Um 24/7 chestfarming is not an average play style.

If you play dungeons and do maybe some world bosses you probably have not enough ore to feed princess.

The better idea would be an account bound inventory bag!

Pretty easy to implement in my opinion. There would be just an extra bag unlocked either via gems or gold and it will be like 20-50 slots.

For example I want to open my inventory and press [I] then there will be an extra window with the account bag. (And for the people that dont like so many windows there should be an extra option so the account bag doesnt pop up automatically)

I mean ppl suggested this since the beginning ~ 3 years now and we still havnt got one…

Lets make the price like 500 gems or something (normal bag expansion cost 400)

I am sure many ppl would buy it for all the fun items (firework, endless potions, music instruments etc.)

After pvp matches end, and you leave the game it often happens that you first load into the heart of the mist but then on the pvp map again.

Please fix this its not a new bug its pretty old!

Just 2 modes Team vs Team Or Solo is that really to much for anet?

When they offered tormented weapons in the gemstore, it was essentially a slap in the face to vets and it raised a red flag for me.

Furthermore, when they pulled the same kitten with chaos weapons, it was a sign there is no hope for what the players want and all that’s left is what lines Anet’s pockets the best.

The Anet of old would release art in an artistic way, then await the cash.
Now it seems Anet wants that cash, so they throw together something they think will sell.

If anet would have released an expansion after 1 year of the launch they could implement all in this expansions instead of this dumb gemstore.

Seriously If anet would release every year a new expansion for 50€ I would buy it, but I will NEVER put money in this kittenty gemstore!

They could make so many armors obtainable via quests or whatever but they chose the greedy way.

I just pray to god, that after hot launches anet will stop a few months releasing new trash in gemstore because they could include it in the expansion rather than wait just to milk their customers more….

It is really a shame that there are outfits, that can`t be crafted / bought even they are already in game!
GW2 endgame is all about skins and this outfit will probably only come via gemstore…. sometimes I feel like I bought a Bli$$ard game.

3x Incinerator
5x Moot
8 x Flame Seeker Prophices

Also I have 10 accounts and on every account I have 20.000 gems (paid with gold ofc)
Also 5 Bank tabs full of ecto stacks on 3 accounts.
All characters have 160 bag slots on main account.
I have all Halloween skins 3x

And I have all Black Lion items (hairstylist etc. on 4 of my 10 accounts).

First of all you never played PVP did you? The flaming on pvp is insane, even if its not everyday there are a lot of ppl that flame only if they lose 1v1 or lose the match because some “noob that should go unranked” was in their team.

Same goes for PVE.
For example all the dungeonruns that dont want beginners aka noobs, kick you from fractals or dont rez you in open world because they dont give a kitty.

So overall the community in GW2 is not the best, neither its the worst.

Don`t see this as rage post or something, these are just the facts about GW2, sure there are nice people but they are as rare as a precurser.

Seems like as developer you must think like the biggest kittens are playing your game so they implement everything that stops ppl for doing stupid things like salvaging rares etc.

But still the update where you sold items on the tradepost for MUCH less gold than you would have sold it to the merchant came waaaaaaaaaaay after game launch.

Simple solution: Implement a Checkbox so we wont get the message anymore and if you are working on the checkbox… please

A few crafting materials such as thick leather section, hardened leather section are very cheap now, i think its nice to see the prices go up from those so that also those drops are worth to get.

You can make a crafting option that change 250 of thick leather section or hardened leather section into one ecto, then this prise will go up, and its also more fun for players that get those items from drops, in the begin it can drop ecto price’s, and after it it will make other prices go up and there will be a balance in the end, and 250 for one ecto will be also expensive when the materials run out. The big difference is that the other cheap materials getting more expensive to buy and you get more for selling it.

I hope all like this and do a +1 for if they also like it.

10€ per character slot (you start with so less you cant even create all classes)

10€ per bank slot (you only just have 1 or 2 bank tabs which is really low for all the random trash you get and need to collect)

And ofcourse the transmutation stones.
A game which is all about skins and you have to pay € to get the transmutations.

This is no flame this are just the facts.

I still play GW2 and like it, but if you compare for example GW1 and GW2 with the shops, the only thing that I bought for GW1 was 1 (ONE) character slot and thats it.

For GW2 I bought like 3-5 char slots, 4 bank tabs etc.

I really feel that Legendaries need to be more powerful. More stats, some type of specific power to that item( Ex. Thunderfury had 40%ish chance to proc 5 tornadoes that would attack closest targets, drawing a lot of threat), and overall more damage..

The thing is once you are lvl 80 you realise how bad the game is until max lvl its “ok” compared to GW1 where the game starts with max lvl GW2 ends with max lvl.

And since there is nothing to do besides grinding gold to convert it into gems to buy skins which is NOT ENDGAME seriously creating super fanzy fashion is not an endgame for an rpg mmo whatever.

And if you say try pvp wvw etc.

I would release an epic manifesto of a game and promise way to much things and overhype the game and then I would release a game called Guild Wars 2 that has nothing to do with the previous one.

Also I would create an in game shop and release weekly new kitten only buyable with gems or diamonds or something like that.

And of corse I would make the game so super easy mode that ppl will beat as fast as they can the available “content” to lure them into the in game shop so they start buying diamonds or gems or whatever it will be called.

Thats how I would ruin things.

I’ll chime in and say congrats. This is typical of the Guild Wars 2 community as a whole from what I see in my daily rounds: Players taking opportunities when they see them to make someone else’s day.

Are you serious?! Did you ever play the game ppl get kicked for not being zerk or being the right class or getting kicked for a free slot in fractals LOL

From my playstyle (pvp and pve) I have to say the GW2 community is one of the worst communities.

In pvp you get flamed for killing an enemy either its fair or unfair.
Another example is tequatl if it fails and / or some ppl on the cannons dont do it right you see much toxic too.

So PLEASE don’t try to tell me the community is helpfull or whatever because that ain’t right, I played more than 2 years all kind of content on all kind of servers. Never have seen some helpfull ppl / the rate is kinda 1:20 so for every good / helpfull person there are 20 other ppl flaming and kicking ppl.

I’m looking forwards to show off my multi colored com tags in random locations in pve and lions arch and so do you
