Oh c’mon, every decent guild has like 400+ members but you will be hard pressed to find even100 active members in them. And out of that, not everyone will be transferring as well. So, i am quite sure that the number of transfers will be much less than these.

Stop exaggerating that we will get like 500-700 members. As someone who spent months in T1, if we can pull out those kinda numbers, then we are well above BG/SoR atleast in the SEA/Oceanic zone.

I know that AVTR has 50 total members and BT has less than 100. Are neither of those guilds decent?

Thats a good point. We all see 300 an guilds that never put out ore than 25-30 guys max all the time and then you have the smaller guilds like BT who put out 30-40 numbers consistently. Overall guild numbers don’t really mean anything.

I still dig ya Furious. This FA/TC grudge thing has for me just added some flavor to the game.I honestly have no idea what started the grudge nor care.

How odd, TC outnumbers FA and KN?

Has any TC told Hell here how many times we come onto a map where we are outnumbered or do we wish to let them use the outnumbered mantra as a kind of an angst outlet?

Truth be told, the R2 servers are competitive for a reason, all involved are outnumbered at times across the time server board up to and including different maps in NA at times(This goes for all servers in R2).

TC attempting to bring a couple of CD Oceanic, European guilds to our server brings much needed help in those time slots and I would assume, much needed competition for the larger guilds in those slots such as War Machine.
Lastly, I will gladly pay gold out of my pocket to these guilds to help them move being the heavy costs in making such a move to bring about a more competitive atmosphere during those times.

Add in knockdowns. 3 seconds not being able to do anything is OP. Being able to chain it is OP as well.

The point is the game is a blast the way it is.There is no justification in putzing awound with the classes at this point and surely not screwing with confusion, an effect that damages people but only when they let it.

Indeed they have come on strong but I wouldn’t chalk the score up to burning out just yet.
As an example, on Sunday TSL, DIS , and the TC Dogs of War (militia, I mean that in a good way) got together on FABL.Spent the day in raging battles, we took Bay and upgraded it to waypoint status all the while FA hordes breached and attacked the outer and inner walls multiple times. TC actually won the day there and moved on to take garrison.Right after that it was guild bounties for one guild and Game of Thrones for the other.
The point is we still enjoy everything this game has to offer and just love our Game of Thrones and at times it will surpass the need to be out in WvWvW (but not that often).
It’s all good.

FA is winning from TC burning itself out and KN not being there to provide a solid 3rd server.

Like I said earlier, chances are you will get your coveted and very important first place TC, sit there and relax and let the coverage do it’s work

I don’t know, FA is doing a fine job in holding the lead no matter how slim.

Fort Aspenwood BL, all day yesterday into the early evening was so fun that it’s hard to top it.
TSL AND DIS, Lorian Ashburn of TSL and Rhyme of DIS lead TC to some of the most cunning ploys to keep FA people off balance that I’ve seen in the game to date.
FA people were there in force where they would pretty much take down the outer walls of Bay at will so we used multiple tactics to outwit our enemies.
TC was there in force with the militia who I affectionately have renamed the Dogs of War being there are many times you cannot take the time to control them but they simply gather and attack anything that moves around the main battle groups, they are second to none when it comes to small guild militia units, I mean that.

All day it was a battle to hold Bay.I swear, when FA would jump off of the cliff into the water it was a solid 5 seconds of red names spilling off the cliff.It reminded me of the zombies in the World War Z trailer where they just spill out in mass.

By the early evening TC had managed to hold Bay all day and take the FA garrison for awhile.By 9:00 EST both guilds leading as well as many of the TC militia apparently logged off for whatever reasons.

I salute all of TC for their relentless pressure as well as FA who at the very least make us better when it comes to WvWvW.

If WvWvW is what your looking for then any T2 server is what you want. I’m quite sure you could hook up with guilds on Kain, TC,FA with no problem.

I cannot speak for Kain or FA but as for TC we have it all when it comes to PVE and PVP.We also have roleplaying if you wish to dabble in that kind of thing but if you don’t you probably wont notice that it’s even there (Although stay out of certain taverns or the hot springs, they can be a rowdy bunch or so I hear).

All in all I would say any of the three servers in T2 would be a safe bet.

Oiiii 2v1 talks again. Its a 1v1v1. Which means in the process of 7 days, you WILL get 2v1 at some point. Its going to happen. Hell TC map chat says at times “They are 2v1ing us”. This is in EB. Does that mean its an official 2v1? Heck no, more often than not, it means our targets are easier to take at time, perhaps they are wooden towers. Or perhaps its the opportunistic commander who see’s server ‘A’ putting up a big defense against server ‘B’, at which point the commander says, hey lets hit em here while they are stuck at said tower. Both servers do that to us here at TC, and you know what. We do it to them too. Meaning… IT HAPPENS. 2v1 is always a temporary thing.

