Btw replace EB JP with an arena for GvG would be the nicest change that Anet could do and it would not interfer with wvw. At least everyone would be happy.
The players using abusive langage should be ban and every people that are supporting GvG, period.
See these GvG players has no respec and TOS says that ruining others game experience in a game environment not playing it as intended is a grief so just ban every people doing GvG in WvW maps anyway they respect noone and nothing as we can see and delete any thread about GvG just give them a good reward for being so selfish.
Don’t lump all of the GvG’ers together. I see people acting like kittens in sPvP, WvW (as intended), dungeon groups, etc.
Its funny cos CoF farm groups in PvE were the most toxic of all.
Players that try to show them as “Elite” through a game play are always toxic and selfish and deserve no consideration as they don’t respect anything than their mindset.
Would be hilarious see www without GvG people. Two zone blobs would run around map and PvD.
The problem is people in GvG BELIEVE to be the only skilled people who know game mechanisms and playstyle. Always made me laugh hard and I always troll on battlefield these said GvG guilds when they get kitten hard. These GvG players achieve nothing and don’t play anyway better than guilds involved in WvW: basicly GvG is a more simple mode for newbies.
BTW Who can interfere in a game mode that doesn’t officially exist nor have any legitimation. There is no such thing involved. Your complains is another thing that will make you look bad to all others again: Another lame thread about GvG. Go spvp to check really if you are so skilled… YOU CAN ALSO RENT AN ARENA BUT PAY FOR IT.
Anet can ban you all anyway chinese market is open, Anet doesn’t care to hold players that don’t respect game design as it has been intended, like you would tell Anet employee I don’t care of all work that has been done here nor I respect it. WvW have to stay clean from GvG people. XD
BG welcomes Waha and his ATM guild with open arms, respects and understand the pressure he’s been put under by JQ server with very little support.
If anything this week has shown us, the few ATM left fighting at the very least have continually fought us hard (it seems almost 24 hours a day), most of the time without Waha and most of the time severely under supported.
Come to us bro, you’ll get the support you need here and the players to back you up.
Man, JQ lost a 10k lead over BG in one night this week and let BG build a 15k lead on that very same night, in NA prime !
BG are now 30k up at the end of the week.
Leave that mess dude, come on over to BG where you’ll be properly appreciated and have support from multiple commanders in every BL and EB.
…and unlike JQ, nobody on BG will be bad mouthing you behind your back on TeamSpeak just because you wanted to take a break after they lost so much of a lead in one single night.
Only Waha still believe in JQ (even JQ doesn’’t believe in itself) and if he would move away guess would be the end of T1 JQ. JQ without Waha and his crew would be not good for the server. About Merc they took the gold then they recruited newbies that wanted a free transfert over JQ to send “Mercs” there XD. Then the real Merc veteran players stayed on BG with part of gold and changed tag ^^.

GvG what is ? Should rename it Ego Vs Ego who has the biggest XD ?… Seriously…
Only about 40% of MERC left, the rest including commanders and many good players remained and are going to form a new guild. Don’t quote me on this but its what it looks like . BG will still manage to get #1 in pve and wvw.
Reasons for this:
The game is not about numbers and blobs or about a single guild or person. It is about the community, good commanders and people having fun playing together wanting to play more. We saw that with Tequatl when Blackgate opened its Teamspeak server to help other servers and also when we guested to those servers to teach people the fight.
Blackgate has an unbelievable group of top commanders and players making up one of the best communities in the game. Some wvw TS channel are so fun to listen to because they match great tactics with some real fun commentaries by people I would personally love to meet in real life.
There are too many great people/guilds I would love to name here but in the end what matters is not being ultra competitive and very tight, it is about the image you project to the community and how you benefit that community. Blackgate has a great community and we seem to focus more on the fun part of the game and the community as a whole than on pure single-minded hardcore competition. that focus on fun helped us become the number one server when others were focusing on numbers and hardcore guilds.
Its the quality of the community as a whole that made Blackgate the number one server in wvw and in pve. This is why guild transferring away for personal reasons are irrelevant as there will always be attrition. As long as the community is made of great people the server will shine and people will want to play on it. That s just my opinion.

Raising it even one would have significant performance impact because you need to think of it over an equation that causes that to multiply very quickly. Until and unless there are significant changes in the engine, which isn’t on the table, we will not be raising the cap on player skill AoE.

