Sorry IoJ, i didn’t hosted “THE TRAIN” on Eternal Battleground this night because I wanted to take a look at the new thief roamer playground… I liked the landscape. I wonder if I can take advantage of the terrain to assault the adjacent Towers/Keeps.

Anyway, I wasn’t able to do much but to take a lot of spike on the face while in there. So I hereby decrete Lilian Deathblossom the worst thief in all Tyria. Which mean that if you meet that sylvari, you shouldn’t run away… The chances that you’ll win a fight are rather high.

The North-East point lies on the fastest route from Garrison to Hills so expect a zerg there at any time.

The South-East point provides trebuchet positions so expect zergs there.

The Southern point provides trebuchet positions so expect zergs there too.

Holding a Bloodlust buff provides the zerg with a significant power boost, so expect a zerg…

All of the above needs to be fixed. Anet, get to it.

This match up is kind of pointless right now, so I am going to take the opportunity to do some siege weapon damage testing. I would like to enlist the help of an ET or IoJ for this.

I will build treb/cata/ballista/AC at one of the borderland camp, you take it back, build 1 or 2 rams and maybe a golem and I will test the siege weapons on it and get the numbers. I am willing to pay the first person who help me with this 3 gold (1g on join, 2 gold on finish of the test). Will be on for 2-3 hr more, please contact me in game if you are interested.

No one? I already have the siege build, just need someone to build the ram and golem to test on.

Dunno if someone helped you with your testing, but if you want to know what’s best to destroy enemy siege, its trebs… Someone with treb mastery can deal over 10k damage to siege/sites, however trebs cost 100 supplies and are very vulnerable (to not mention they can’t hit at short range).

I think the damage order of “siege X siege” is Mortar > Trebuchets > Cannon > Ballista > Omega Golem > Arrow Cart > Catapult.

Alpha, Oil and Rams aren’t there for obvious reasons…

Fight night is normally thursday but you can get random duels all week just try to join any BS people or invite solo ones always more then a few up for it. HARD and CORE has some good duelers also. HoD has VLK folks and a few from other guilds that duel time to time.

@Sororita why would you expect props for roaming on a necro let alone two its a very strong combo and class in WvW. Even before the necro buffs solo roaming was my bread and butter, now its kind of silly strong.

Tower hiding would require us to actually have a tower, something you’re zerg server has pretty much prohibited us from doing this entire matchup.

Do you understand this match up at all? There is no point in even WvW’ing against your server with anything less than 5. Your server has 0 roaming guilds they all zerg with 20+ running from objective to objective.

If you really want a fair fight I’m pretty sure it’s been posted who to message to set something up. Feel free to take advantage of that.

ps- it sounds like your “group” was trying to zerg someone 3v1 and failed.

3v1, absolutely never, it was four of ET and three of us (I had forgotten to count our tiny tag along for the night) I counted the number of bodies and when they were equal or one to two more I felt fine engaging. If someone from our side runs in last moment, well, that can’t be helped. But honestly, all myself and Mister Honeybuns ever do is roam. [BUNS] is roaming only pretty much.

Seems everyone took very good care of their homes this week! It’s always nice to keep the good china unbroken in garrison, I’m glad too much hasn’t had to be replaced.

Over all conduct: Unsportsmen like conduct, I saw WAY too much of this during this week! The laughing, the teabagging, etc. Guys, have some class! Pop balloons, kites, play taps on your horns and flutes. Be creative!

Roaming: It was successful a good 75% of the time. Being roamers at heart, it’s frustrating to be caught by not even five mans, but like eight mans. Or just the two of us fighting another two equally, only to have five-eight of their guild mates side sweep us. (Dear anet, want to buy a map for roamers please.)

The highlight of my week was to see [RISE], I was personally glad to see you guys, I had missed you all.

Now, as we move closer to reset time, I want to wish SBI and NSP luck in their next match up. I hope you guys have a lot of fun next week and do well during the leagues coming up. To our people here at home in IoJ, nice job guys!
