Obviously I know leads and commanders will not cheat or use cheater. What I mean is that you might have some on your TS that will provide this kind of ‘help’ without your authorization.

Really weird , 2 minutes before your Golems rush on the P2, a ranger came in with fly hack program to destroy our defensives treb… too bad also someone remove every defensives golems (about 10 of them) 10 minutes before the same attack, it’s seams that some “synchronized circumstances” were on your side… contingency ?

I guess it doesnt depreciate your achievement.

You lose the league but definitely you deserve to win this matchup with such strategies.

I was here for the whole fight and pesonally i have not noticed any of the things listed above. We were using about 10 golems and took us 10-15 minutes to cap beacouse you had a lot of siege inside.

If u can provide some screen, video or real proof about that “ranger with fly hack” i will personally take care of identify the player.

The time has come to write the word “end” to the League Season One.

So i would like to give some personal feedbacks about this!

To Vizunah Square, you took the First Spot being unbeaten, i noticed a slight increasing desire to fight and i hope you can keep up going in this direction improving your abilities. Your numbers online at any time of day and night are very impressive and as everyone knows this is the key to victory in WvW. Nothing to say but Gj.

To Piken Square, indeed you were really unlucky having to fight SFR and VZ so many times. I just hope you can understand there was nothing personal in any of the matchups we had and even more i hope we can bury the hatchet and build mutual respect once again.

To Baruch Bay, you are the server i respect most, best open field battles, you do not run away and always fight in any situation, i had best fun ever fighting againist you. I am just sad that we only had one matchup together! That’s bad!!

To Elona Reach, though we had lots of fights in the past being bound in the same matchup for so many times after hundreads fight i still enjoy play againist you!

To Jade Sea, very nice come back in the last two days of the week six, was so sudden that you impressed me and lots from my server. We look forward to have more interesting fights againist you! And ofc Gj on your Second Spot!

To Riverside, Kodash and Augury Rock, too bad that you had to fight againist servers who has much more coverage that you have, but players quality is another story, and u got it! I have enjoyed any matchup againist you due to the high quality of the ground fights u can provide. Really well played!

To Anet, thanks for organizing the League where i had so much fun. Thanks for making such a good game and thanks once again for giving this game so much attention.
If possible give us a dinamic ladder for the next season, it would be much more interesting!

OH well, i finally got what you mean

We were well aware about the “double focus” we was about to face in the last matchup and in order to couter that the best solution we comes up with was to force PS in third spot on week 5 in order to let em have the only choice to try beat VZ on week 6-7 in order to improve their rating.

That was discussed internally in SFR and was supposed to be a strategy.

I was personally considering to go ask officially at PS but then i did not and ofc i never offered even a single gold in exchange, but you know lot of guilds from SFR played on PS and vice versa so there should be some contacts between due to the fact most of us know each others.

And tbh even if that was the case i do not see any problem.

Rather i found it very disappointing to see you posting this like it is a “shame for SFR” since you on VZ knows much more than other the “win at any cost” mentality, a way more than us on SFR

What will happen if i come here and start making a list of all the things i saw VZ does in the previous 16 months of GW2 about to win?

Let’s change argument then.

To bury the hatchet, some weeks ago one of your guys proposed me about a 20vs20 Omega Golem fight GvG style, we may be avaible for that in the last day of the matchup, let me know if is possible to organize since we need some days to set things out, PS welcome too if they want to join for a massive 20vs20vs20 fight!

Truth is that everyone is free to use the strategies they consider better and that in a 3way fight there is always the chance to being double focused. It is normal.

The result of the actual matchup and the league itself was easy predictable after the first week, and all went as planned, we achieved the best result possible (after being pushed on third spot on week one), and we are very happy and proud about how we played whole league, we have no regrets since we always did our best.

Even if the actual matchup may looks very bad, bright minds can see positives where seems to be not, indeed this is the hardest matchup ever faced by our server, but we will use each second of this week as a personal examination on our abilities, pushing ourself to our limits trying to exceed them!

This is the best training possible we could have.

We are well aware of the issue and already working on it. Truth is that we have a lot of players getting in touch with WvW for the very fist time, and they still need to understand how to play and what to do.

There is no blob mentality, we doing all we can to split our zerg using tactics and coordination over raw numbers, the reason that you may have noticed more blob rather than in the past is a conseguence of what i wrote above, a lot of new players joining WvW, the main enemy here is the language since we are not a national server so we need more time to get in touch with new players, not everyone talk english.

