Tbh it was mostly a night of fun, the number of people who attendant went through the roof and i believe every single person in that channel had allot of fun that night. In the end that’s whakittens all about imo.

So we had a night where we did not run guild only, we raid 7 days a week, 5 hours a day guild only. We do one server event and people lose their minds.

Personally i’m getting tired of comments from some people with such an elitist attitude. All these remarks about handholding, blobbing, zerging, outnumbering are really based on nothing. We run as a guild, our TS is guild only and we fight as a guild. We have no voice comm connection to other guilds and the only thing we communicate in team chat is “going to this keep/tower” when it needs defending. Sure we have the occasional pug following us, or another guild or commander who jumps in a fight and even on some occasions we jump into a fight that’s already being fought if we think its not overkill. All of you should remember one thing: this is a game, not a prestige gentlemen’s club where you are expected to behave according certain moral standards at all times.

If us having fun and thereby diverting from a certain way of raiding at some times makes you think less of us as a guild, then so be it. I personally do not care much about investing time into shoo’ing the few pugs away we sometimes collect on the way.

Many actions can be taken of which: 1) Temporary denial of joining guild raids. 2) Guild kick are examples.

First of all i want you to thank you for your renewed interest in the case. Many people have told you to get lost and that it’s none of your business. But they simply don’t understand.

No, but that’s probably because Anet banned him from the forums, you didn’t take any proper actions, I know that, maybe you warned him orso but that’s not enough for what he did.

Yeah and he was the one who crossed the line and took real life into it, not me. I’m just saying that actions like that should be condemned by guilds and not supported or ignored. This might be a game, but there are ethics involved and there is this HUGE line between ingame and out of it, he forgot where the line was, threatened someone IRL and FURY just let it be.

I will lock him in cyber jail if you feel so strongly about it.

I doesn’t state you took any actions against it, it also is mostly a judging of other people for judging hoax/FURY.

GreenLake tower on GH is bugged, gates open, no one can cap. So i hereby rename the tower to the Party Tower come and celebrate with me!

Was good fun on reset, switched bl and called it shortly after for the night when we were too drunk to realize what we were doing.

@Stefanovic: I’ve looked through the thread and I really struggled to see anything provocative aimed at Fury. If anything, there has been praise instead. The issue comes when even your own members feel that Hoax’s behaviour was unacceptable, yet he continues to post aggressive and insulting posts aimed directly at TUP, and a senior member of the guild feels there is nothing wrong with this. The result is the conclusion that you condone this behaviour, and as such start to fall into the same category as Hoax.

If you really want guilds to fight in even number GvG against you, this is not the way to go about it.

To clarify, when i wrote that message all the insulting posts were removed already and i was not informed yet. In the meantime i have been out of the house and just caught up on everything.

So hereby i will state how FURY stands in this matter:
The leaders of FURY together with all its members do not approve of the aggressive and insulting comments made here by one FURY member.
We find the things that were said highly repulsive and way beyond acceptable.

That being said i also do not approve of generalizing an entire guild based on the words of one person who has a bad day. In my opinion, if you are going to have a discussion/flame war with someone, don’t generalize the entire guild afterwards.

I would encourage everyone to get back to having fun so we can leave this behind us. I was quite excited to face AG but now it just seems to become a soap opera that lasts too long.

To keep this thread drama free from now on i would like to ask everyone to respond to me by PM or in-game whisper if you feel the need to.

I’m pretty sure all members of FURY are accountable themself for their own actions and words, not the entire guild. Things might get out of hand now and then but its usually never without provocation.

This being bad for our image, what image? the one some of you guys painted on this forum? Most would agree a guild is like a online family, making claims about that guild will cause people to respond in defense. Sure, some respond in a more polite way than others but the main point here is that these responses would not happen without provocation.

So before judging us and the comments some members made, take a brief look at your own (troll)comments and realize there might have been allot of provocation in those words.

Now i’m going to continue to play the game and have fun, i suggest everyone does the same.

Lets all just drop the attitudes shall we? really, what are you all doing? Everyone is so easily provoked.

Been a fun but short evening for me, had some solo/small scale fights with some gladians but didnt manage to recognize familiar faces yet. Had to work tonight so not much raid action.

Will be roaming the borderlands solo/smallscale during the day tommorow, still have some people on the list who i want to duel Look for a thief in an ascalonian mage potion :P

TBH this is just an unfair match-up, similar to GH being matched up against Piken and RS in the first week of random match-ups. We just have more coverage and more WvW guilds, as for FURY, we resort to capping when there’s lack of fights in the field.

Hopefully we’ll all get a decent match-up next week, cheers to all the guilds/groups who fought us this week!

Sarcasm aside RiOT are a decent open field guild but ive seen a RiOT only group once since our matches have been going. You guys are always hand in hand with VcY and Dex so please understand why this happened to tonight and how we have felt with you doing it constantly.

Next time you meet us, please take a closer look. It’s mainly RiOT with maybe 3 or 4 people from other guilds, definitely not more, unless there’s a RiOT commander leading pugs. I’m not judging you for your server event, nor am I complaining or QQing. Just don’t accuse us of something we don’t do.

What i have been missing are more features for guilds than just the basic ones.
For example what i’m think of:

Character overview (not just account name if user is offline)
Possiblity of adding events on certain days/times (sort of a calendar)
Member statistics:
- How long a player has been a member
- Activity in time spent in WvW/PvE/Spvp
- Activity percentage for set events (for example attended 67% of events since joined)
- Perhaps automatic rank promotion based on activity

I feel features like these would help alot by organising your guild and seperating the good from the bad.

This weeks game-tip: How to avoid FURY.

FURY has a very developed zerg sense which results in instant response. If you don’t raise orange swords there is a good chance you will be able to avoid FURY.

GvG’s are just fun! nothing better than two guilds, even numbers having a couple of intense fights. And afterwars the guild can get back to capping, motivated either by supreme victory and feeling invincible or by crushing defeat and wanting to get back those filthy enemies :P

Tz isn’t doing gvg for some internal reason. We are up to fight every body when we cross them, even if we’re outnumbered.

WSR only has 3 guilds to speak of in WvW, and if by some miracle they have 20 people online at once they are usually to busy being outmanned defending some poor keep to be playing about.

Not all of us have dozens of organised guilds and recieve new transfers on a seemingly weekly basis

Sorry to be negative I have enjoyed this matchup for the most part, but yesterday really was too much. We spent the whole day with an insanely large GH zerg on our BL, comprised of sometimes 3 seperate guilds + pugs and its just not fun after a while when we were fielding at most 25 people in most battles. The only reason we didnt lose much more than we did is FURY and others seemed more interested is slaughting our pugs than actually attacking anything.

Well its true we came over to take badges instead of keeps and towers. We transferred to get the fun back in playing this game and thats exactly what we got the last two days. Expecting even more fun in t7!

I did manage to indentify a few AS guilds, EO and the forgot the other one. Had some fun fights!