Hey to the JQ that disrupt the BG karma train intentionnaly yesterday, when we didn’t act like this with you on the last match day. Be ready for a week long daily-based pay back. Good week everyone XD.
AoE were not meant to have a cap. Only the technical limitation of the game is the reason of such cap. In wvw with all calculations/second that the server has to handle with there is already some crazy lags so if it would happen you would remove the aoe cap limitation then you would have to have some dedicated CPU to care only about the damage/sec calculation and may be one for each type of condition damages to avoid completely any possible lag. And it’s most likely not going to happen at all unless Anet go next step in game to upgrade all their hardware and software program and support tools : I have seen nowhere Anet stating to go this way for now. And for game experience it’s better to have a aoe cap limitation regarding this issue than having some perma lag and froze because they can’t handle it.
Also seems like only bg stomps on a zerg vs zerg fight, to play good in a zerg vs zerg u wont ever stomp if your players stop to stomp they would lose the battle. So your points are invalid
Ahaha because you believe this statesment when you down a large portion of ennemy zerg you can safely stomp and that s what BG is doing may be get some more organisation XD.

Really? Can you point out which part is inaccurate or are you just a 13-year-old kid who doesn’t understand anything?
I can but I will have to do some math and I have no reason to proove you that it’s wrong bacause I won’t waste my time doing so but believe me it’s not accurate results and completely overestimated. If you would have a critric point of view you would check on your own without believing what is anyone is writting then you would find out it’s not accurate.

People always asked for challenging content and the very first that should be are every world bosses. Even if i failed Tequatl I enjoyed it knowing how to play to beat it unfortunately most people have a long way to go to find out how to do well…
I can say Anet did a great job on the new Tequatl mechanism it’s just great encounter and this is a real challenge to complete it with random people XD.
For those who rail against GvG — it seems most GvG guilds are very big contributors to PPT WvW. If these guilds quit, or play less, your server will be hurt. Oh and getting rid of GvG does not mean those players will now contribute to PPT — it’s just as likely they will not log in at all.
The great thing about WvW is the “play how you want” aspect of it — zerging, sieging, small man roaming, dueling, GvG. A lot of players do many of these activities. If you got rid of all but PPT, many would probably get bored and leave.
Lie, open field fights and gvg encounters has NEVER contribute to wwvw. Only when guilds plays wvw as it has been intended are they contributing then to wvw match up. GvG and WvW has nothing to do each others it’s not the same game style, ask Anet for a specific Arena and let people enjoy WvW and Anet content. ty to respect others.
Titan, that is a silly and invild point. SoR can still be good at farming people, just not have the #’s to get the buff, so an imbalance occurs. Your fail logic is fail.

150 power is +7 damage per hit
150 tough is like 1% damage mitigation
150 vitality is 1500 hp
150 precision is +7% crit chance
etc…

Well at a raw, level. These stats still get calculated, often including multipliers. Also when you’re talking zerg ( or a 2 to 1/3 to 1 ratio) encounter, then their effectiveness is also multiplicable.
Not much a difference. The stats has been done that it won’t affect by a large % buff the basic value of each parameter. So nothing is broke from +150 power : people who started complaining on this has no idea how game is working even and this is lame.
Same. last 36hours SoR are becoming expert of Alt+F4 to avoid the stomp from BG.
Please like loot has been fix long ago when alt+F4 make bloodlust point gaining like it has been stomp when target alt+F4. tyvm Anet.
PS SoR always claimed to be n°1 in farming others XD and it was not true now they will complain about new game mechanism that they would support before finding out they are so bad.

Well last 12hours was just great. When I log in we had 100ppt and had to rebuild in EB. And everything was back max in few hours only with bunkered up camps. XD
The best moment was when we took back everything with both JQ and SoR zerg trying to take over us but it ended we recap all and we litteraly stomped all their zergs in SMC with nice bloodlust buff active. These who were there will recognise them as soon as they took that hard beating the score turned back on our favor for all these 12hours getting back a gap of 18k points lead. So based on math, we won this match already.
Was a great week and much fun. JQ is doing their best with what they have unlike SoR loosing lead are just finding new excuses not to recognise being outplay. (for a server that claims tanking their score you catch back 6k in 6hours : noone believe that explaination because it doesn’t fit with the way match has been going). The fact is that a part of SoR guilds are not trustworthy on the long run of a week match up as soon as wind is turning while others are trying hard with no more support (and this is really not nice if you would work as a server and community that wouldn’t happen like this)
