War, what you are seeing with PINK is obvious.They are running circles around you and yours in an effort to win and keep the PPT up and they are kitten good at it.
Now I realize that you want a head on battle 24/7/365 but trust me, PINK is playing chess and your playing checkers.

I don’t mean that as a slight towards you, just a fact as the way the game is played.

War, this has to be the single most ludicrous comment I’ve read.
Last night in TCBL was a blast. Ashburn leading TSL in holding Hills, taking Bay and otherwise destroying every FA group we came across, no matter how big and Kittenae, Azeroth,and Coral running back and forth taking POI and slaughtering people as they went.

Kain showed up here and there and overwhelmed us at times but never without paying a price in dead bodies, it was an absolutely fantastic night.
Near the end of the night when TSL’s group dwindled from 20 to around 13 we came across a large Kain force at Longview.I asked if our guys wanted to recall knowing the answer and they didn’t disappoint….Hell no we don’t recall, we attacked, we died, we will see you again this evening.

Kaineng seems plenty focused Furious. As much as the huge numbers of TC who seem to be turning out for this patch we still see massive forces from everyone else also.

What we are seeing on TC, I believe is the power of the RPer and I mean that as a high complement.The bars, beaches and hot springs have more than likely been emptied to join in on some new WvW content.In my humble opinion, it’s a hoot seeing them taking the time to enter the war.
It’s almost as if TC warriors have been battling for weeks, waiting for reinforcements to arrive and they finally did to help turn the tide of the war.It’s doubtful that it will last being everyone enjoys the game the way they play it but for now, it’s fun.

I’m with you Duma.I can’t wait to try confusing images in WvW.So many times a cast that booger just to have my target get out of distance, being able to channel it through a cluster of targets just sounds so yummy.

Also, chaos storm triggering the dazzling trait.I can’t believe they did this being it’s not a glamour skill but man, I’ll take it.

It was a fun night last night with Gornok Ashburn leading TSL on the FABL. Kudos to all TC involved.We had some very intense battles and took a chunk of FA for awhile. Kudos for BT and their followers on coming back time and time again and retaking the Bay.

Vertigo, I’m not sure why your guild is leaving your current server and it’s none of my business but if drama or fair weather players are the reason for your move then I suggest TC for a no drama, fun, and very stable gaming experience.
I cannot provide you information on our SEA guilds other than whoever is playing in that slot is going up against some pretty stiff competition currently and manages to keep the points tight for the most part for the NA people.

In a nutshell, should you chose TC as a new home it won’t be a cakewalk for you and yours but it will be a fun challenge where your guild can make a difference.Good luck wherever you go.

I have to say it was funny last night when Deyja stopped in Bay and said “food break”….“eat”. I have little doubt that most everyone did a quick fridge raid.
It’s all about taking the time to make sure the troops are fat and happy I guess.

Actually Raf, I’m kidding around.We simply attack anything that is not us like pretty much anyone else.

But think about the notion of setting aside the TC/FA rivalry.It simply could not hapkitten this an advantage for Kain, of course but think about it.FA has been decimated week after week after week at the hands of TC, one could not possibly believe that FA would focus on anyone else, just not possible and I don’t say this as a slight against FA.It’s simply historical fact.

Now as far as Kain goes, they are playing it wisely.They have the opportunity to focus on us, as they have mainly done for the past few days and allow FA a nice lead which was around 12k at one point I believe and then switch back into even distribution and TC takes back 6k of that lead in a flash.
It’s 110% up to Kain on who wins the second spot this week and they know it being there are just so many horses in the barn.As far as some kind of respite in the rivalry between FA and TC, I don’t think it is possible.

Regardless of who takes the second spot it’s all good and a ton of fun. Kudos to everyone.

TC’s and FA’s rivalry for each other allows Kain to more easily read our tactics and attack where it benefits them most.

I don’t care, this is a fun matchup.

Kain is like the buddy known by both servers who’s asked to hold the wallets before a fight.

The TC FA rivalry will continue unabated.

The only way to really upset the daily Kain pain train would be to set the rivalry aside.

Kain seemed to have “switched focus” to us yesterday in order to assist in a tighter 2nd and 3rd and systematically increased their overall lead by another 10k.