We all know it happens friend.It’s just that some people seem to like to twist it when the uber mad skillz don’t seem to cut it.It’s ok, whatever floats ones boat I guess.

Yeah, the double teaming that TC has been having to put up with is simply, well, too harsh to put into words.

All kidding aside.FA has every opportunity to zerg anyone back.We have all seen the zergs that all 3 servers can put on the field of battle. You really need to represent FA with something other than whining about a double team that doesn’t exist.
You guys did a nice job with that huge zerg you had defending Hills keep last night in FABL, more of that please, less of the, you know, excuses.

Upgrading camps is a pretty big deal when trying to upgrade near towers or keeps. You just need to be diligent in protecting them.
Upgrades causes friction, friction causes intense battles.It’s all good.

True TC doesn’t have 40+ man zergs running during oceanic time, however the incident in question was during US time and definitely more that 40 TC running around outside bay.

In that case it’s a wash.FA may be experiencing the same thing TC is. There isn’t enough to put up huge numbers on every borderland at the same time in most cases.
I can’t tell you how many times we came up against huge FA forces last night and that’s a good thing, IMHO of course.

I would define a zerg as numbers that can’t be taken pretty consistently with a competent 10 man team.Therefore 25-30+, I would define as a zerg.
That of course is keeping in mind that many guild only have 10-12 people on at a time.

That being said, this is “Guild” wars 2 and if I was in a 300 man guild, I would want to run with my pack of friends regardless of the numbers.

WvW is disappointing because it takes so much time away from the PvE aspect of the game.

I have to admit that I laughed out loud at that comment.

WvW is disappointing in that it doesn’t take place on one gigantic map. Other than that it’s pretty kitten fun.

Oh and one thing that irritates me but I don’t lose sleep over it.Trebs being able to hit the Bay wall from the Garrison.Thats about it.

I disagree that it turned GW2 into an awful game although it does seem like there are a bunch more people on the map at the same time before the queue kicks in.I’m not sure if they raised the limit of players playing on a map but it sure seems so.

Personally I like being able to see whats around me. It allows 20 man groups more tactical options without having 40 people pop up out of nowhere right on top of the group. Surprise/culling attacks have gone the way of the POI ninja captures and I dig it.

I just wanted to thank PINK and the others involved for once again taking the time and expense to provide some quality entertainment with the golem offensive. Win, lose or draw it always adds a nice flavor to the game. There were a number of players who had not seen a golem offensive much less using omegas and they really thought it was awesome.

What a riot last night.Wading through massive zergs of enemies to watching Omega golems cut through upgraded doors like a knife through butter.For those who feel loot bags are the end all be all we left trails of them from Hills to Garrison to Bay and back again, I remember in UO we had pack mules to carry all the booty.It’s simply becoming more of a bother to pick them up when moving from zerg to zerg so we use them kind of like breadcrumbs for our mates to follow to get back to our group when they die, works well.

Looking forward to reset tonight. congrats to Kain for pulling away last night.

War, this has to be the single most ludicrous comment I’ve read.
Last night in TCBL was a blast. Ashburn leading TSL in holding Hills, taking Bay and otherwise destroying every FA group we came across, no matter how big and Kittenae, Azeroth,and Coral running back and forth taking POI and slaughtering people as they went.

Kain showed up here and there and overwhelmed us at times but never without paying a price in dead bodies, it was an absolutely fantastic night.
Near the end of the night when TSL’s group dwindled from 20 to around 13 we came across a large Kain force at Longview.I asked if our guys wanted to recall knowing the answer and they didn’t disappoint….Hell no we don’t recall, we attacked, we died, we will see you again this evening.

I witnessed a TSL moment at that FABL SW Camp. It was 10 minutes of “magnificence”.

I suggest turning on auto loot and save the F key. And drop by the Tarnished bag and loot town anytime, we are always fully stocked and yes, the bags look familiar to you being they were yours from previous fights, we just occasionally give them back to you.

Catxie, if you and murder are new transfers then welcome and I apologize but you need to understand that his comments mirror those made by people on opposing servers.Read the gist of his posts and put them up against 2-3 other enemy posts and it reads exactly the same.You surely can make the connection and realize the obvious, logical conclusion that people may see.

And if you guys wish to join a more blunt force trauma map then I would recommend the outlying borderland maps and not start off your time on TC by insulting the people playing here who are working hard to win even though you may not understand what is taking place, simply ask and players can answer your questions.
