Thanks for the tips.The group i was in failed around 6 times.We had the pull down decent and we hid behind the rocks but i guess we lacked the interrupts at the end.

First 3 were very easy on my spirit ranger solo.I just didnt expect p4 to be so much harder than 3.

Have to say fa is a real class act after there little stunt at titan.I guess when you lose all open field fights you need to get your ego back somehow.

This is one of the reasons jq cant compete with sor and bg anymore we have a large time period when no one plays.I just checked jqbl and eb and to my surprise we actually have a decent force right now.maybe they can get a few things back to make things easier for when our na logs on around 8-9est.

Wish all these great fights i hear about was happening on jqbl. I cant for the life of me figure out what the tc zerg is trying to accomplish.

One thing i dont people realize is how hard it is to find new wvw recruits on jade.If a guild cant fill them here they have to look for a server where they can.So it does kinda make sense they would transfer to a server where they have a ton of people playing wvw.

Now im not saying thats the reason why ward and aco left jq but it is a possibility.

I mean we are lookin for small mans vs small mans. Have literally zero or maybe even negative interest in ppt or Zerging or meta. So if those two servers have groups that don’t run 5/6…. Like i asked its basically pointless right? Cuz a few people have said coming to jq will present us with server matchups against good small man action (along with 60-80 mans which well just flat out avoid)… Trying to find a place to xfer our 5 man to see if any small man action exists before we quit the game entirely.

As others have said look elsewhere.It is possible to find decent skirmishes now and then but the majority of your time will be running from blobs.

Flaw? Not even remotely a flaw. Three sided matches are far far better than 2 sided matches. That was proven in DAOC a long time ago.

If it was 3 equal servers i would agree with you but there has never been 3 servers in the top tier that could win any given week.I just feel if it was 2 servers there would be better matchups but i know most people prefer multiple servers.

Now for something unrelated i feel like doing a score update just so i can show off the best looking mesmer in the matchup.

Massive respect to everyone that has been pulling long hard hours in the trenches, doing some of the most boring and stressful work in wvw.

For months SoR professed a “no overtime” mantra. Whenever BG won, they discredited the victory on account of overtime, claiming we would burnout soon. “SoR would never play overtime just to win!”

Yet now here they are, admittedly playing long, hard, boring and stressful overtime (your words, not mine). Worse still, they’re using it as an excuse to recruit even more guilds. What a joke.

Guilds like HIRE and IRON are just simply helping out their fellow SoR friends from being bullied by the blatant 2v1 from BG and JQ. (seriously, ATM ‘s love for hitting SoR was pretty hilarious. Never ever touching BG). However, this overtime was not stressed by these guilds. Some leaders even told Rallians to log off if they have to. They just simply couldn’t bear to see SoRs SEA to be bullied and wished to help their friends. Sorry, SoR does not burn out because they do whatever they can to help other within their means, unlike BG.

We have significantly less numbers in SEA, but are not always outmanned (when NYS and SAHP manage to get on and help us out). The 2v1 together with our lack of numbers compared to JQ and BG make it really tough for us, thats all. Are you a newly recruited troll from BG?

We are usually outmanned in 1-2 borders, and have decent sized forces defending 2v1s. I am talking about 2v1s because its something that happens everyday in SEA. If you dont believe me do try to play in SEA sometime.

Trust me i wish i could play in sea more since its a huge difference playing then than early na.The few times i did play during the holiday weekend was mostly us against bg mostly wm.I only saw a sor zerg around 3 times and it was every bit as big as the jq and bg ones.

It was so much more fun fighting when you had equal numbers compared to getting rolled by megablobs when you only have 20 players or so.Now maybe your sea doesnt have that same coverage during the week but its nothing compared to what jq has to deal with the times i play.

Now this may come to a shock to some people but im one of those rare people that play games to have fun and the state of the game during my play time is anything but fun.

I dont think there is a single player on sor that realizes they win because of coverage just like every server before them.

I also like when they do tick for less they always say its because they are being double teamed.

Its good that TW has been on for a while, but other guilds form up later in the day, which is all I am saying.

