What ever my best run was 29min until last boss and last boss 4 min ..
in HOT if I can do 1 run in less than 10 min and get a skin I’m happiest man in the world ….i think people are sick or farming it and just continue because “Well I’ve frmed for years and now to give up ? Hell no!!” Point of no return I think its a good decision to make them faster
Unlike other humans students I always was fond of necromancy… I thought I could find the secret of eternity…. but all I found was horror and death…. years and years I’ve spent on performing my necromancy skills…. but what I was searching was further and further away….. in the end, I lost hope I was disgusted to myself for all my horrible experiments…..
Then I decided to bring to life my most ambitious and riskiest experiment, I was working dozen of years…. but something when wrong and I was lost in the Mists of Enernity…. I don’t know how much I was absent from Tyria.
I think time in the mist is non existent…. Everyone would lose their sanity……. but one day I started to hear a voice I thought I lost my mind completely…. but I was following that voice, the voice guided me through the mists…. Then I woke up in my old laboratory every thing was dusty and old very old who knows how much time I was gone…. The last thing I remember " My name is Rytlock follow my voice "

Takeing in consideration that Berserk implies rage endurance and face to face fight I find dagger to match it title perfectly

About meta blahblah I as a necro melee 90 % of time because of Dagger heal and and Blood magic while so called meta 50 % of time I see ranged necro dagger by far is better than any ranged pewpew out there .
I did lvl 50 Fractal with veterans 20 k ap and we went smooth You know the Volcanic Fractal I allways melee it I’ve been in dozen and I never died Died once because was resing one veteran with 15 k ap or so while I had 1500 ap
Necro problem is that we have a little lower DPS but we have sustain that keeps us melee more than other classes also many newbiew necros are out there I’ve seen them that barely dps and major necro problem lack of party support buff

Under 75% -> 10% increased damage to the target.
Under 50% -> 15% increased damage to the target.
Under 30% -> 20% increased damage to the target.
Also trait for “Sigil of spite” that give 180 power to all party
With this we acctualy can become a welcome party member
Or “Unholy Presence” as Gm traid
Allies and player haste is increased by an additional 10%.
I think Necro pets work worse now In PvE some time they just stand and wath mobs
Same in PVP…
a year ago I used to have fun with Mmancer and it was ok wtf happened recently tried pets didn’t hit once…
You gave me some optimistic hope but it evaporated when I’ve read this

Must admit Necro Gs looks teasty for WvW but in theory …
If Death Perception affects Reapers Shroud that will make us into a cropse farming mashine but then again we need Stability in Shroud we canout use other skills heal or utility ..
Its still lack lot of important WVW stuff
No blasts is first reason why Guild commander will tell you to get the **** off from Wvw map with ur GS
It’s just that nobody has managed to use DS to it’s full potential. If people would finally learn how to use DS it would negate all the shortcomings necromancers have.
Could you leave this forum then please?….Yes DS is a must in PVP without it you wont kill any one especialy that mesmer that nearly 1 shoot you . Still if you use necro 100% you can kill that mesmer 1v1 .
Gw2 is not a solo game if it was Necro was a great class for it fortunatly of unfortunatly necros for team are useless with worst Dps in game among other classes with worst dps and useless party support ..

Fractal lvl 50 6 k ap or 10 k ap meta zerk ELE WAR THIIEF GUARD /some times with text no necro or no Ranger
and 90% of time only meta parties are there in lvl 40 70 % only meta groups lvl 30 50 % metas
Arch most of the time only meta groups ELE WAR THIEF GUARD ……
Necro instantly kicked did you tried to play ? Do you know how frustraiting is when you get kicked from party only for playing necro?
And it dosen’t matter if your better than others ….. dosent matter if because of our sustain we can melee more than other classes while war thief gose range with less dps weapons I as necro with dagger can melee most of the time and Dagger dose more dmg than any other range wepon there …
Still we are not wanted in party
With harder PVE content in HoT that will come Necro will fell all the hate even more ….on thier skin
So I beg arena FIX NECROS for PVE FIX

Do you like that we are not part of meta and you will get kicked just for being Necro in hardest that we have at the moment PVE content ? its not that hard but still necrom get instantly kicked?

I don’t want to shock any one but Necros now are quite garbage in PVE ….. as necro is especialy hard to find a team in fractals lvl 50 ;/ 90 % of time there are only meta classes ..
In HOT we may be a bit better but not sure yet …But for sure I know I will not use shouts …they seems as useless as our pets .
Necro can become best tank in game with hiest dmg mitigations … but this dosent give us anything as in PVE every thing is about DPS
Gs will probably not out dps Dagger . Need to test first and see how well skill scale with power . plu sConsidering how slow necro Gs only for a chill condi that u can get 36 % to chill with food buff quite sad ….
They should have added vulnerability to gs auto and make it with normal attak speed..

