Sorry to interrupt but I do remember that thief with 2 incinerators from AG, VV guy. And so far the best thief I’ve encountered ..back in Gunnar’s. He one shot my thief and needed like 6-7 hits to down my warrior with 3.2k armor. Kudos to him.

Haha ! Archi..a fun commander to run with many unorthodox tactics lol. And Rob, my guild leader while I was on UW. He is trying his best to get his 400 men PvE and beginners guild members to get into WvW. But well, most of them are far from WvW material.
Loving the UW spirit, specially GuM. I miss them. Apart from some ex guildies and friends, I miss GuM alot. Some coolest and best people there. And the only WvW focused guild left there, who are focusing on UW border defence. And great job from WAR on EB, kudos to Jarni and co.
That’s about it, and a very very long way to go to rebuild WvW there. With this, UW won’t even stand a chance against Bronze servers like Drakkar, RoS or even Dzagonur. But anyways, with progress of time, GuM could be the EXG (deso) of UW. And holding their hands, the massive PvE blob can regain what it’s worth. Only if some huge guild leaders use their heads more. If Deso can, I believe UW can as well. Good luck !
If you prefer EU and still looking into moving, you can try Far Shiverpeaks. Pretty balanced server and a great community. FSP has a strong EU primetime presence and also decent NA/Oceanic presence. There’s a small NA guild here, TanK, whom are doing a great great job for FSP, you guys could be an awesome addition to the power.
Missed the reset due to sickness. Should be an enjoyable matchup (Primetime only). Gunnar’s Hold, nice Prime EU server..and there is Deso, pretending to be a Silver XD. JK Deso is doing really well with their PvE force. Would be nice lootbags at prime. UW should learn a thing or two from them. So basically it will be late night/morning PvD for Desolation. It was a nice reset. Had fun in AM borders despite their sieges (!!), cow enabled trebs at both north towers aimed at 2 north camps, and ballista festival at crossroads. Well, nice holding I must say.
And to the Millers Mesmer from GVT inside SM outer, what could a warrior alone could possibly do lol..that you had call in 3 others later on ? It’s not like you were upscaled or something..come on..lol..
Btw this random dude, draining EB keep supps by placing random sieges. Wonder where he belongs..hmm..think..think..

That statement of yours is a bit ironic, since you do not like “Blobbing” as you call it. Anyways, on AM the reset and the weekend is always like that. During the week you would see more of our Guilds roaming. On the other hand however we have many randoms(i.e. People that belong to a very small guilds or none) and on our server at least we try to involve anyone that wants to be part of the WvW.

Aurora has huge numbers as well, so you wouldn’t feel the “blob” much. It is true that every server blobs. But the good blobbing is when you see a huge group of 3-4 guilds, getting together during defence. And moving away beautifully in groups when that’s been done already. Bad blobbing is having 50 random people at 2 AM around fortified dawns with 15ish defenders. With only tower in border left, that 50 men blob building two trebs at Garri, two more at Mill..for a tower that has no supplies inside and just 2-3 ACs. And while moving away from tower walls, losing 5-6 people just from ACs and AOEs from those 15 defenders. With your 50+, that is called bad blobbing thus named Blobaddon.
That guy is just weird. Anyway no disrespect towards Blobaddon. They just have too many people on Borders. Be it WvW guilds or zombies. @Zord, I know..Deso PvE zerker hundred blade hurts, so take out all the fumes you can here.
But one thing, fighting Vizu or Piken or Baruch or Blobaddon feels the same to us, as superior numbers they have (Apart from the GvGs). Judge those folks when they meet an even opponent, like Blobaddon faced Deso. Or Vizunah pwning SFR, Piken.

