Can’t tell about the AG community but we pray to get Aurora every friday night as there are some very good guilds there to fight against. There are dramas on every servers more or less lol. As for Far Siverpeaks, we are facing 2 huge servers at this matchup, so there were queues on every border during EU primetime, which is 7-10 PM CET. EB queue stays as long as till 1 AM and pretty frustrating. Only if you played on a different time zone lol..we have the best community here.

Well, if you play on EU primetime, FSP is really really full. You could try RoS or even Underworld, which needs guilds right now.

If you have EU in mind, try Far Shiverpeaks. It has stacked EU primetime (which means quite a lot EU WvW guilds, queue on EB, no queues to borders) and almost 24/7 coverage, looking to strengthen NA/Oceanic coverage. There are 2 NA guilds here who are doing a great job for the server at nightshift, which is NA prime..and you could be a great addition to the force. And of course, community TeamSpeak. You can contact those NA guys if you like.

If you have EU in Mind, Far Shiverpeaks is the place I guess. 2 Decent NA guilds are doing a great job on server’s night shift and you could be an awesome addition to the force. EU Prime is really strong and full.

Man, you had your fun at dayshift, flipping our BL over and over again. Anyway, thanks to GRTS, NP, some SLAY and others for the fights. We had people online alright, although of course not as many as Gunnars at the daytime (half of Underworld is there lol). Get the major difference between GH and FSP, as I was on GH too. Gunnar’s server is built up with mostly WvW guilds and people whereas FSP has a massive pug population, ofc, you saw them during leagues. To be fair, most of them are busy at wintersday as we have overflows at LA, huge blobs escorting dolly there. Also, they are utterly disappointed from the league rewards, so probably just don’t care or taking a break. Then there’s holidays too. Like we raided with 15-17 people. Which doesn’t matter at all because as long as I am getting good fights all around, I’m happy ! Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all !

But this week is XMas-match. Things may be very different than usual.

Dude, I myself ran back from garri 3 times and since you contested Garri, once from citadel. I’m not the only one lol..pulled people from every border, scattered, managed to save it somehow. Built 3 sup acs and an omega too for defense. Even if we had equal numbers scattered, that wasn’t blobbing. It’s saving. Although we had blobbed the second time you came through broken gate, we had mere 20ish people when you ported in again by ressing a mesmer..aaanyway, I enjoyed the fights.. Missed these at the league.

Apart from Dramas, nice to see GH, passed 4 weeks there early season. Some nice guild groups to fight. I am not QQing in the slightest. We’ve been matchep up with Gandara, Desolation, AG and AM for 2 months so I learnt how it is to fight in silver league and I simply accept the fact that a blob is a quite common sight here.
I was simply pointing out that calling US (and I mean YOU) “blobbers” while you do EXACTLY the same is not the smartest thing to do.

I miss the previous matchup already.

The heck is wrong with you ? I just said a Blob and it’s guilds. Didn’t say anything else like they did this and that. The sole reason for that post was that the group was too huge. Apparently enjoyed fighting them even though they were huge. Besides Xander from your guild mentioned that they were following the commander until their raid leader got in. Heck you can’t even tell the difference between PunK and Kale. You weren’t even at FSP border, was busy taking screenshots to see who’s doing what at your home border and gearing up for forum dueling. And yeah, that group had maybe an MM commander+group, with GRTS and TEO..and some pugs. Didn’t throw names like RAGE and INC in those. Please, enjoy the matchup rather than QQing.

What should I say about our garri? First Deso megablob, then FSP, then Deso again.
And don’t you DARE even mention “guilds are blobbing up”, because all I’ve seen tonight is a 100km long FSP train made up of AoA and SOUL and PunK (or Kale, they are pretty much alike).