Reaper can become a great tank bad Dpser I hardly see that
Life steal Gs life steal Passive signet with heal then all the dmg reductions from posioned 10 % from chilled champs 15 % and builds up to a solid tank + Corupted Fevor Pasive that stuck toughness …with PVT armor accesories ….that is LOTS of dmg mitigations a LOT ….. but as DPS I hardly see it happen
Even if they nerfed icebow there would still be meteor shower. Even if they nerfed all impact type AoE’s. There would still be the fact that thief/ele/engi/guard all out dps necro without icebow/staff ele. And buffs are important. So no, a 5 necro team will never be faster. The frontload burst of those wells really isnt that impressive especially when your group isnt buffing you.
That said. 5 necros could still melt things pretty fast. It will just never compete with more optimised groups. Just swapping 1 necro to a phalanx warrior would already increase the entire groups output by a huge amount. Every swap you make gives higher returns in various ways. So thief and mesmer speed things up on a stealth/portal level on top of damage.
with good build u can solo get 16 might without BiP after 50 % hp boss even in lvl 50 fractals I 100% time run with max might
I always do fractals with necro and I allways try to max out dps and watch how fast other players kill and often I found my self killing same mobs faster than other players guess because I as a hated necro trying to prove to the team that I’m a viable DPS
This is my new build I want to try MAX possible DPS without Blood Magic ;/
Blood magic helped me even in fractal 50 melee 80 % of time range 20 %
Even if you get hit with Blood magic we regen Hp quite fast and we are ready do go back in ….. while I noticed a lot of Warriors thiefs figthing most of the time with range weapons …but range is much worse dps than melee
The only way to be shure is Arena net add DPS meters
One thing that I hate most about necro is skill 1….. worst auto skill in game for a power build ;/
Just give up guys ….. I don’t bieleve necro gs will be any gud old meta classes has much more to offer to a group …
I rolled to Reventant farming gold for ascensed heavy gear …farewell
On my old PC I had same issue , I think it was something with GPU ….from what i’ve read… I used to open case and put a huge fan in front of it too chill the system LOL one of those old cases with terrible or no air flow I had same viasual bug in multiple game .
But scince I use Nividia 760 now 970 I had 0 issues …..Especialy Gigabity 970 is wonderful is coolest card I ever had barely 55 C of Max Loading and this is now durring hot Eu summer…
Nice topic guess this is the resson Necro are not in any meta not in Pve nor PVP .. we are just too good for meta that why we get instantly kicked from every where ..
Well as Woodenpotatoes speculated if HoT is more of a direction changer of gw2 features possible it will release in sep.
if they plann to add a bunch of content like dungeons maps new staff possible well have to wait until dec.

As the title says: Fractals of the Mists in Heart of Thorns any improvements additional content ? or Fractal Armor maybe ? Or Fractal skin chest at last after a year since it it was announced?
For HoT lvled up necro made an legendary skin for it full asscensed all in 4 weeks 100% compleation
so that in the end I stop playing gw2 because of how bad necromancers are …. every wehre meta meta meta Necro instantly kicked ….. especialy now that Shiro has such a great tree line ….I m dissapointed and lost interest in game .

Yep there are only Knight’s stats trinkets with Precision as primery stat.
I really wish to see Assassin trinkets in future , because I can’t come up with any reasons why not to )))
I don’t use Elites at all ….. Leech last 15 sec skill 1 has slow speed other skill have 1 sec cast ……. it useless and it dosen’t give a dps boost …..you will do better if keep spamming dagger 1…. pet die in dungeons or bug some npcs .. and so on …..
I use only Plague in case I need stability and run escape some CC mobs ..

We are not needed any were no body wants necro in party I tried to do Fractals 40 -50 most of the time you get kicked 10 sec after you joined a team …

Dagger +WOS +WOC has nice burst dmg but wells have way to high CD and we lose our competitiveness with other classes..
I hope Arena buff Necro in future other wise I don’t plan to continue playing or buying HoT because necro is my main and it hurts to play with him
I checked some of war dps videos and I thinkmy necro D/D dose much better than most Elite puggs wars, I’ve seen so far …
My problem is AP
That why when I get in party I instantly ping all my gear Zerk Asscensed with legendary Dagger..
But there are 2 groups:
1. Ok u have 1500 ap but u can come some time they cancel vote kick
2. And second group is people who think I’m showing off …and in the end I leave them because this group is worst…they get so offended because I showed them my gear for gear check and not get kicked because of low Ap that they carry this toxic mood until the end of the dungeon….
I don’t plan to get new specialization and HOT ….. first it will be worse much worse than D/D Power builds so considering they plan to nerf some of it best traits plus other nerfs also slow Necro GS attaks is just a joke …. even slowpoke can dodge those skills …..make them even slower arena net and more nerfs …..
Arena shoot themself in the foot with this magic scum ….I personally will not buy game until they will give a reasonable price for HOT…… 3 years same OLD boring events not intreasting Living Story ….. and in the end for firt expansion they want to screw you over? Pff wish mister Greedy Scruge

I loved mesmer as much as sword dagger ranger and I allways hated that this 2 classes had no usability for zerking . with hot
Mesmer will be good for zerging at least we can now bring cool CC and wells on battle fild for zerg