This seems statement seems to sum up this weeks scores very nicely.It’s been an absolute blast, all is fair in love and war and whatnot.
I think Kain is playing a superior game overall.FA and TC seem to ebb and flow on whoever they focus on or assist in their own evil ways.
Regardless, it’s been a ton of fun.

I think it’s rather funny how every time we face FA, the excuses for why they don’t win start rolling within a day or two of reset. Excuses always begin with “They’re 2v1 us”… then people point out that TC also has control of the 3rd servers territory… and are attacking the 3rd servers SMC.

Then excuses move to guilds transferring to TC. Then people point out that only a few medium sized WvW guilds have transferred here since release, while one of our largest WvW guilds has left. Meanwhile FA has had 4 just last week transfer… from a Tier 1 server.

Inevitably the blame shifts to saying we have more numbers… but as proven by Kaineng, we have very little players outside of NA. Sure we have some, but not nearly enough to compete with the likes of the Oceanics from Kaineng, or any of the Tier 1 servers.

Ultimately this then brings about name calling… calling us roleplayers and saying that we are bad in the open field… when to be honest, our guild has rarely lost a fight in open field against FA. Are we going to say it never happens? No, but we win far more fights in the open field than we lose, and I think there are several guilds that can say the same thing.

Bottom line… TC finds a way to win. Whether through better organization, better tactics… or hell, maybe we just roleplay better and that’s the tipping point.

Whatever the reason, in every week that TC has battled, we’ve gone up against some of the best servers and have had nothing but compliments from the likes of Kaineng, Blackgate, Sanctum or Rall, Sea of Sorrows, Dragonbrand and Maguuma. The only server who we seem to constantly see excuses coming from?

Well, I think everyone can see the pattern from FA.

It’s really a shame that some take this game so personally and get upset. It’s one of the strong traits of Tarnished Coast. We used to get our kitten handed to us… and instead of trash talking on the forums, or making us excuses, we looked at why we died and learned from it. We’ve had our kitten handed to us by the likes of Blackgate, SoS, SoR, etc… we didn’t trash talk (Ask them if you want)… we came back fighting and got better each time.

Hopefully we’ll see less of the trash talking/excuse making from FA next week and more of this ‘superior open field fighting’.

And I am quite sure I have seen a number of BV dead on the battlefield when running about but then again, I don’t pay attention to guild names, just the color of the enemy and bringing about their horizontal positioning.

If so then you have to be joking, that would fall in the pvdoor hours which is why we are trying to get some Oceanic people on to TC to help out the brave souls during that time.

I predict that half way through next week TC will go into full blown PVE mode for the most part due to the boredom as we have done in the past with this type of match up.

I don’t think TC belongs in T3 with you guys, the problem is, I don’t think we belong in T2 either, we’re in that medium phase where we’re too big for one tier to give them any real fun and not quite formidable enough yet for T2, we’re getting there but for the time being we’re stuck with each other.

I don’t think they belong with BG but TC seems every bit as strong as FA maybe stronger. I also think during NA prime TC is better than Kaineng. FA/TC/Kain in T2 could be a good matchup. Nobody really knows where SoS ends up so I am hopeful they are a solid T3 server rather than a T2 that causes T2 servers to bounce every week between T2/T3.

TC is a solid T2. Now servers do ebb and flow and things change so they go up and down but regardless.We don’t belong with DB and Mag.

TC does not have the coverage, we all know that but may I remind you that on every reset night TC led the field in points, had massive fights and then slipped into second or third the next morning.And then something odd happened for whatever reason we just didn’t show up consistently throughout the week.
Every reset, 150-200 people are in mumble, next night half or two thirds of that, a couple of days later there are no more than half the numbers that showed up on reset for the rest of the week.Hey, people have lives to live, gaming isn’t everything so go figure.

My point is that it is what it is.Some people uttered in public that they wanted to try R3 so here we are, the world didn’t stop turning but it should clearly show that R3 is not for TC.
Rank 2 is much more in line with our average week long numbers even though we get clobbered by BG partly due to our number drops but the game play was never about winning or losing, it was about being matched up in a more competitive match.

I for one just hope this is no longer than a 2 week stint and that FA is there when we get there.They got there on their own, maybe got some coverage, weird scaling system yada,yada,yada.I just want to pound them into the ground like a tent stake again