Let me tell You should have got that Anet only care about $$$$$$, and transfers earn LOT of money. Since there is no point for a pve player to transfer they aim and hit directly www players and communities, since the main goal is to stress people to the point they transfer, they do not care of everything else.

For the last time it’s no need any kind of agreement to have double team. If Piken had chosen VS to attack they will be double teamed, in the past this had happen to us and to VS. This spoils the fun of the game even if you get the benefits from hit, that’s watt I felt in the past. Not moaning about acheivement hunters just saying it shud have not been there in the first place. If Anet wanted these leagues to be competitive then they shud have let the pvpérs better space for it rather than make it a lag fest and acheivement point hunts.

The purpose of AP in leagues was so that who participated and contributed for their world in the leagues will only be rewarded (correct me if I am wrong on the statement).

And after 3 days what do you see people achieve with those AP? Did it fullfil its purpose? no, How I see it is people are abusing this feature to just get those AP stacked up are they really participating in Wvw league season 1? no, they are not. AP hunters had a lot of content in game to hunt those AP of theirs and get to 10k or what ever their target is wvw players had this only area they are interested in limited with 100 men cap each server. The content that was suppose to be released for wvw players is now swarmed with AP hunters. Dont you expect disappointment among those wvwérs?

It’s not something you do on the edge.

It’s a very hard and tiring work you need to repeat very very often because of the turnover in the server population. You don’t clap your hands and get the thing done.

Hello guys

i can swear there is no alliance with piken, i do not even know someone on this server. The only thing i know, it’s they are respectful with us and they do not hesitate to attack us. Defended etheron myself with arrow cart for 1 hour yesterday vs a Piken army for example. And i did roam all nights versus piken/sfr groups in ruins many hours since the reset. I have many informations and battle reports of all this, no alliance. At all.

Concerning Vizunah, http://www.appelauxarmes.fr was checked 8000 times by 6200 people. 400 people on TS for the reset, zerk mode commanders, and many other things that i missed from old VS. We decided to enter in a total rage mode versus our classic nemesis, SFR. Wemil, Hebril and others bad words/taunts to us made me really strong will for battle.

A week before the league i stomped my fist on my table after reading classic hate and decided to build the mini-site.

I agree with Unknow and all he says. A wise guy.

Troma mate, i m not here to flame but really i want to tell you things from my point of view.

Your server is actually first in points for the following reasons:

1- The League that should have started 4 of october actually started at 18, that s exactly the day you have school holydays in france, so much more players online during night and morning. This is a perfect couter for our night and morning crew. You should thanks Anet for this.

2- Massive useless Achievements Hunters join WvW for the first time beacouse they want their Achie done NOW, most of em are bandwaggoners joined in the surplus time Anet gave em with the league start delay, so as you can see our ground force is little weaker than usual. You should thanks to Anet for this.

3- This case start with a more easy matchup would have helped us a lot sort things out, but OFC again the harder matchup comes up first. Again, you should thanks Anet for this.

So basically, at the end, you should thanks Anet for doing the best choices possible in order to advantage your server.

In the while we try our best to sort things out, we wont give up no matter what, it s not over till is over.

oh dear, if YOU remember well when we had night crew VZ barely won 1-2 matchups out of all we had. We even did 5-0. So don t come here say such nonsense.
You are actually winning only beacouse ur night crew has triple our number.

It s not about server comunity or anything else but the fact you all comes out to cap when others are not online, upgrade to T3 when all is quiet building ridiculous amout of defensive siege and stand still in your fully upgraded towers whole day with full zergs waiting the next night to come out.

With what bravery u call VZ a good server for me is a mistery.

well guys, as i said beafore you just have /bow and thanks to anet for letting you play like this. You are the only server out of all the EU servers with those numbers playing night/morning. Not a lot we can do, people works and stuffs and have real life so not possible for us to stay awake whole night making quee on every map or to alarmclock in the morning and play whole day.

WvW is now a game where the victory condition is the 24/7 coverage.
When SFR 2 destroyed you, just beafore the free transfer week that almost killed our server (and you should thanks anet also for this) we had 2 spanish guilds to cover our nights, it was like 30-40 players more than what we have now.
Please note, 30-40 not 200.

So enjoy ur victory, but consider it as it really is, you are just a server of no-skill and no-life 24/7 at pc who keep running away when face opponents in same numbers and go hide in t3 towers with 100 arrow carts, you comes out to fight only when u triple or more opponent numbers.

