Should make for an interesting week. people are fired up and ready to rock. sadly it wont make up for the first half of each day with almost zero wvw population. Maybe i can run around and plant dope in peoples work lockers so they get fired…then our morning pop would skyrocket!

joking aside, i hope to see a better performance from isle..if they would bring it a lil more it would draw some of your attention from us …this past week was an odd one.

I caught a glimpse of you in our keep, your Beauty vast..but frightening . In an attempt to woo you with some mood lighting….I smashed the key for “Ride the Lightning!”

Salutations folks! just got done listening to the state of the game and the classes are getting some HUGE overhauls! engies,mesmers,eles and more! All beam abilities will now hit everything in its path ect. Check out the video and discuss! do we feel these changes are in the best interest of the wvw community? what would you like to see?

and the other person said what ive been thinking…from about 4am till 5pm Darkhaven has almost zero presence in wvw..so we Work our magic from about 8-9pm till 2-3am

Last Night was an Epic battle btw, Anvil tryin to rush the keep . we had cata fire behind you arrow cart in front and the World Famous GRIM mesmers tossing folks off the cliff to their doom. Anvil Rock Lucky Piere Ftw! Thank you for a great evening of fighting! And to anyone looking for a new WvW home (not from Anvil or Isle..i dont wanna poach) hit me up with a pm and ill get you some gems for a perm transfer and wvw participation)

We dont get demoralized, and please dont let up…. to be honest with the heavy presence you guys have in the mornings this same thing will happen till you get moved up a tier. We dont have a heavy wvw population but the people we do have from about 9pm-2am is a powerhouse. So, until your hoard passes through keep doin what youre doin…we will put it to good use against whoever peeks in to tier 6.

haha! yeah! Dark Haven Refuses To Face Roll into the Sunset! We Will be Free!

to be honest from what ive seen, when the Numbers match Dark haven and Anvil are quite equal. the potential points are always within 10 or so…but Anvil has an AM/Early Pm population that quadruples Dark Haven which is why you see them with 500 potential points and us with 125 and ioJ with 60 or so until our people come on. Id be willing to pay active WvW players to come to Dark Haven. if we had the Around the clock presence that Anvil has we would be a tier 4 or 5 consistently.

From what I gather the culling is being removed and we are getting several check boxes in the options so each person can reduce culling and still keep their computer from exploding . One box that I saw being offered is to render enemies in a generic fashion ie.one look for eles ,one for warriors…that would lighten up the load big time.

This patch will do wonders for wvw…..but people have to be realistic,if you have a POS computer….you aren’t gonna be able to turn culling all the way off.

The AR vs DH battle is a blast.when we both have our A-teams on we are quite equal and the fights are amazing. Though I do have to say that the morning-early pm presence of AR is insane….don’t you people have jobs! Lol

All in all GRIM is having a great time with this matching,can’t wait to see what the weeks ahead have to offer!

This has been a great week! These next two days are going to be insane . Lions arch and divinity have been bustling with people talking about wvw. And now we have everyone on the Same page the battles should only get better. Dark haven is ready to rock!

Its Funny, I always hear about this Enormous Cloud of Doom that is the Darkhaven Zerg..but it always seems to me that the other servers we are against always have the bigger Numbers. I would say that our server tends to shy away from the “zerg” moreso then other servers.

In regards to the cheating issue, I can say that as with anything in life, you are always going to end up with a few melon heads and mouth breathers in the bunch screwing things up. But alas, they are the exception not the rule. I can say that our server has really been working hard the past few week in learning how to work as a unit to achieve a common goal and I am pleased to say i am Dark Haven.

as a side note. I really enjoy using my Magnet on you folks, It brings me endless joy to see people sliding across the grass in front of a camp to their doom!

What a battle so far! It’s nice for dark haven to be able to stretch our legs a bit. It’s a tight battle ,can’t wait to see how strategies change as the timers get closer!

Dark Haven has been working super hard to move up a tier! I know im pumped to get a change of scenery. Now that the hard work has paid off im sure dark haven as a whole will be on fire looking to establish itself as a WvW force to be Reckoned with!

It was great fighting Gates and Henge , some good times!

Salutations Folks! Ive been rocking my Engie in WvW for a couple weeks now and been searching for a viable Spec with a nice mix of utility /survivability and enough damage to cause some trouble.

Well its proved harder then i thought. when i get my utility and Survivability up i end up where i couldnt pull a greasy string out of a cats kitten

But on the flip side when i get some damage built up then i go down quicker then cheap date.

So which WvW specs have been working for you?

I have been involved in the WvW in DH for a couple weeks now. its quite apparent that the ranking system is not the optimum setup for this game. as Our server has won Several weeks in a row but because we are a few points below the last place of the tier above us we cant move up. IMHO when you fight the same people for weeks on in nobody is trying their hardest and burnout occurs. and reaching the points of the next tier up becomes an even bigger chore.

Having said that, Im having a great time in the WvW and hope to see more great fights. Go Grim!