Pretty boring reset all in all. I’m fine with Deso, they do blob but they at least are honest about it. FSP on the other hand…

In a pretty boring week, enjoying fighting Ranik. Nothing but respect for Underworld, as an ex. Hope the season was fun, I enjoyed it. So, 6 Deso omegas with 30ish people, took whole FSP T3 EB. With 2-3 of us defending. So, how does it feel to bash your heads against empty gates ? You came to silver, you wanted some fight you said. Wow..such chivalry, much PvD..wow.. but well, wish we could fight you at this hour if we had the people :/

Forum trolls only get abused. Sometimes frustration works. Deso has a great community and some great people. Even though Gandara are stronger in prime, they don’t have a 7 AM karma train and empty tower/keep door bashers. Which is a similar coverage of a Gold league server. Except for the fact that the karma train is too weak when facing even numbers. Anyway, you guys tanked to silver league. Personally I don’t care as I’m enjoying fights (except for tagged up guild+pug blobs, which is every guild in deso nowadays I assume) and loving the spirit of Deso even after losing major WvW guilds, but you guys made a name for yourselves negatively. You tanked not because you don’t belong in the Gold league, but for the fact that you won’t win it. (Hey Kodash and Augury, and yeah, you, Riverside ! It’s a great tactic !) If there was a similar strength server on this tier, I wouldn’t be amazed to see you playing RoS RoF Dzagonur next season lol. Great mentality. You shouldn’t care anyway. You will win Silver, it was inevitable at the starting. Hope we puny silver servers gave you some good fights, which you wanted I assume (!!). Good luck on upcoming matchups ! Want tissues?, before you go and call other guilds bad you might want to look at your own Guild you guys posed no challenge to us at all. But i would like to thank Yakslappers which is probably the strongest guild i have faced during this match up.

Run as a guild rather than blobbing up with pugs I assume ? We run with 20-25 people, when we form up a blob with another guild, i see you scatter. There’s a reason Gandara is stronger than us. Don’t call a server weak. Want better challenge? Go back to fighting Piken and SFR.

Underworld ? Look for [Mayh] or [RUM]

Look for Arcane Mayhem [Mayh] or [RUM]. Good PvE beginners guilds, and pretty large.

Really sorry for stomping the Underworld Batallion Guardian, you know..old history from UW.

Personally, I have respect for Desolation. I started off at Deso during Beta, before moving to Underworld as the name seemed “cool”. Got some rl friends over there at Deso still, so I know a bit what goes on. I exactly know how Deso feels, as a very similar thing happened over at UW. UW had a guild like DVG, who basically carried the server to win against Gunnar’s, FSP etc, pretty short-lived though. So one day, some leaders decided that UW will tank into Bronze since they had no chance against servers like Gandara, Millers, Abaddon, Aurora etc. This proposal stroke the community like a meteor, resulting in the loss of that particular guild like DVG. Seeing the major offensive guild leaving, those who proposed about it, they left. Major defensive guilds disbanded. When there was no hope, I left as well.

So I respect Deso in this matter, that even after these major demises, they managed to be at the top of silver with their PvE population, as they have the best organized community. UW couldn’t tank into bronze as the community there I think is the worst in EU, resulting in Blacktide v2 as it was the 2nd time UW lost it’s wvwers. (First being loss of guilds like UW Battalion back in the days). Anyway, all these history stuff is just to explain how exactly I know what Desolation has gone through.

Guilds coming back to Deso after league? That’s not happening. I wanted to join DVG when they were on Deso (long before league announcement), and talked to them. So when I finally decided to join, before leagues, they moved to Piken. Now in Piken they are broken into pieces and DVG is pretty much a PvX guild now. So yeah, that theory is totally wrong.

WvW is all about fights, and sometimes defending to me. Enjoying those a lot in this matchup. Specially the fights. Enjoyed fights against GoD, TLA etc. Both Deso and Gandara has pretty nice roamers.

Alliance? Really? We couldn’t take Deso T3 bay in FSP borders because of some heavy defending all day/night. But that didn’t prevent us from kitten ing at the North over and over again. So Gandara took this opportunity and hit you from South, and took it, simply they didn’t like a Deso WP. We didn’t have the numbers and organization to cap it. So STAHP this conspiracy theories, blaming each other thingy and trolling, simply enjoy the matchup before Random matchup crap starts again.

To the Deso forum trolls, who are saying FSP are lootbags. Keep in mind, you also drop lootbags too lol. When you pugs form up a blob with a WvW guild of 50 people, you can pretty much wipe any guild group of 20-25 people, unless we gather 2 guilds together and jump on you, you scatter like ants.