After 5 days of Need For Speed (yes guys, VZ are really best at running away going hide into T3 towers u better stack lot of switness to catch em) they finally comes out to fight ofc when they triple our numbers or so at 3 of the morning when 80% of the normal people are sleeping.

I ll let you know that looking at you i think, if all servers where like VZ i will already have moved to another game.

You just have to thank to anet for letting you play like this, if www would have really be balaced and not a night capping based game you will only be an average server at the middle of the ladder.

Lol every time SFR is matched against Vizu all i see are comments on how Viz is bad, doesn’t know how to play this game, are walking bags, blobbing all the time etc. But every time for the last 2 month or so SFR loses the matchup. Wondering who’s playing the game wrong here.

my first (and last) post on this thread, we already told this more than once but seems you really either don t read or u don t want to understand so i explain once again

First, you play with 80-100 players when our server has no more than 20-30 online in whole www, this for 6-8 hours/day. No surprise here that you to make more points than us.

Second, you blob, well actually it just make it faster for us to farm you, ofc when u are not running away or hiding in T3 towers with any kind of sup blueprints. This case, we thanks anet for givin us Trebs and Swiftness.

Third, and last, actually the more difficult part is to catch you, since as said beafore, u keep running back every time we engade, i saw more than once your 50+ blob jumping off walls rather than fight, and even use Veil to hide while retreat, not to talk that you keep camping near your towers and try to fight under your siege range.

Already recorded over 200Gb of gameplay to prove all i said beafore, i will post the movie at the end of the matchup, so keep think you are good only beacouse you make lot of points while the other players are sleeping, in the while we organizing to buy endless merchats to handle the epic loots of this week.

it s incredible, after more than 30 hours still not working, i really wonder what anet is doing or even that they really don t care at all.

every single patch has some issue, so pls don t spread the voice gw2 is one of the best mmorpg here around beacouse to say so u need to guarantee a GREAT service too, things that s completely missed here.

One boring week with Vizunah

yup i v already see a 100+ VZ blob attack in our homemap garrison, should been fun but i wasn t even able to use a single skill, so was not.

Then ofc 1,5k Arrow Carts everywhere.

Well i really don t get if this is more Lag Wars 2 or Arrow Carts Wars 2…

i will be taking a break whole week since i really don t have any fun to play like this, hoping i never meet VZ once again, i just wait better matchups.

About Sfr or Deso not aiming to be n°1: it’s just that situation has changed.

Pre – March patch:
Sfr climbs up again to T1, with a strong VS and a competitive Deso. Sfr wins 5 times in a row, sometimes with cosiderable advantage, sometimes Deso is 2nd other 3rd, sometimes VS is very close 2nd due to a full server CTA. The T1 is blobby and laggy at times, but it’s FUN and it’s BALANCED.

March patch:
Brings back ppl to WvW. VS coverage start to grow up again, but nothing gamebreaking happens. Deso got lil stronger. SFR gets free transfer… which simply KILLS it. Because ques times skyrockets, bad ppl join from lower tiers and the whole guild raid based primetime dominance disappear. Guilds starts to leave due to this. Deso start bleeding of players too short after. VS coverage instead keeps growing.
Soon SFR and Deso understand that, for multiple reasons, there is no point anymore to challenge VS – it’s just not doable due to WvW design and unbalance.

Last month:
VS has 60 ppl zerging on each map at any given hour of the day.
Deso hardly gets rid of outmanned buff on more that 2 maps.
SFR is flooded of unwilling to collaborate ppl and spend most of his time to retrain/rebuild the community.
YET, rating system locks SFR and Deso, not able to hold their ground anymore outside the few primetime hours due to straight lack of numbers, in T1. This worsen the situation more and more for the 2 servers, where ppl keeps moving away/quitting game due to this.

Now:
Last patch BUFFED VS playstyle – cap by night and bunker in T3 stuff with tons of ACs all the day.
IRON, the largest guild of deso, his backbone, drops the wvw.
SFR this match will, hopefully, be able to drop and switch place with Elona.

So, when you talk about EU T1 please, keep in mind this. It’s not that nobody has the aims to be n°1. Just that atm, due to VS superior coverage and now buffed extra dull playstle, nobody wants to play with them – and there’s no point to because the numbers are way too unbalanced in off-time.
Also, the only server who was competing and winning, SFR, got killed by Anet with transfers while it was on top of ladder… So don’t blame the server community for that.

(no blame to VS, even if i just can’t understand how you guys are happy of this situation – were it’s not your fault ofc, but surely you have a part in this developement. again, peace!)