We don’t know how to WvW ? What did you do with your megablobs while you were facing Desolation which lost half of it’s WvW guilds ? Got owned by PvE guys. So yea, at non-prime, we simply don’t have the numbers. But when it matters, at prime, we tick 400+. So, pick someone of your own size and then get owned.
Had some madness fun and loads of loots inside Aurora Garrison just now. Wow. Btw, was it Snow, ex-GuM.. was the commander from AG inside ? My eyes could deceive me but I think it was you. Female charr Guardian with poor staff ?
Enjoying this match up so far, except for horrid skill lags and weird queues. Hope these get sorted out by the end of this week when achievement hunters go away.
Yea I was wondering what happened to Deso as well, later I realized couple of WvW guilds left..like a guild I liked, DVG, moved to Piken. Nonetheless, Deso still got one of the highest population in Europe, hope you will recover ! Unlike us, pretty high population but WvW is somewhat a desert. XD
To the FURY thief who was chasing me at the NW of our keep a while ago..dude, I was going to SM south wall to stealth cap it with a few while you were busy blobbing in your keep with FSP, and was afk standing there for a while checking forum. :/ And my Guardian is not built for 1v1 fights. You almost lost your life their from the guards. I’ll look for FURY roamers with my thief maybe later on !
Enjoyed the fight with both. Specially Army from Millers. Pretty nice fights and loots over our Garrison and Bay. Hoping for more throughout the week ! Although 2 superior servers, we are doing pretty good.
Teq is a 15 minute fight for the first phase… if you have time to wipe on him for 15 minutes you have time to clear CoF which is usually less time… quit trolling. -_-

I am really amazed and shocked to see that a person from my server used the word “nerf” as a topic for Teq 2.0 . Being one of the biggest PvE servers in EU, people should be thinking positively, let us do it before Desolation or that kinda stuff. It’s not been 24 hours yet and Blackgate has done it, and they are a T1 WvW server. So it means a group of organized people can do it. Finally something challenging comes and people started the “nerf” cry within the 12 hour mark lol. Best you could ask ..is for better reward maybe , depending on the difficulty. It will be nerfed eventually, as nothing stays challenging in GW2 sadly. So I’d say learn the mechanics, try and eventually defeat it and you can say UW did it. Don’t worry about one autoattack-dodge-2rares boss as there are plenty of facerolls, like maw or behemoth. Let people get more organized on an event as it’s just been released. And don’t make Underworld known as Farming server from a PvE server. :/
Did I ever ask for an auto attack boss? I’m asking for something that we could either actually beat or that wouldn’t cost 20 silver a try. I’m just disappointed that from now on I’ll probably never get to actually finish Tequatl again even if we try again and again. Or I could just go to Blackgate, like most people will do.
As I have said, it’s not been been 24 hours yet so chill ! And why would people spend 80 golds just for Tequila ? XD..you could say some American server glory hunters might transfer to Blackgate for the league rewards, but that’s whole other thing. Like I will probably do the Teq event with my guild and some other guild maybe, being on TS organized..so not worried at all.

Wouldn’t say a great matchup, as there will be blobs of BB at UW home all day/night long. But nonetheless.. we will have great fights, when it is proper.
Man that’s a lot of BB..impressive ! Great job at holding us at our border with consecutive non stop attacks. Too bad we aren’t so active at night times but still proud of my Realm defending pretty well when it’s needed to be. And a huge thank to BB for all the badges.
Rather than adding a DPS meter, some achievements can be added, or badges, which is visible to all and the quality of a player will be thus..determined. And GW2 is more about DPS and less tactics. All depends on player skills.
I’m not a Vet MMO player. Have played SWTOR for a while, which is very very boring. Been playing GW2 for 633 hours now. Have 2 Chars, one at 80, other at 40 may be. On my lvl 80 Char, I have equipped all the top tier gears. Full exotics, with Ascended spineguard and Rings. Now what am I supposed to do..nothing really. Get Twilight? not worth the grind ! Of course, it’s been just 4 months roughly, the game’s age. So talking about increasing level cap is kinda irrelevant now. But of course, I wanna see increase in Caps with the next expansion. Which won’t be here before 2014 I guess. Anet will be diversifying their Ascended gear progression throughout the whole next year. I’m liking it, specially after acquiring a ring doing 10 dailies. I want new zones, new events, new HEARTS, dungeons etc ! Being said that, don’t want it immediately, but in the future. But for now, the end game is kinda dull, except for WvW, which I enjoy alot. Improve these, specially the sPvP. Make the lvl 80 zones more lively, better loots etc.
A few hours ago I have completed Harathi Hinterlands. The last point of interest was “Overwatch Camp”. But I didn’t receive any notification nor any experience point for that. And after getting it, even my map was completed, I didn’t get any rewards or experience points. At the same time my friend got everything as usual. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the Underworld server or even if it’s a bug. helplessly, I’ve created a topic here. Any help ?