Also, the +400 ppt from SoR is largely remnants of their EU domination. It will most likely(hopefully) come down to earth when BG NA guilds can attain a foothold for the night. Unfortunately, JQ seems to be struggling at a sub 100 ppt.

Jahn, unfortunately it’s a little more complicated than that. JQ doesn’t have the coverage to go on the offensive with both BG and SOR, it would quickly turn into a 2v1 against JQ. IMO their best bet would be hold their third, and toss down so much siege (and keep it all manned) that it’s nearly impossible to take anything from them, forcing BG and SOR to fight eachother, then picking one side to go after and hold a 2v1 against one for as long as possible.

However, I’m sure there’s a lot of experienced commanders on JQ that have a much better idea on what they actually need to do.

There is at least 1 jq’er that likes your ideal but keep in mind jq is mostly randoms and like every other online game pugs just want to attack.

What you saw in that next pic of us “doing the same” is all siege we never built, never even put 1 supply into it, and it was mostly useless stuff (for that scenario) like rams, no actual arrow carts.
And the image that came right after was all the commanders you see in the picture waiting to get killed to see who will be the last one standing and BG did not want to come out

I have fought Iron plenty and i have never seen them use a exploit like AC’s or any thing like that. They might be jerks with jerk tactics doing jerk things while not dropping enough of there jerk bags but they do not abuse the glitches…..bunch of jerks.

I think the reason it seems like SoR has more people is because they’re just generally more coordinated than BG. They have everyone going after one thing at the same time or they’ll be coordinating hits on several objectives at the same time so it feels like a coverage thing.

I’m starting to notice this more which is why I asked in my previous post hoping some SoR players would be willing to be more open about their server.

While I don’t agree with their posters or their current recruitment stance, I was being sincere when I said as a server, SoR seems leaps and bounds ahead of JQ and BG as far as organization goes.

I mean, sure if you asked me 2-3 weeks ago who was the smallest server, it could be said it was SoR, but now I don’t know if they are the smallest, with a population that seems improved and their already stronger than most organization, it’s becoming quite obvious that BG and JQ aren’t equipped. I mean we admittedly 2v1’d you guys from the get go this match but we simply can’t keep up.

It’s called preparation, 80% of this reset’s meeting was about discussing the server-wide strategy to fight a 2v1. Indo called it and talked about the 2v1, that we should expect it, enjoy it, and then we all talked about how to counter it.

The reason why SoR seems “leaps and bounds” ahead is because we are, we have leaders that set goals and then we all talk about how to implement them efficiently. And we have serverwide goals, guild goals, and individual player goals, and all are set and worked towards on a regular basis. It’s a lot of effort, but it pays off.

Past 6hours, so many bags in EB from JQ and BG. Very kind thanks for coming (and trying).
Today best of EB :
N°1 – The JQ wipes inside lord room at Aldon, good laugh.
N°2 – The 3 rushes&wipes of BG and their golems at Klovan. (that costed a lot for a tower ^^) under 20min they kept facecrashing on gate lol
N°3 – The 80 men BG zerg wipes inbetween Klovan, Jerrifer and Golanta vs our 50 men zerg (took us some time but we slowly clean all area successfully with minimum losses) MeoW and WM was leading this. Well the Klovan bunker and fail drave them crazy so they came in force for a last spank.
N°4 – The double teaming that is obvious and well we are dealing with it now and its much fun.

I would like to thanks my opponent for the fun and wish better luck in next days unless they start working on their build and metagame Btw noone will give you keys to be better you have to play for this and understand game mechanisms may be ^^ If for you a ZvsZ encounter looks chaotic you are definitely doing something wrong.

PS : I dont use TS but its recommended for beginners. ^^

T1 is best cause you can log on at odd hours and still find lots of fights. Can’t say that for other tiers.

I been running the same traits,runes and most of the sigils since patch.The only one i dont use is the sigil of purity since i prefer the sigil of generosity.Maybe i learned a little something from your guilds visit to jq.

If the condition build i been gearing for doesnt work out for me i think i will try your idea of using some rampager gear on my current build.i just hate to have low toughness so im using a mix of pvt,knights and berserker atm.
