhelmed by numbers so those are the times we join in the larger fights to help out.

SBI’er here. Just wanted to say that I’m amazed by how well NSP is doing this week. I’ve had the (mis)fortune of running into some very talented individuals who have absolutely crushed me and my allies in several small team skirmishes. I hope I can learn more from you guys! Stay strong.

I think SBI taking a break over the last two weeks to do pve is definitely paying off in this matchup.

I personally have not ever seen numbers like this. We definitely feel like the little guys here, but we will do our best. It’s all we can do, although ANet seems to hate us…. We have yet to have a matchup where we are supposed to “win”.

Really, I have to agree with those that are disappointed with the lack of small-group play here. It feels like NSP has kind of developed a “must support the zerg” mentality thanks to their outmanned matches. And that’s not even mentioning the apparent impossibility of getting any of you to duel.

That being said, great duels from a few individuals. Noodica, those dogs are buggers. And Crit Sinn, I downed you what, 1 out of 20 tries? XD. Good fights, good fights.

Actually we have more of a have a good time mentality. Honestly we do enjoy the lower tiers (and they do exist) because running in a blob is just not that enjoyable to some (me). I like the fact that we have been able to roam and help the server capping camps, being an annoyance to another server or even capping a tower or two occasionally. All of these things help our server in ppt, but when you find those even or slightly uneven fights they are what makes WvW alot of fun. The other side of that coin is Roll em with sheer numbers. All of us know we can’t really do that as a server. We had the outmanned buff most of the night last night when BP was destroying us. Then after we capped everything, SBI decided to whip up on us . No supplies, no upgrades…. Didn’t have much of a chance. When this starts to happen really there is not much else to do put join in just to try to combat the numbers game. Still having fun and NSP has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. We just hate being a punching bag for both servers, lol.

Nice fight with an SBI engi at Star camp in our BL. I think it was an AS guild tag or something like that. Anyways wanted to give a shout out to ya because I haven’t seen many singles running around.

Best advice for NSP protect your borderlands. Even though BP is read look at the ratings for determining on who you want to attack.

In all honesty I quite expect both BP and SBI to spend more time in NSP land than in each others. Seems to happen to us quite a bit.

Had a blast this week. A ton of great fights with you DH. In fact just wanted to say nice fight to the few outside of our lake tower, a thief, ele, and engi I believe. It was a nice fight till that dang warr stomp. Still had fun tho! Hope we see you again someday!

Ok I have never accused anyone of hacking, but could someone from SE guild explain the zoom hack that allowed you to take out 3 AC’s and 1 ballista with an AC that was well behind the gate at NSP hills just now, thank you.

edit: if it is not a hack then please do tell how you are able to do that, I would love to return the favor some day, so much coin wasted on siege in that attack.

Well if your open to an NA server, I’ll throw my hat in for NSP. We would love to have you guys here. We never have queues and have a ton of skilled players. We seem to be always outmanned and always fighting against bigger population servers but always hold our own. While everyone else has received some transfers we unfortunately have not, so any transfers would be a great welcome!

I know tiers have gone out the window but we would be roughly a low tier 6, high tier 7 server. We have gained a ton of ratings points over the last few months and we have been seeing an increasing number of PvE’rs coming over to help out our hardcore WvWrs. Guest and visit to see for yourself. It is a good place to be!

Yeah… about that… If WvW came down to pure skill, IoJ would be in tier 9 EU while NSP would be top 3. Every big server we’ve been up against, we keep wiping you. Over and over again. With fewer numbers.

Yeah, eventually you might get our keep or tower, but how does it feel, being 50 taking it from 10 people defending it? (If you’re even able to cap).

If we have close to equal numbers, you guys can’t do jack.

I don’t recall ever being particularly impressed by any players or groups with an [AS] tag. I guess I must have never seen you, because you guys sure sound impressive.

Im not just talking about AS. But yes, we are good. If you haven’t seen us, you just haven’t seen us when we are running structured. We tend to run outside the massive blobs.

But we really don’t care if people notice us or not. Makes it easier for us to get stuff done

NSP by far has the worst roamers I have EVER seen, atleast completely inferior in every aspect to the average IoJ roamer. We completely demolish your zergs with equal numbers in open field. Also about that remark about being able to hold something with 10 people, a keep no less. A keep can hold 1700 supply, now thats more then enough to build 5+ arrow carts for every gate, and conveniently for the red corner overlook is by far the easiest keep to defend with the elevation and the fact that there are only 2 inner gates (blue keep has 3) makes it even more so easier to defend. So its nothing that great to brag about honestly especially since you end up losing the keeps in the end anyways. Now if you were to say wipe a zerg of 50 IoJ’ers (which will never happen since we’re better then you and we can’t field 50 people like NSP can) with 10 people in open field then that would certainly be something to brag about.

TL;DR

IoJ > NSP

Funny cause we had close to equal numbers in your BL tonight you got wiped alot and then after all the beatings you took everyone left and pretty much let us take hills other than the 10-20 brave souls that stuck around.

How in the world did IoJ backstabbed? You were the ones flipping bay last night while dh wakittenting us hard in EB. And the only reason that kept us ( IoJ and NSP) in the “alliance” was just because we where on 2 different maps. are zergs didnt clash into each other as much which didn’t let to any team retaliating an important zone

To be quite honest I am all about just having fun and looking for fights. So while I think it is fun to say you “won” as a server at the end of the week, I honestly don’t care as long as we make a good showing as a server and have some good fights. What i saw yesterday was a completely Red NSP and DH BL (with the exception of a few camps) and EB was solid as well. Where else to attack at that point? Logical choice was you guys at that point I guess. At the time you had one server to contend with on your map, that was us. and bay was still lost. I havent seen DH bleed Blue all week and honestly I am not even sure you guys have hit DH anywhere other than protecting your BL and in EB. I am sure you guys have been fighting DH all week like us but honestly it has not really resulted in any significant gains like it has for us because of what we have been doing in their BL. Both servers focused us all last night in our BL so we definitely had our hands full there especially when we had to fight 2 zergs on both sides of the map that had more than our numbers.

I think double teaming is, quite frankly, dumb. I spend most of my time in DH BL or our own because I have enjoyed fighting them more as they have quite a few more roamers than IoJ. I think we have surprised a few of you as to what we can do when 2 servers aren’t focusing on us at the same time. That is what we are used to so can’t say it bothers me at this point because it happens every week. IoJ looks for easy fights and paper keeps for that ppt. Is that smart… Eh I guess if you want that trophy, er ribbon.

Anyways, sorry for the rambling rant. I have had a blast this week. As always keep up the good fights.
